Rude phone lady. Apparantly this walmart tire and luve express doesnt do anything. They dont align even though the website states other wise no break checks, no tires at all They dont have any tires you want in stock and she cant order them? and she hangs up on you after about 2 seconds.. Must be nice to have a job where she can get away with being a representative like that.

No stars, this is the worst place to get your cars needs done. I bought 4 brand new tires that took them 5 and half hours to install, thank you but no thank you, walmart auto care sorry but you have in fact, lost a loyal customer....You 3 men and one woman @ the hesperia Walmart location in hesperia California, and this includes the manager, all of you with even the disrespect of making funny faces and the use of your middle fingers to my son that has down syndrome may God both bless you and forgive you...

10/2/2011 i arrive at 7:35 am to check in but thats a line up already I check in at 8:00 am and thats 11:58 am an my car just move in the shop more than 4 hou=s waiting for a oil. ChangePlease stay away this place otherwise be patient and shopping inside the store honestly Im very disappointed

Its a hit and miss on things you need but the prices are very good

Took 2 hours after my appointment time of 10 am till they started. Then messed up on spare holding bracket. 1young man early 20ies and older in 40ies and neither one of the knew what they were doing. Never buying tires there again.

Had a good experience at this auto center. Didnt have the Goodyears I wanted which were on display but they had other goodyears (viva3) for around the same price. Check in was quick and my whole walk in visit was about 1hr 15min. I like that they do a quick test drive on the lot and retighten the lug nuts to spec. I Definitely recommend going on days and times when its not busy. So far tires perform very nice for the price, no weird noises or vibrations, quality which i expect from GY.

Lazy employees, the bussinnes hours are not 7am to 7pmYou basically have to guess what time will they take the last car for service. I went in at 5pm to get an oil change, waited 25min in line to check in because there was one person checking and out costumers, my turn comes to check in and the employee tells me that at 530 they stop taking cars, I replied that its only 531 and I have been in line since 505pm, then the so called manager walks in and tells me that by 445 sometimes even 4 pm they stop taking in cars for service because they want to finish on time.I dont know why they dont specify on the website the real time when you can take your car for service, if you can stay away from this Walmart location do it.

Came in to have tires I ordered installed on my vehicle. The auto center counter was swamped with a long line. Heather was running the register and also scheduling auto repair/tire nstallations. I was amazed at how adept she is at helping customers and keeping her cool at the same time. Great customer service!

Always sooo busy. Went on sat morning at 7am and there were 4 cars already waiting. Signs said they open at 7 am but first car wasnt even put into the garage into 720am and I was in my car the whole the time and rep never knowledge me or anything. Not even, hey sorry but there a wait ... nothing went across the street to other oil change place

Really nice people working here very helpful and trustworthy I bring my car here every time it needs an oil change. It economic without compromising on quality I really recommend this place for quick and reliable services for your car

I am only giving them one star because no stars is not option. We went to get a simple oil change, waited for about an hour before they told us they couldnt do it because our oil cap was to tight. It took 5 guys working on our car 1 hr to figure that out. I went to jiffy lube across the freeway and they had my oil change done in 15 min. I recommend you go to them instead.

The wait time is horrendous. It really doesn’t take over 3 hours to install tires.

Horrible customer service! It was an emergency and they refused to help me an hour before closing time because they had already cleaned up while Shop wasnt even busy.

Cant remove the oil filter? Walmart needs to upgrade. At least give a discount after finishing the service and telling me after when Im paying the oil filter was not changed

They didnt let me know when my oil change was finished to go outside to see my car done parked in the lot with the window completely rolled down. And they didnt bother to put my hood prop back up they just left it down.

Worst lube and oil change good price but bad service we even offer this service Walmart? If u aint providing great service for some reason the # 1 excuse for them is we cannot do it because we dont have the specific tools for that vehicle cut the crap.

Between multiple experiences, Ive had an employee install the wrong oil filter on my car, with channel locks and cranked it down to the point where oil leaked from it and when I took it back, I was informed that they were going to do me a favor by installing the oil filter I actually paid for.The last straw was when they decided to service my transmission fluid with a cold engine. When I checked it with the engine heated up, the fluid ran half way up the entire length of the dipstick. Needless to say that I havent been back since they blew out my main transmission seal.

Went in for an oil change,Waited a hour and when it was time to pay I was told they werent able to do my oil change because the cap was put on too tight. Dont waste your time here.

Phillip-department manager is rude and disrespectful. He lacks professionalism and courtesy. I feel sorry for his team. I will never go there again.

Instead of wasting time there on a flat repair go to certified tire and service centers we now offer free flat repairs and will not make some dumbass excuse to not repair it

Had 2 hours before work when my car went in ended up being extremely late all for a tire plug that should take 5 minutes, dont waste your time or money here
