Staff is very nice but why is there always one cashier and an extremely long line.

They had exactly what I came for and were very helpful in assisting me find what I wanted! Thank you to the manager on duty, she was fantastic.

Of dollar trees this is one of the worse ones. Theres usually only one person checking people out = long lines. Other employees roaming the store just not helping out.

It is always disappointing - not enough registers open. Especially that you would want to avoid covid19. The longer ppl wait in line and given a lot of ppl dont follow 6 feet distance. The easier it is to get the virus. It only takes one person to have the virus to transmit.

It was terrible . I wanted a band saw they had a hobby band saw. Web site says they have them. Went there nothing.

I was in at 10 this Sunday morning. There was quite a few people in there. I needed two cases of Crystal Geyser water. An employee, Ty, went to gather them up and then he put them in my car. Belinda rang me up and separated the cases so I had individual 6 packs. Its a very clean store with very nice employees. Thank you Ty and Belinda for helping me.

Terrible selection. Inventory is always low. Party supplies are great here. Food is so so. Theres always a huge line and 1 cashier so plan ahead. U cant grab n go. Takes 15 to 30 mins just to check out. The staff here is great always friendly and helpful and down to earth. They never make u feel rushed regardless of a line or not they always smile and appreciate their customers which is important

I went around 5:30pm today Sept 25, 2020. The woman working at the register did not greet the customers. When she asked if I wanted s bag I said no, I have them in my purse. Then she put many of my items into a bag. The glass items I bought she set aside as if she was going to wrap them when done with everything. She finished with the register and handed my receipt. Then started the next customer and told him to stand beside me. She did not even wait for me to pick up my items. And did nothing with my glass.

It was fine the store was a mess but to be expected ..its the weekend and all

It was a good shopping trip. It was a little messy from kids going through and pulling things out to look at but other than that good. I found some really cute things for St. Patricks Day, Easter and some household items. 😊😁

Nice selection but its always a wait. I dont know if they need to have more staff per shift or if they need to hire new staff. No matter what day or time of day, or even if the store is crowded or not, its always a long wait to pay and leave. Ive been there more than once when there was only one or two people ahead of me in line and it took an extensive amount of time of pay and leave. And the wait is usually so long that I often see people already in line leave and walk out.

It is a typical Dollar Tree store. The place itself is quite clean and spacious. The lines, usually, are not long. There are plenty of items inside the store, and at cheap prices. I have purchased a lot of them, to use in my daily life. Furthermore, it is located next to Walmart.

I love coming to this dollar tree to help put together little goodies for the kids in my class. They always have the best things to stuff my bags with!

Not good for painting or pet supplies. Small store. Has food and freezer items. They do tend to get awesome colored hair dyes and crayon sets. Everything actually is only $1.

Went from the best Dollar tree in the High Desert to the worst. Went there on Sunday. Poorly stocked. So much stuff on the floor, I was afraid I would trip. Isle 5 was completely blocked. I could not even get what I came for. I will be choosing somewhere else to go.

Ive always liked getting deals at this store. But now a days with all the germs and viruses going around i would think this store would be cleaner. I been to this location, and no matter the time of day i go in, this place is always so dirty ... I mean this is a store Ive now decided to stop shopping at this location. Its not my favorite Dollar Tree. Its quite small and only ever has half the stuff Im looking to find but they do have a decent assortment of odds and ends, things that you may need for helping a project come together. They do always have a nice variety of cheap decorations and serving utensils, trays and such, that come in handy if youre having a party or decorating for the holidays.

Good place that everything is still 1 dollar. A little unorganized sometimes I like to go in and get what I just need and go but can be a little struggle having to go through every row just to look for what I need. But still a good economical store.

Lots of ghetto people. Only had one line open for like 15 people and doesnt have public bathrooms... probly because of all the homeless/ ghettoVery dirty vibe, only stopped here to pee and get a quick snack, ended up going to the panda express in the same parking lot which they had amazing bathrooms and friendly staff. Unlike the the staff here.... whatever I tried

Typical Dollar Tree store, looked well stocked, cashier was surprisingly nice...BUT, need to arrange for more than just ONE cashier when more than two people in line. Waiting for ten minutes in line is NEVER acceptable...but at lunch hour it really does determine whether or not you will return there. I hope this problem is addressed. By the way, I saw at least 3 employees stocking the store...so one certainly could have been pulled to do cashier duty. There were 8 people in line, and I was #5. UNACCEPTABLE.

Nicest cashier,unfortunately she was the o my cashier multitasking, greeting customers,running the register and the line continued to grow. She called for assistance but never received it. But she continued to smile and give great customer service. Mgmt ! Shame on you . Increase your staff. No one person should have to man the entire ship. Its not fair to your employees or your customers.

Long waiting times during checkout. Inventory needs to be catered out before or after customer operating hours. Store has poor inventory management, they are always out off the most popular items.

All three times Ive been there, is always a long waiting line, understaffed and the shells are messy. It could be great as long as they take care of the long lines. Then I give them 5 stars.

Ailes were a mess stuff on the floor, floor was dirty with stains only one cash register open we waited 20 minutes in line with only 5 people in front of us, in conclusion we ended up leaving the store.

WOW this place is so dirty and what a mess. Ive been in other Dollar Trees but this one is the worst. I saw 2 employees sweeping but it looks as if they havent cleaned in months.. Their management is definitely not doing their job and the wait is horrible.

Not well maintained they had a huge line maybe 15 in line and they closed a register and only had one open until crowd got really upset about line and wait... employees were nice and held it together just a poor manager choice to close a register

Got in and out quickly today and found what I was looking for.

Well the checkout line was a dozen or more people...and there was clearly 2 other employees working. I asked one of them if they could open another register, she reluctantly said ok... And continued collecting her go backs. I waited 5 minutes...asked again...she continued her busy work...other customers started asking and finally after a good 10-12 minutes she went to a register...with a huge attitude! She even answered a personal call on her cell while ringing someone out. This is unacceptable behavior for an employee....Also this store has its reading glasses display right smack in front of the only register that always open. And since theres always a line of people...its nearly impossible to browse & try on glasses. Thank you

Every experience Ive had checking out at this particular location has been a painfully tedious experience. Almost all the customers typically have less than 15 items, yet with only 8-9 people in line, average time before you are checking out is 15 minutes. If your a impatient person, Id highly suggest avoiding this location.

I hate going to that store, its supposed to be convenient for when im in a rush, and pretty much everytime I go there thinking im going to be in and out, I end up standing in line for 15 to 20 mins because they never want to open more than one line! Its annoying and they need to fix it! Then they used to have a public restroom and when my son had to use the bathroom they told them that their restroom isnt open to the public anymore. All of a sudden! So I had to stop my shopping, leave my basket at the store and take my son to the restroom somewhere else. Convenience store right? Ughh they get on my nerves!!
