I have been sick and decided to have groceries delivered. It was my first time using the grocery delivery service from the Vero Beach Walmart and I will not use it again. 9 items were not available so they just eliminated them. I was not contacted about possible replacements or if ok to eliminate any of the items. One of which was a MUST to receive tonight due to my illness. I am extremely unhappy with the service I received. That delivery driver Annette was the sweetest person. The one bright spot in my experience.

Don’t buy anything you think you may need to return. Nothing but a headache. Also, if you have a problem, don’t waste your time trying to call the store to speak with someone. For as many people as Walmart employs, they just let their phone keep ringing and ringing for 10 minutes and no one will pick it up, and if someone does, and you ask to speak with a manager, they will just hang up on you like they did to me. This is why Walmart has the reputation that it does, and people avoid going there unless they absolutely have to.

Just when I thought this place couldnt get any worse. It couldnt be more obvious that the people who work here are not happy. Its too bad we had to interrupt two workers conversation, to check us out in the garden center. I had to ask the girl in the yellow vest to move her cart so we could leave. I asked a guy on the way out, if he was a manger, he said no, whats your problem. I told him WALMART is my problem. Unhappy workers, or workers with bad attitudes = poor customer service. No more WalMart for me. Target here I come. If anyone in Walmart would like some customer service skill tips hit me up. You get more, and go further with honey than you do with vinegar.

Skunk beer. That means Walmart shipping has major issues. I suggest you never buy anything at Walmart that is frozen, or cold. It has seen the heat during shipping. Make you sick !!

This is a nice Walmart with kind employees. That 10foot rule is a has been, but lets face the music, there are too many customers to say hello to us all. I enjoy seeing employees all around the store, busy helping us by keeping those shelves stocked. As you leave the store, I have no doubt, youll see an employee with a big smile and wishing you well. Way to go team! 5 stars for the manager and this team.

Very disappointed with me being disabled when I went into the store there were 10 motorized carts and all of them were out of order. It took well over 30 minutes before I was able to find a working cart. One of the managers I spoke with was not helpful or sympathetic.

I gave up on Walmart a few years ago but I decided to go back and see what it was like now. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff are helpful, the atmosphere is generally positive, most of the staff seem to enjoy their work. I will continue to go for a while and make sure they havent fooled me.

Shelves were not stocked well, couldnt complete my list once again. Left my cart and walked out. I cant keep wasting my time. I take care of people that need me. I dont have time to waste. If you cant take care of your customers then close your doors and never open them again.

Have used pickup for more than a year and usually have a positive experience. This is a cluster #$_ today and NO managers in sight to rectify. People were sent texts that order was ready and they have been waiting more than an hour. And no one in management cares to check?!? Hope this team is laid off tonight and new team brought on board. You manage by getting off your a$$ and not sitting on it!

Good place to get groceries and anything else u need without having to ask over town and its right next to Home Depot and anything else you might need.

Love Walmart and especially because I was just approved for the Walmart credit card, I can now get cash back for everything I buy there including gas and groceries. Walmart is my go to for everything especially since they have such great prices! This location does not disappoint either!!

Ruth in electronics has twice helped me in 2 days. She is in her 3rd day and already giving excellent service. The only thing I would say is mgmt doesnt seem to watch the checkout area and call cashiers. People waiting to checkout would be a number one growth potential

Went to Walmart today, and have never before treated this badly in a Walmart before. The lady at the vision center never even waited for me to come all the way to her desk, anxious to get me back out the store, she answered my 3 questions with no hun, never mind offering any solution or options. I might have had a few more questions, but why bother. BTW there was not a single customer in there at the time, except myself. Coming out of the vision place, i made my way to the paint center with a code of a paint, i purchased a few month, the woman servicing the paint desk, could not find, or did not want to find, the base paint needed, or maybe she did not have a quart of the base paint, so she just simply told me, she could not make the paint for me. I decided, not to just leave frustrated, but instead make a complaint at the customer service desk, which was a big mistake, because i only ended up making a fool of myself, and left without any better result, no paint, no glasses, and not even shaved steak, because that shelf was empty as well. Nobody wants to give you the time of day in this store. We have been excellent customers at this Walmart, but from now on in, I just rather make my way to Sebastian or Ft Pierce, maybe they value their customers, and have more helpful and skilled employees.

I live in Vero Beach, Florida and now for 7 years this store has always problems on stocking, every week Im at the store and I always find shelfs empty, and its not COVID-19 excuse!!! this is been going on for 7 years!!!. The management needs to get their act together and stock the store accordantly I have to drive some times to Port St. Lucie or Melbourne where the stores there are twice as big and always fully stocked!.

