The restroom was filthy. We’re in a pandemic and sanitation is a MUST during these times. ESPECIALLY in a pandemic and when it comes to a restroom. Checklist is old, out of order sign on the floor and the toilet was unmentionable.

Always have great deals & sales, staff is great for all your questions. Store was clean when shopping.

This was the first time Ive been to Michaels and years and they have so many items to choose from and also seem to be in pretty good stock of pretty much everything so there wasnt really much help around except maybe one or two people working in the whole store and there was a good amount of people there the other than that I love them and I will definitely return again I went in looking for spray paint that I was going to use on a bird cage I was fixing up that I purchased off someone online also had a great variety of colors to choose from and quality

Sunday 28 March 2031Normally, I do not shop or buy in Michaels craft store.It not bad, I just never had a reason to do business in the store before.Friday 26 March, I went there to get a price on special frames.A very nice and knowledgeable young woman named, RILEY told me all that I needed to know. I told her that she has an Army base named after her in Kansas.I returned two days later and although, Sean, the assistant manager was going to help me, but I wanted Riley to help me.Riley was great from start to finish. Two thumbs up, Riley. You go girl.

Love Michaels. I purchased yarn from another place, with blue signs. Anyway, I crochet 3 purses, and two of the three purses came apart. Easy to fix but I ve never had yarn to come apart, especially after the product was finished. Ive always bought yarn from Michaels and never had any problems. Michaels please forgive me for straying....wont happen again.

This store is so much cleaner than its last location on the other side of the freeway. The staff are friendly and courteous. It’s not as big as other stores and is often out of items I need, but that is normal for the region I live in.

My son wanted to buy me a Cricut Air Explore 2 for Christmas. There was no place locally that had them. So, he purchased online then we drove 2 hours to Victorville to pick it up. I was a happy camper. 😍 THANK YOU MICHAELS!

I simply adore the staff but not the manager Caroline. Shes rude to the employees, treats the new hires badly, and doesnt know how to run the store without being a complete rude old leather skinned hag. Every time I shop here I see how she treats the employees when people arent paying attention. Its wrong and Michaels needs new management. A worker told me the only time shes nice is when shes on her meds lol.

I recently purchased 13 of the color changing cups and while I love the product and the price I got them for, I am severely disappointed in the lack of shipping quality they did. Yes they did put 1 large piece of bubble packaging but that was so they would not rumble around in the box. Every single cup looked as if they were just thrown in at random. Not that I expected for each of them to have their own personal holder but some kind of placement rather than thrown in would have been nice. At least show SOME KIND of effort into the job. 3 stars for the price but I would only give 1 star for the shipping and handling.

I went to find a picture frame for something I created for my son. Couldnt find the right size frame so I had to order one to be made. Lady in the frames section was very helpful and I felt she knew what to do.

Not a big selection, went looking for black strong thread, they were all out. Prices were high, I like Hobby Lobby better.

The staff is always friendly. This Michaels has a great holiday selection and is my go-to store. The only issue with this Michaels is the line is almost always long, so you cant just make a quick trip there, but I would still recommend it.

Only one employee who was behind the register. When I asked about what I was looking for, she said that we dont have that stuff. Go to Jo-Anns or WalMart.

I love Michaels! Ive been a fan for a long time. They almost always have exactly what I need, have great sales and most of the time the service is great. Today I ventured out of my covid-19 Hut to pick up a couple of things I needed to complete a Christmas project. I was disappointed in the amount of Christmas dacor that they had left, but it is only a week and a half before Christmas so Im sure theyre running low. I was also excited to pick up a couple of storage carts for half price but didnt realize it wasnt half price off the marked price so had to give up on those. The gentleman who checked me out was so sweet. For those of you who dont want to venture into the store, you can pick up online orders just before you enter the store. Just get your order in before 4 p.m. and you can pick up the same day.

My daughter loves the yarn section of the store.

The associate today helped me way more than any other associate in any other store, in any other capacity, could and has ever done. EVER!I usually dont call corporate to praise people often, or even to criticize or complain. But for real, this associate saved me like 7 bucks, and to me thats a lot. She signed me up for the rewards and got me to log on to the coupons from Michaels website. So needless to say, shes my new bestie. Jk but haha I really like that they also had really bomb sales today too. I dont ever come in this store but really glad I gave it a shot today and Im very thoroughly satisfied I did!

My wife makes greeting cards as a crafting hobby she watches the sales ads closely and uses her phone app to save big as she keeps her card making supplies all stocked up.

Very decent prices and huge selection

I received unprofessional and extremely rude customer service from a cashier named Misty at checkout. I asked about a discount for military service and presented my I.D. and was told to sign up online to recieve a discount. Because the register was open I then asked the cashier Misty to except the exact change that I found in my wallet for my purchase. She said that the store policy is that once the register is open, that she is unable to except the exact change from the transaction. She seemed very irritated, rolled her eyes and sighed when i asked for a manager for clarification on the military discount and verification of the transaction policy that she claimed. She told me to hold on but failed to ask for a manager. She then took two more customers and still had not called for a manager. I then asked another associate and the manager came to me in a professional manner and told me to file a complaint though the michaels website. As I was leaving the cashier Misty then started smirking at me and waiving though the window in a mocking manner trying to antagonize me. Overall she was very rude and unprofessional and I hope the managment team takes the necessary actions to prevent this unethical behavior from reoccurring. This incident happened on 12/30/2020 at 15:52.

Beautiful store. The prices are amazing. Im girlfriend is working on stuff and got everything really cheap. Excellent quality.

Like the store but their check out procedure sucks. Even with a line waiting to check out, only one register open. To top it off, that checker was also responsible for answering the phone.

I use to love shopping at this store but the customer service is just horrible they asked you if you need help and when you tell them what you are looking for they just say oh I think we dont have any. Nobody goes the extra mile anymore.

I ordered curb side pick up, I made my order at 2:08pm I called and was told it’d take 2 hrs to get my order ready. It’s currently 5:30pm, I called again cause they close at 7pm and I have yet not received an email saying my orders ready. Online it’s telling me “preparing” for the past 3hrs! And just to find out they haven’t even pulled out my order and was rudely assisted by a young lady on the phone and told my order won’t be ready today and maybe tomorrow! 😡I’m furious!! Customer service is so poorly, and they just lie to get rid of you

Very limited stock of acrylic craft paint, paint brushes, paint pens and sealants..wonderful coupons offered but no products on the shelf. I felt gypped plus I ran out of paint supplies as well. Not a happy camper.

They ways have tons of deals, coupons and sales. Great Christmas decor and there employees are always nice, I did have to wait in line to enter the store we waited maybe 10 minutes.

All in all our experience at Michaels was okay.one thing that truly did disturb us was how one of the employees was removing the sale signs off of items because if they werent bringing up correctly. However when we checked out it rang up just fine. It seemed a little odd for the employee to be removing the signs. When my wife and I asked her about it she was a little abrupt and rude. On the great note regarding Michaels the person that checked us out twice did such an amazing job with an outstanding attitude.
