Really bad place to get new mower customer service really bad I never go back to tha store never they don’t care about customers
DO NOT SHOP HERE I have spend over $1,000 at this location, and went to return a $2.11 valve that was never outta the box, and only got $1.76 back said there was a re-stocking fee pretty petty. I will never shop here again, there are plenty of other honest dealers around.....and no one had mentioned anything about a restocking fee..........BE AWARE
Horizon carries some good product lines. I was surprised how poor the service was. Figured maybe I caught them on a bad day. But I was super lucky and another customer saw how poorly they were treating me and came up to me to offer some advice. He suggested I go with the Hunter PGP Ultra head based on what he overhead me telling the staff. After install the sprinkler heads I was very happy with the product! About 1 year later I had to replace 1 that got damaged. I had about 20 minutes before they closed so I raced down there knowing Im about 15 minutes away. When I got about 1 minute away (it was about 5 minutes before they closed) I called them to let them know I was be there in 60 seconds and I know exactly what head I need. The guy told me dont bother, were closed. My reply was I thought you were open until 5?, to that he said yes. I asked what time is it there and he said its 4:55, but were closed.. I thought he was joking, so I informed him Im on 112th about 1 block away. He said, NA, WERE CLOSE and hung up on me. WOW! Whats the odds I caught them on 2 bad days?
I am a business owner and I am remodeling my house and creating a new pond. I came into the store 8/29 with my Friend who is helping me with my pond. Aaron Cohen the store associate we very dismissive to us, we walked in first thing in the morning And he did not want to greet us or help us. We picked out many items to purchase and I told him I have a resellers Permit and he said I can’t use the permit today I have to use it tomorrow in a very rude tone with no explanations. I asked for an explanation and the response I received was “because you cant today”. He created a ticket for all the items and then told me it needs to be entered into the system... I just said ok I will come back tomorrow because I was going to need to purchase over $1500 in items but also might need more.8/30 first thing in the morning we showed up and we changed our mind and didn’t want a few things and were adding or changing some things on our ticket and he was not happy! He started throwing an attitude to us and started snatching things out of the cart and said “so you don’t want this? Now you just wasted my time!” My reaction finally kicked in and I have had it with his condescending, rude behavior. I asked him what the hell was his problem? I asked him if he talked to all his customers this way?I opened an account yesterday With this company and I will not he doing business with them ever again and I will make sure to tell everyone I know, which is a lot of contractors and landscapers that I do business with about the level of service I received and avoid this associate!I also told him if he didn’t want my business to just let me know but that he should not talk to my friend or me the way he did. That is when he attempted to apologize. Too late! The first day he treated us like this was a red flag but I can’t believe I came back the next day to allow him to treat us worse.Almost felt like he was racist and definitely felt the hate that is spreading around these days.....
Pretty good customer service and great selection of landscape, pond, and irrigation supplies. Suggest that the website or phone messaging system conveys hours of operation, especially any holiday closures or adjustment to hours.
I had a landscaper that bought way to much products. I brought them back. All of the couplers were dusty. Not used or worn just dusty. I also brought back some of the felt stakes that hold felt to the ground. I had few packages never opened, one were the seal was opened and the rest out of packaging. I understand they cant take back the opened ones in the box. The older gentleman there said we cant take this one. The one with the seal open. I said you can tell the seal was never sealed correctly. He then got mad and said we are not taking anything back.Which they were not taking anything back any way except a couple stakes.