Not good. We bought a filing cabinet, brought it home and the hardware was missing. We are 76 and 78 years old. I called and asked if we could come and get the hardware, they said no. We have to bring the filing cabinet back. It is heavy. I explained that it is hard for my husband to lift and carry it. It didnt matter, we had to take it back.

Fast knowledgeable service in electronics. Bought large TV at great price. In and out less than 15 minutes

I arrived at 2:15 pm to grocery shop. When I approached the deli there was no one behind the counter, and all the lights were off. I asked the nearest employee if the deli was closed or if the employee was on break. She looked around, shrugged her shoulders and walked away. At that moment a manager walked out. Thank goodness now I can get some help . . . Mmmmm not so much. She said, We dont have enough employees, so its close for the day. Then walked away . . . I was hoping for, Im sorry for the inconvenience sir. Let me call the manager to take your order. or, Allow me a few minutes to see if I can find someone to assist you. Really anything besides walking away. And that is how employees and management treats their customers. I guess inconveniencing customers and 0 willingness to help is the norm this days.

I like this Walmart. Their prices are low and it is convenient. You dont have to go all the way out west of town to get certain things. It is wonderful.

I LOVE Wal-Mart and shopping Wal-Mart on line as well. They have literally everything a person could be looking for either in store or on line and the app is so easy to use and the store easy to navigate.

It’s a typical Walmart like any others across the country. Recently they were low on stock but I think that’s a national issue and I didn’t hold back a star for that. I deducted the star for their deli department. The products we bought (cold cuts) were absolutely inedible. I’m really surprised that after one bite the family didn’t get sick. We threw everything out and had PB&J instead.

Its Walmart, same large variety, low prices and bad service as every other Walmart. Store is neatly kept compared to other Walmarts and something weird is typically happening for additional entertainment.

Its a Walmart... Self checkout is good and for the most part, the staff is freindly. However, this store is frequently out of stock of a LOT of items, the restrooms and in-store restaurants are filthy, and the whole store is dirty overall. Also, the parking lot is a nightmare, DO NOT park anywhere near a cart return you will probably get hit... Although, you might get hit anyway. Overall, just a typical Walmart, just slightly worse.

Walmart better get with the program! Had to wait 25 minutes to get checked out...this is not customer service at all.

Horrible curbside service. Waited over two hours and they repeatedly give groceries to the wrong people. They don’t check IDs and just ask if a person is the person they’re looking for. All you have to do is say yes, and you’ve got free groceries. Dishonest people everywhere, go get free groceries from Walmart curbside! It’s that easy.

Walmart has the best prices. This store is laid out in an attractive way and its much cleaner than it used to be. Walmart has really pushed its associates to be friendlier and more attentive to customers. It can get very crowded here and difficult to park. I prefer parking near the Garden section and getting my walking in. If youre in a hurry, dont check out at the Garden section but use self-pay or another register.

Youre doing online pickup better make sure you do it first thing in the morning and hope they have people working if not you will be calling the number and if it doesnt go straight to voicemail it will just keep ringing

Worst Walmart to use for pickup & delivery. Multiple times our order has been cancelled, delayed or not delivered. We are tired of this horrible service. You call pickup, number is off the hook. You place an order for delivery, they’re delayed or cancelled. Today I heard an Uber driver explain how he cancelled pickups which he was to deliver because the insane wait times. Truly the worst Walmart I’ve dealt with and I frequently use Walmart pickup.

I waited 2 hours for my grocery pickup. I watched multiple people just give up and leave. Every 20 minutes another order would get dragged out, and the people would be gone and it had to be dragged back in.... I cant imagine all that waste

Greatly dislike Walmart - except for the prices. Grocery aisle constantly blocked with pallets and stockers. Checkout lines WAY TO LONG - every week. Hire more cashiers. Many times no carts in store - have to retrieve our own. Grade 1.5.

We are missing 16 items and ended up with 1 that we didnt ask for. And no one is answering the phone. This hinders our dinner tonight as well we were told to be there between 8 and 9. My husband was there at 10 past 8 and the order wasnt finished. They made him wait 30 more minutes and still messed up the order this bad. This is the absolute worst pick up experience we have had anywhere in vero.I would like you to know I also have a screen shot of my rating that now I am bringing from 5 to 1 star 10 months ago I rated it 5 stars. You messed up our order last time too but this was too much.

