Angelina.... Was absolutely the type of worker you want to be greeted by when entering a store. She was super polite and fun to talk to, made me laugh quite a bit honestly. Super helpful in regards of asking for assistance, she didn’t even blink and was right on job with helping me find my items! Overall I believe she is outstanding. Most of the help is friendly and they do their best to try to get you out of there as fast as possible when the lines are long.9/4/19Leaving this review because the store might be closed for quite some time it seems that a black pickup truck slammed into the store and caused major damage. As of right now the store has been red tagged and permanently closed till further notice.

People were stocking all the shelves and it was filled with carts but overall it was a quick experience. If you just need to grab a few things and dont want to deal with the big stores. This is a good option.

I love this store for your smaller shopping needs. They just rearranged the entire store on Palmdale and DelGado road. Usually well stocked, customer service is good overall and the prices are decent. You dont have quite as much of the items at a regular grocery store but excellent for the quick trip.

I was not a happy person. So much merchandise everywhere but on a shelf for sale. Definitely can see they need more then two employees.

They cheat there employees out of hours especially there new employees. There are enough hours to split up amongst part time employees but the store manager is bypass and this store is the worst to work for as you can tell from the pictures schedules get changed with out any notice to employees whom hours get decreased for no reason. The store manager acts like people don’t want to work when they do but is taking hours away from those needing them only to give them away to those whom already have more than 16hrs to work. Then associates don’t even get an employees discount at all and the company expects there associates to pay in a 401k but it’s hard to do so for those whom never really get hours so they get s.o.l on any employee benefits.

Clean on the outside clean on the inside, the store itself is very nice looking and very well organized compared to other related stores. I havent been to this location yet until today and it was great, the customer service reps are good at communicating with one another and as well as prompt to helping. I will definitely return to it when I am in the location. Keep up the good work

The store is remodeled very nicely. The staff here are very kind but there customer lines situation grinds my gears. While I am being an outstanding customer and standing in line for my turn, the elderly or gangster wannabes will not see a line and jump ahead. Will eventually erupt into an altercation. They also should restock while closed for the store 50% of the time has non-stocked boxes everywhere which will eventually injure a customer causing a law suit or termination of employment. Love the store location also.

Could use mindful customers but thats okay Ill be going to a different location instead.

Just came from the dollar general.. the 1st cashier and another were making a big deal about having to cancel an order.. which making my daughter and I feel bad. Which I replied..Ill get back in line. I dont want to hold anyone up. And when my money transfer went thru. The cashier said.. o now u wanna buy this which I went to stand in line and wait for another cashier to helps us out. This time it was a young man.. who was not only very professional and very respectful how he handle the whole situation. He even helped us w the heavy stuff to the car. Didnt catch his name. But I will definitely try next to make sure he gets recognized! Im in retail and in the nursing Field. So I know how to treat guest.

This Dollar General is always stocked even when I come late at night. Employees are always friendly and fun to chit chat with. Prices are good too.

ALL PRODUCTS ARE WITH IN VIEW. SHELVES NEED TO BE RESTOCK, PRICES ARE GOOD ON SOME.BUT HIGH ON OTHERS VERY NICE FLOOR HELP ALONG WITH CASHIERS.

Hi upon arrival to this dollor general the parking lot was ca little dirty and once in the stop shelves were bear and there was only one cheacker at the counter. Very slow I would shop there again if I had too

Long line only one cashier but she still was very friendly and sweet. Was calm through it all. Then lots of ppl stocking but standing around just talking. The store was a little mess .

Worst one Ive been to. Cardboard all over the floors carts full of stuff to be stoke, one register open and like 15 people in line,wasted almost my hole lunch hour there, stay away from this location, it will take you almost an hour to run in and get a drink and a snack.

Staff were incredibly rude and made me feel uncomfortable. I believe because of my boyfriends tattoos or my own we were stereotyped, we were then followed around the store. Very unprofessional and embarrassing. Will never return here; I would have rated a zero if possible.

The prices on the shelf are not what is being rung up..you have to watch every time so as not to get over charged..and it has happened to me almost everytime I have been to the store..I dont know how much I have been over charged since going to the store..makes me frustrated as heck

These people never keep the same price for the same item. Gotta check their products carefully before paying. Also junky inside and not enough employees so expect to wait.

Old staff was friendly and even knew your name. New staff are some what stand offish. Since covid-19 I had been threatened with assault twice, I dont go anymore without a taser in my hand. Both times the people who threatensed assault out weighed me by at least 100 lbs and, were 20 to 30 years younger than I am. I am 63 years old, but a fit and no means intimidated by anyone other then someone pointing a gun.One thing in their favor is that staff will call police immediately upon request, I thank them for that

For a good bargain on practically everything this is the place to go. good construction shirts and gloves. makeup for the ladies. food, snacks, and yes... even beer. The employees there are always nice and helpful. and when theres a line they make sure the open another register and get you going.

Victorville— in general is known for having the largest population and highest crime rate of any city in the Victor Valley. I’m thankful that DG employees go above and beyond to meet expectations at this location, especially during the covid outbreaks 😷 this is forever still my fave Dollar 💵 General Store in SB county ‘nyways.

This one is A little compact, however theyll have what you need. Its definitely a step above the 99 cent store, no shade.

A good place to go for a bargain. The aisles are very close together and everything is cluttered, but you wont find better deals on a lot of items here. As the husband of a school teacher, I find that this place is very handy for my wife who constantly looks for activities for her kids. If she needs some things in bulk this place usually has items for inexpensive prices that beat out a lot of others. Easy location to find and close to a lot of residential neighborhoods.

Carts were broken. Only one cashier

On 01/05/2020 8:00pm in the dollar general store they had bad customer service. There was a long line and only 1 cashier attending the front of the store. Then she starts to yell for a woman called jessica for so long that she had to stop ringing items up at the register and go look for her because she needed her assistance to open the register, after a few times of going back and forth to the register to look for jessica and not bieng able to find her she said is anyone here as if she was confused to be the only one in the store so then some time passed and people in line were yelling for jessica to come up to the front and help.Then when she gets there shes waiting for a friend or something because she kept going in and out of the store as if waiting for someone to arrive and she didnt even give the customer there receipt that she was ringing up and asked the other cashier to then she charged me for a bag with out asking if i wanted one.

Everythings a dollar! Who can complain about that...
