Update: Autozone reached out to me to help clear up the issue. The district manager reached out personally and helped clear up what the issue could be - surface charge vs. full charge on a dead battery. He was incredibly helpful an has made this a much better experience.Rating updated, original review below.Possibly giving misleading battery test results. I took my car in to have the battery tested one evening and the service tech said it was bad. All fine and good until I took it to the dealership to get a replacement (leased car/battery under warranty) and the dealership test came back as good. Obviously one of the tests is faulty, but since I am unable to verify, Ill leave the review at 3/5

Autozone was very clean and supports wearing masks and social distance. I was very pleased. They also had the part that I was looking for at a good price. Autozone always give back. They sent me a coupon so I was able to use it today and it save me more money.

We got our replacement part by them honoring the warranty even after seven years.

Greatest people ever,was traveling car tore up was there about 8 hours and they did everything they could to find parts and to help with getting the car running. Finally a local man figured out the problem and fixed it. Very friendly and everyone coming and going seemed as friends to them.

I asked for a part and showed the gentleman what it was and told him I only needed the bolts not the part attached. I was told that it only came whole not just the bolts. I knew that it wasnt true but I waited for him to return. It came with the bolt only like I thought, he was nice but not very knowledgable.