I have monility issues. This store 080th8 hss broken electric cartx by the dozen. Broken for more thsn a month. Due to no oprrating carts I left tje store without a purchase.

Time waisted here is not worth the few bucks you save. Don’t get your groceries delivered or picked up if you’re in a rush. You will spend eternity waiting on your order or your delivery WILL be canceled. TWICE our groceries failed to be delivered. Absolutely terrible service.

We get here when they say theyre open at 6 a.m. and they change their hours to 7 a.m. posted on the entrance Door. So now were sitting in the parking lot because they dont have their website updated you think as big as Walmart is they could update their website timely

I always like shopping at this Walmart Supercenter because of the wide selection of products and the prices are good. Its almost a one stop shop for just about anything. Im a loyal Walmart customer and I always will be. I love this store!!

Worst place on Earth. I stopped coming here. If you ever go during the night (after 9) be ready to wait in a long line, since, despite having people working there, they only have the self checkout open and none of the cash registers, and only one area of the self checkout is even open. Just an awful place and way too crowded. Not a great place during a pandemic.

Night time personnel dont want to help most of the day shift doesnt either. We did have a nice gentleman in the electronics section that helped us with a head set. No help in the womens section ever.

Decent enough Walmart with everything you would expect from the retail giant. This one has an area to pickup online orders, a couple of food restaurants, a vision center, paint center, nail center, automotive, nursery, good ingress/egress and a strategic physical location.

Its alot quieter & quicker to shop at night. During the day Walmart is like a reunion, everybody & they auntie be there. I try to avoid going to the store anymore so I order online & either have it delivered or do curbside pick-up. Wal-Mart is also affordable & does price match other stores I believe.. Not all Wal-Marts have the same prices because the prices are based from the average of what the product is being sold for in that specific area. So the Walmart up-town is selling a gallon of milk for $1.50 & the Walmart down town is selling a gallon of milk for $3.25.. true example 😳🤔

I went to Walmart today tired from being at work all day. Ready to check out and i didnt want to do it. So the only lane open was number 12. You buy cigarettes and stuff not a whole grocery shopping. So i was quit upset that having about five people behind us and still only one lane. What Walmart going self check out only

The reason I gave a 3 was because at this particular store one of the workers in Automotive who was the black guy and I am a white woman so I think this gave him the right to question me but he is sadly mistaken. Im a long-haul truck driver and I go to many of Walmart DC. I did not appreciate him thinking he was some sort of Boss and he was not. So the next time you see a truck driver you need to say thank you for everything that we do out here and quit being so non appreciative towards truck drivers.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!Yesterday I went to the auto department to have a simple tire mounting done. I spent 40 minutes waiting, only for them to tell me that they were unable to mount my tires due to the size. The inability to mount the tires is not the cause for this one star review.The tech who attempted to mount my tires did extensive damage to my wheels. I have attached three photos of the damaged wheel. These are just three of the damaged areas. there are several more spots that have been clearly damaged by the tech. when informing me that he could not mount the tires, he did not make any mention of the damage he had done.I called the manager of the auto department to inform them of this damage, and they said they would investigate. I received a call the morning after informing me that my rims were damaged before. There was mild curb rash on the edge of the tire. But you can very clearly see that the photos I have attached are fresh damage, and not from curb rash.In addition to a damaged rim, I was spoken to as if I was a liar. And was very rudely told to have a nice day. Nothing is being done.DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!

I will always remember the time I asked an employee here when Walmart closes for Christmas and they said we never close. They have since changed this policy for ethical reasons but this place has never been the same. 2 stars, Its really gone downhill.

Do not buy anything thru Walmart. Com. I got ripped off!Bought 3 packs of 3 per package tshirts. Charged accordingly. 1 pack showed up in oversized bag. Called Walmart. Com and was told they would send the other 2 right away. Looked on my account and seen the 2 packs to be sent. 5 days later checked and seen the replacement order had been taken off and it showed everything had been delivered. Called again and was told they couldnt even find my original order even though they had already charged the full amount on my CC. He promised a call back that day, no call. Still being charged for 3 packs and only got 1. Im in the process of changing my prescriptions from Walmart. Not buying anything from them from after buying everything there. Enjoy the 2 packs of tshirts because thats the last dollar youll get from us. Also we are telling everyone we can about our experience with them

This smaller version of Walmart is very convenient when you need ordinary stuff. And parking at this particular Walmart you can get in and out.

I use their curbside pickup service exclusively and its actually faster and more efficient than shopping inside. Great service.
