I purchased a Onewheel here roughly two months ago and have nothing to complain about. Plenty of other reviews talk about how well their purchase with big equipment went such as ATVs and snowmobiles, but Im happy to say that they treat customers such as myself who are just looking for a little $2000 board with the same respect that they treat people making potentially larger purchases. Chandler, who I understand to be the resident Onewheel guy, was happy to ring me out and even made a couple suggestions as someone who has one. He was not pushy and described to me his own experience owning one, which is pretty similar to mine at this point in time. Its been a fun couple of months thanks to my new vehicle/toy. To my surprise not only did they have them in stock but they had PLENTY in stock, and its a relatively scarce item around here. Overall very good purchasing experience. Its a review Ive been meaning to write for a while.

I had recently purchased a Polaris Ranger from Motorsports Nation in Plainfield. After a year of dealing with their awful service department who couldn’t figure out what was wrong my with ranger,I called Scranton Motorsports. Their service department was understanding and helpful. The day I dropped it off I received a call notifying me what was wrong with it and that it was fixed. After picking up the machine the service department contacted me, making sure it was running properly and that the issue was fixed. This is the place that will service my ranger from here on out. Highly recommended!

This year for my birthday/Father’s Day the wife told me to go out and get something I’ve been wanting.So after some thinking I decided to get a new atv. It had been some years since my last and after tons of research I decided on a new Polaris sportsman 570 Trail edition.Well after about 2 months of looking and searching from New York to Maine I couldn’t find a single one And no dealer could give me a straight answer on when or if they could get me one.Well I stumbled across Scranton’s website and after a single phone call to a sales person (Risa) she assured me they had one on order and they could lock it down for me! I was amazed at how easy it was! She told me it was on order and would be in in 6 weeks and then 4 weeks later it was here! Not only did she get me the exact model that I was looking for she was also extremely helpful with all the paperwork needed for my registrations and their business office was able to secure me a very good rate For the financing! If you’re in the market for a new ATV side-by-side or any kind of Powersports toy I highly recommend you give these guys a call!

I recently purchased an ATV from Mike at Scranton Powersports! Having not owned an ATV prior, Mike was extremely helpful, and was very educated on the ins and outs of the machine I decided I wanted to buy. He gave me multiple options and chiseled away at the sticker price til I was relatively close to the amount I wanted to spend. I came in to buy a simple ATV with a plow and Mike made sure I got exactly what I needed and did not try to push anything more on me. He also gave me the best financing options that were being offered at the time and ensured I left happy. Horrible experience! Went to purchase a trailer. Was met with arrogance and an insulting tone (not just to me but to the female employee there). Decided not to purchase and asked for my deposit back... all of a sudden they had done all the “paperwork” and we weren’t “entitled” to our deposit back... the “paper work” was a “we owe” statement and another paper with the VIN on it so we could register it... we were to pay the taxes and register it ourselves as we don’t live in CT.. pretty slimy I think... the “no refund on the deposit’ was never stated, written, or implied at all.I will be calling small claims court...Oh... I wanted OUT as I found the same trailer for 1100 cheaper off the lot than they had... DONT BUY HERE!! GO ANYWHERE ELSE!I only gave a star to be able to get my voice out there to be heard!

My son and I have a great experience at Scranton Power Sports over the last 2 days. He decided he wanted a left over 2018 Pro RMK 155. He looked locally in our area and found the price to be thousands less at Scranton. He call and spoke to Mike in the sales dept. and was able to make a deal over the phone and secure the financing within 2 hours. We drove the 3 hrs to the dealership today and picked up his new sled. Juan in financing went all out for me. Quick and professional. Dealership is spotless. I drove 2 hrs to get there. Couldn’t be happier with the entire experience I had. I bought a snow check khaos and my friend bought a snow check khaos and an rmk evo. Both sales couldn’t have been better. I traded a snowmobile in and received an extremely good trade in value. All of our dealings were with Phil and josh and were always easy and helpful. The only complaint I have is they are 3 hours away from me in New Hampshire but I will no doubt be getting parts from them and future snowmobiles. Just went down from maine and picked up a 19 rzr turbo. Place is full of friendly people. Very relaxing environment. They even stayed late on a Saturday to accommodate us. Not one person looked mad or tried to rush us out. Just about the best prices I have seen at a powersports dealer.

