The washing machine repairman did a phenomenal job! He knew exactly what the problem was and entered the home with the part in hand that was needed. Within 5-10 minutes, he had a washing machine fixed and was out the door! The gentleman had amazing workmanship and knowledge! We couldn’t have asked for a better repairman. You could tell this man had years and years of experience! You deserved more than 5 stars sir!!!! Thank you!!!!

Like to start off with I never do reviews, but I had an awesome experience with a gentleman name Jesús. He was great very understanding even cleaned the inside of my freezer and sweep the floor around the refrigerator. Speechless no words to describe how nice it was to meet someone so kind and helpful. Great service from Brandt. We were very disappointed that after 3 months our new Whirlpool microwave stopped working. Brandt came out and looked to see what was wrong, and then ordered parts for repair. They came back out the following week. He had to replace the control panel and he had ordered a new fan, which that goodness he did, and it had to be replaced also. He said this was the first time in 5 years that he had to replace the fan. He was very professional, and did a great job. The office was great in their communication as well.

We had a brand new refrigerator and Brandt was the authorized repair center for the brand. The tech showed up on time and was very polite and friendly. It turns out the fridge was working fine and it was just user error. He explained the whole diagnostic process, and helped us understand what and how the appliance operates. I can honestly say I have never had a faster nor smoother appliance repair. My free standing ice maker had stopped making ice, so we called Brandts Appliance & they set an appointment within a reasonable time frame that worked with my schedule. The first time my tech, Kory Taylor, arrived, promptly at the time scheduled. Unfortunately wed had a power outage & had to reschedule. The next service call the problem was diagnosed and a part had to be ordered, but within 2 weeks Kory was back & had my ice maker working within 20 minutes. I couldnt be happier. I began having issues with my washing machine so we called and scheduled a service call, the gentleman who came out stated what was wrong (he was wrong) ordered the part he thought was needed and said that Brandt would call when the part came in. The next service call was taken care of by Kory, he was fantastic discovered that we really had a different issue and proceeded to fix the machine he also informed us that we had another problem too. He needed to order one more part, he made sure our machine was working properly while we were waiting on the new part. I wouldnt want anyone but Kory out to my home for appliance repair. I thought Brandt would come take a look at my dishwasher to see what was wrong, order the part, and install on another trip. But to my surprise, Kory had the parts with him to take care of the job in one trip. Brandts has come out to do several repairs on a variety of appliances over the past 2 years through a Lowes extended warranty and they have always been SUPER!!! A couple of times Lowes sent another appliance repair company and both times it was the worst experience possible. I found out you can ask for Brandts specifically by name when requesting service. From now on, Ill only ask for Brandts Appliance repair because of employees like Kory who get it done and get it done right! Today I had Kory come to my rented home to fix the fan in my refrigerator. I was pleasantly surprised when he called to tell me that he would be able to be to my home within 20min, rather than me waiting another 2hrs as previously planned/scheduled. Fast and easy appointments. From the first call to the service visit all employees were great. Very clean cut techs, that explained everything and more. Newer vehicles that were well organized (not that it matter but its what I look for). Would definitely recommend Brandts. Best service ever! Brandt’s is the Whirlpool warranty service provider for our new refrigerator. When the ice maker broke we logged a service call with Whirlpool. Within an hour we were called by Brandt’s office and they set a date for the repair and asked some appropriate Covid safety related questions. They called the day before to confirm and the repairman, Kory, showed up right on time.Kory was very professional, asked if we wanted him to wear a mask, and asked for us to describe the problem. He was very open about answering our questions and didn’t mind at all if we watched him work, even explaining as he worked. Parts were needed to be ordered. We were surprised by how fast they came in since we had read horror stories about how long repair parts were taking now due to Covid. Their office called in about a week to inform us that the parts were in and scheduled another service call. Again, they called the day before to confirm.The second technician (sorry, I can’t remember his name) even arrived a bit early and installed the parts and completed the repair. He, too, was friendly and very informative and didn’t mind us watching the repair. Both technicians talked about how much they liked working for Brandt’s and what a great family owned company it was. Happy employees are better workers and it sure shows! A week later the office arranged for Kory to return to verify that the repair had worked and that we were satisfied. Kory even did a quick adjustment of the water dispenser spout to center it better. Thank you, Kory!In all my years and many homes and service calls I have never had better service. Brandt’s really care about their customers and it shows in the quality of their service and the competence of their employees.
