I just wanted to share my top notch experience at CT scooter pros. I first spoke with Steve who was great in getting me set up with my buddy scooter. He was NOT Salesy and wanted to be sure I was set up for the best experience with my new scooter. I then came back before my delivery for lock, trickle charge, etc and worked with Kyle who spent a ton of time getting me set with best fitting helmet and an in- depth review of the scooter, gas, oil requirements etc etc. I definitely am psyched to get my buddy on the road and I am confident Kyle snd Steve will assist me moving forward with any questions. I got pre-approved for $4,500 didnt have to put anything down for my new mini motorcycle it was fast, it was easy, They have a great selection, I thought the perfect vehicle for me would be there and it was, I just have to wait for the paperwork to go through, and its going to be all mine, plus its zero interest if I pay off the loan in 6 months, which I will be doing, I will probably pay it off within 3 months, just because I dont like to carry that debt. Just purchased our 2021 Vespa GTS 300 and we are so very happy with the level of service. From the very first inquiry, I had a swift reply from Steve. He walked me through inventory available, differences between styles, and even a cost breakdown. He also assisted us with a seamless trade in of our two Wolf Islanders with a fair value we put towards our Vespa. We called on Saturday and were able to pick up in 2 business days.When we arrived for pick up, Steve checked in our trades and completed our sale paperwork in an hour which included some nice conversation. In 1.5 hours at most we had title in hand.Also have to give praise to Alex and Paul. We had issues with our versa haul on the way up as we had a rental towing truck (our Mini Cooper isn’t conducive to towing!) and the hitch was very different to that on our RV. They worked to secure it better and rearrange the ramps for our new larger Vespa to sit securely. They really went above and beyond to ensure the safety of the bike and us. Also with friendly conversation and advice along the way.Lastly - and I forgot his name! - there was another nice gentleman that gave us the demo and walked us through all the bikes fun features and operation. Also with safety tips.So to summarize - absolutely wonderful experience and would TOTALLY purchase there again!!!!

Last year I purchased 2 NIU electric Scooters.The people here are absolutely amazing, they will take care of you without a doubt and make sure to exceed your expectations. I was actually heading up to drop off a battery today that requires service only to see the store is closed on Mondays!In all, excellent shop with a family vibe to it. I would go nowhere else and travel the 2 hours just because the environment in Home-like.

Which is Awesome in itself.Second: I drove to an hour to Vernon to check this place out with my Parents and Wife. the store was well stocked and clean. Kyle, The owner, was amazing to deal with, no pressure, just excited about the product and his customers. VERY HARD TO FIND!!! My father bought a Vespa and I almost did too. I had called after hours letting them know in a brief message that I was in a pinch and needed a solution quickly. Not more than an hour later, AFTER BUSINESS HOURS, I received a text message asking about the specifics of what I needed. They got on it and got it done. In short order, when I really needed these folks, they were super responsive. Bought a (green!) 2020 Benelli TNT 135 here. Steve was helpful throughout the entire process, everything was clearly laid out, no surprises. First time buying a brand new motorcycle and one of the best dealer transactions Ive ever dealt with. Currently trying to convince all my other riding buddies they need pocket bikesAs a frame of reference: this all went down in the middle of the CV19 wave. They were RIDICULOUSLY busy, and as a former tech I know how swamped shops can get doing assembly and PDIs all day. We spent over $1,300 last Xmas with Scooter Pros. Both my son in law and myself have tried calling, emailing numerous times with no response. We had a simple question and they didnt even have the courtesy to respond. Scooter Pros is the best. They were super busy and I had to wait about a 1/2 hr but it was totally worth it. I had to park at tractor supply because the parking lot was packed! This told me I was at the right place to buy a scooter. I feel bad for them because they said since the pandemic started they said they cant keep up and everyone is stuck at home and they all want scooters. Makes sense, thats why I bought mine!While I was waiting there must have been 20 other people who were buying scooters and ditbikes. FINALLY! I’ve been trying to post a review on this site & hadn’t been able to for quite a while. What was happening was after I chose how many ⭐️, the site would just kick me out. But I’m going to take advantage of this opportunity :)So I purchased my very 1st scooter ever at the Vernon location during the height of the pandemic & although it was very busy, the service manager was very friendly & accommodating. Now I had been here on 2 other occasions because my son had purchased 2 scooters from here previously, so I was already familiar with the establishment & the service. But I knew what I wanted when I came & was shown my options & had things explained. I ended up buying a scooter & I was shocked that I was able to pick it up that same day! 👍. Now about a 4-6 wks later I came in unannounced because my breaks were misbehaving a bit & I was helped immediately & really only waited about 30 minutes or so while the mechanic checked everything out & realized that the breaks needed to be bled because there was air in the line, but that short wait was so worth it which because it’s really not often that you can receive service like this on the spot & during what had been an insanely busy time for all of the employees there. I was incredibly grateful. These guys here are really amazing. Really friendly, super knowledgeable & happy to help. Honestly, if you’re searching to buy a scooter, dirt bike, quad, etc. you’d be foolish to go anywhere else. Best place to buy n treaed great service

