**UPDATE: This location is Permanently closed.** I shopped at Bass and Bass outlet stores for decades. I USED to love all their shoes. I even had a membership card. Quality shoes made of fine leather, soft and supple, and you could put them on for the first time and feel as though youd been breaking them in for months. Every once in awhile you could find a good deal on shoes when they did the buy one get one 1/2 off. Not anymore!Bass has sadly sold out like a lot of others and has put their product overseas for manufacturing. Quality materials no longer exist and sizes are all over the place. I bought 3 pairs of shoes all different sizes and they all fit the same. 😖Cheap materials, shoddy workmanship, and raised prices as if to match the price hikes on their previous product lines.I went into the outlet thinking I was going to purchase some new shoes that were of the quality that I purchased several years ago and enjoyed wearing.To actually find a pair made of genuine leather was few and far between. Then the price was almost doubled from before, even though they were clearly not the same quality.I had Bass shoes that lasted me for years wearing them frequently. The last pair I bought, fell apart in just a couple of months, not to mention, they seemed to take forever to break in.Save your money on buying clothing. Most everything I purchased seriously shrunk (at least 1 full size) in the first wash of cold water and low temperature on the dryer, even on an item that the tag said warm and medium heat.The quality of bass products has gone forever I fear. Go to other brands and pay the same price for better quality.

Helpful staff and huge range of styles and..sizes. Great sale was a plus when we shopped. Were out of state, but would definitely be back when in town.

Pricey for an outlet. None of the good sale prices worked for me. Friendly and attentive staff.

My Wife Went to Return shirt After 3 days with receipt & the Manager give her hard time to return the shirt bcs shirt was missing a tag at the time of purchase & at the time of purchase girl at counter ring from another shirt, at time of return manager didnot want to listen said we will not return item next time also asked my wife where is she from bcs we are foreigners. After that we will be going back to give business to this store.

Large store with variety in models. They now have a promotion where you pay $ 10 for the second or simpler pair, if you want to buy at the price of an outlet, take two. And I do not give the 5 for the seller that seems to be stubborn to explain to customers about the second pair at $ 10.