Basically bought 600 cfmoto over the phone they still had to build it .it was ready by 10am next day .went there met megan my sales rep did paper work an she drove it on my truck .whole deal took about 30min .very happy with the experience.n megan was great.as well as the rest of the team.i will b bak

I went in to register my quad. Ended up leaving with a brand new set of wheels and tire. After spending $1500 for the set I was under the impression I was getting them mounted for free. Then when I came back to pick them up I was charged an additional $80 to have them mounted. I also ordered a set of lug nuts, when I got back home to put them on, they were the wrong size. I had to drive an hour back to pick up the right size. Good place to go just to look.

Rarely do you get the type of service I received at a recent visit to Scranton Powersports. I stopped in there Saturday to drop off a two-year-old Sportsman 1000 for routine service as well as a few minor additional issues. We were promptly greeted by service manager, Chris Poggie. Having made an appointment, he had my paperwork in hand and reviewed the services that we spoke about on the phone. He reviewed a checklist of items that are included with a 100 hour service and asked me if I had any questions. I also had a few other issues that I asked him if he could help me with and he jumped at the chance to help as I traveled from Massachusetts to Connecticut to go back to Scranton Powersports for service though there are dealerships closer to my home. The stand out for me is how kind, respectful and how Chris made going to Scranton Powersports for something as simple as service a great experience. Though the dealership sales department is open during these unusual days of COVID-19, it was my understanding you needed an appointment to go into the show room. Understanding the distance we traveled, he not only gave us access to the show room but also provided my son a spare face mask as we did not bring an extra for him. Chris also took care of the additional issues I had with my quad before we ever left the show room for home. My take on it is he just couldn’t do enough to help us and to provide a great experience for us while visiting Scranton Powersports. Having a good sales experience is really a first impression and may get you to buy from someone but service is what brings you back again. I can say with great assurance that my next four wheeler or side-by-side will be bought in Vernon at Scranton Powersports. Beautiful show room and great people! Thank you, Chris!

Great all around experience! I highly recommend Scranton. I have a 2018 Seadoo that sank in salt water due to a manufacture flush hose value fault. I brought the JetSki to Scranton and Chris in service to rebuild. Chris and his team had the machine diagnosed, a parts list created, pricing with a plan to me within days of dropping the JetSki off. They also set expectations when I would be back in the water. This was a complete overhaul due the salt but they completed the project on time and on budget and the JetSki runs like new. Again, great communication, service and price.

What can I say, these guys are awesome. I had posted a bad review due to one aspect of my experience and the owner asked me to follow up and undoubtedly he made good. Without going into a lot of detail I will just say there was something missed and I wasnt happy with how it was handled but after speaking with the owner he definitely made things right. So my 19 year old wanted a 4 wheeler and was very excited to be pre- approved. he even got a fancy certification. we wanted him to do it all by himself to build his credit. when he got there and filled out the paperwork he needed a co-signer. I’m not mad about the co-signer needed. understanding this would be his first loan. but the letter he got was very misleading to a young adult. He should have read the fine print. lesson learned. I try to call for more info and there was a very rude sales woman and a manager that thinks that’s ok. I asked what’s the purpose of this certificate? it’s misleading. anyone could walk in and apply for credit. I asked if he had a boss i could speak to and he said no he’s the manager. so we’ll bring our business elsewhere.

Jeff and I stopped in just to take a peak at the Polaris Slingshot last Saturday. Took it for a test drive and we were hooked. Our sales person Michael was great!