My 9 year old son has been dreaming of having a dirt bike ever since he could talk. We felt like this was the best year to get him started, so we set out looking for a place to shop and found scooter pros online. We ended up getting there 15 minutes before they were closing. The sales staff was so nice and friendly even though they were packing up they stopped what they were doing to talk with us and explain to us newbies how the dirt bike works and all the ins and outs. Can I say how amazing!!! Not only did they help us as they were closing they took the time to explain things and was beyond helpful I feel like it was fate that brought us to this shop we found the best shop with the nicest people around town. Told them I was looking to buy one out there but was hoping they could help me figure out the right one. The owner, Kyle, spent over 1.5hrs with me even at the end of the day even though he knew there was sale opportunity for a sale. I was so impressed with his willingness to help me that I said to myself that if I ever move back to CT, I would buy a scooter from him.I am now back in CT and made my Buddy Scooter purchase last weekend from Kyle and the experience was excellent. The store was crazy busy but he took time to make sure that I picked the right scooter. He clearly was concerned with matching me to the right scooter as he pointed me away from the Vespa which was $2K more than the one he recommended and would not have been easily ridden by my daughters.Thanks to his willingness to take the time to find the right fit for me and my family, I have the perfect scooter for me and my daughters. It was delivered to my home 1 day later and the delivery person took the time to walk my wife through all the details on how to use it and we were riding it that night.Overall, the combination of knowledge and excellent customer service make this store the only place in CT to buy a scooter. #customerforlife

Mid day made contact with Sale rep to discuss ATV I was very interested in, sales rep stayed they had a few in stock ready to go. I will be driving down at 4pm to pick one up cash. Before arriving to location I called again around 4pm spoke to sales again to confirm “get it ready will be there shortly” no problem we can take a deposit before you get here to prep it up. Again it’s cash sale stayed no worries see you soon. I arrive at location 4:30pm saw whatI wanted and had discussed but was told everything that is out / view is SOLD. Unfortunately that is bad business. 🤬 won’t happen again! Sales Rep was very quick to ask for a deposit for the next one to be built.

Wow! Just drove an hour with 3 kids to look at a go kart. CTscooterpros apparently doesn’t update their website with accurate inventory. According to their website everything is “in stock”. According to one person who appears to work there, you can’t find one anywhere. So maybe you could spend a little time updating your website so the next person who drives there with their cash in hand doesn’t waste their time like I just did.

Although I did not make a direct purchase and I live in the Hudson valley of New York. When I called for advice on my scooter. I had the pleasure of speaking with Steve and after I explained I wasnt a direct customer he listened to my concerns and directed me to a tech named Alex who also understood I wasnt their direct customer however Alex was kind enough to listen and even gave me his direct cell number so i could text him pics of the carburetor of my scooter where i believe the issue was coming from. I just have to say THIS IS SO AWESOME! I didnt buy their scooter but both took the time to help a stranger on a Friday afternoon. Purchase went awesome great experience very friendly. But one of my biggest issues was making sure that they would service the bike after purchase. I just called service mailbox full called and spoke to sales and they said they are swamped but not taking any appointments until June and instead of making me an appointment told me to call back in June. Concerning as if i call back in june will i not get my bike in until July. This saddens me Guess I will look into a shop in Mass. Awhere I live

Went here to buy 2 stroke scooter for my roughhouse 50 and had a very pleasant experience. The owner and staff were very nice and you can tell are ethical and genuine people. I asked for a screw that had fallen off of my exhaust and instead of ordering and charging me for a new one he just gave me one with the composite washer from the repair shop.

Very friendly and transparent business. Theyre not trying to get rich off selling you what you need, and theyll be honest about what you dont need. Have a great selection, I purchased a buddy 50 after looking over and talking thru some other 50cc options. They even threw in a minor upgrade for free. Delivered within a few days of purchase, and Kyle the owner delivered it himself. He went over everything I needed to know a few times even though it was raining on us in a parking lot and was super nice with plenty of tips. He helped me through my first few laps around the lot before heading out. An all around awesome experience. Love my scooter so far. Drove from cape cod to buy a brand new hammerhead. Called at noon and asked for f I came up if I can bring home a brand new one. I was told yes. Drove up there and not 1 but 2 brand new machines had carb problems when I got there. Thanks for wasting my time... not recommended

Cant say enough good things about this place. They provided me all of the help and information I needed to buy this scooter. Michelle was the GREATEST! When I actually stopped to pick the scooter up I damaged the throttle while loading it. The service staff took it back in and fixed me up in short time. Couldnt have been a nicer group. Give them a look....they are real and family owned
