I called and someone came out the same day to see why we didnt have water from our well. Said we needed a new pump and tank. Gave a quote and could come out in 2 days to fix... I called and got another quote from Hall n Sons.. they were $2000 cheaper!! So the service was good but I would definitely recommend getting a second opinion & price comparison. Hall n Sons came out and put in a new pump & tank the next day for $2000 cheaper!

On June 18th I turned on the faucet and no water. I called Mather & Sons, and Georgan was here within a couple hours and I had water again after he replaced the control box. He was very nice and only here a short time. I was very pleased at the prompt service and the quick repair.

Saw thier truck with a huge logo on it just driving like a maniac. Then they went and ran a red light and then continued to ride peoples butts... Must be in a hurry to serve a customer and who cares about everyone else. Watch out for these guys on the road.

Prompt and friendly service. I called @730am with a no water issue and the technician was here before 9am. Explained things clearly, had replacement part on hand and made reliability suggestions to ensure our well remains trouble free. I highly recommend and will continue to be a customer.

Were buying a house on acreage outside Camas and I called Mather for guidance about the well. The phone operator was extremely helpful and offered a wealth of knowledge that helped us make informed decisions. She was very helpful despite the fact that I was not an immediate paying customer. I called Mather Pump service on Monday 2/17 to have them come out to figure out why the pipes on my rental were spitting water and air and the pump was cycling on and off. They said they would call me first thing in the morning Tuesday and let me know when they were coming out. Around 3pm on Tuesaday I called to see if they were still coming out because I hadnt heard from them. They said they had too many other emergency calls and because we technically still had water, that it would have to wait until tomorrow. Wednesday comes and goes and I didnt get a call again. Today is Thursday now at 12:55 and I called and they let me know that I would need to just call another company (They specifically said call whoever installed the system) because they have too many real emergencies. I proceeded to ask if I could just schedule an appointment and they said no, that they dont do appointments, just Emergency calls.After reading all the positive reviews, you realize that most of them were emergencies....No wonder they would be positive! Water restored=good. I called Mather because I see them referred online all the time. I wont be calling again.If you still have water, but are dealing with another issue, dont bother calling. Go elsewhere.

Our water went out at our home on a Saturday night. My husband called Mather Pump Services and left a message hoping they would call him back once they opened Monday morning. We were so pleased that Mather and Sons called us back early Monday morning (before they officially opened) and had a guy out at our place first thing. We needed a new water system (bummer for us) and Mather and Sons was able to get back out the next day to install one. They treated us fairly and did a great job getting everything installed and water back to our house in a timely manner. We are so grateful that we did business with them! Their dispatcher was friendly and helpful. I got a call back within the hour and he was at my house 20 minutes later.He was professional, helpful, explained my system and what was happening. He fixed the problem and gave me a quote for preventative measures.

Called and left a message on Sunday after our pump went out. They called first thing Monday morning and had someone out to look at it within the hour. Our whole pump system needed to be replaced, which they made happen same day. Greatly appreciate their hard work and timeliness to ensure we had running water that night. Would recommend to anyone!

Called them on a Sunday and left a voicemail and sent a Facebook message asking them to call when they got in Monday morning. They called first thing, sent someone out within an hour and he was amazing. Very knowledgeable and friendly, explained things, showed us how to test and helped solve the issue. We werent even sure when he came out if it was the well, the holding tank, the pump or the water system causing the issue and he showed us how to check for each issue. The best part is that it was very cost effective, less than I would have guessed. Would highly recommend.

Called on a Sat that our water was out. 15 horses without water is not a good thing. Talked with Mr. Mather a couple of times, picked up some parts from him for temporary repairs as he was on another Saturday job.We have water until we can pull and replace the pump next week as a precaution in all this hot weather. Great company to do business with. They are a little on the expensive side (service fee) but you get what you pay for. I had no water flow what so ever in my house and they were at my place in a hour to fix the problem. They will be my first call next time i have any well issues.

I needed my well inspected, I completed a comprehensive review on 7 Well Drilling companies that provided this service. I knew their were issues with my Well however, not having the expertise I knew I would rely on the company of choice. After I completed multiple Well Drilling Website requests for service & explanation of my Well issues which each company asked to be completed only 1 of the 7 companies got back to me “Mather & Sons”. There front office team was Excellent, Sonny Terry was wonderful everything you would expect from a top company & more. Sonny scheduled my inspection it was a few weeks out do to the tremendous workload they were under the fact summer was ending and the rains were coming posed challenges on soggy property, Mather was able to get to me days earlier, after a comprehensive Well service they knew exactly what needed to be done. Two of the finest technicians ended up getting my Well in top performance they were excellent, educated me on every step, went beyond my expectation and they back up there work it’s no wonder why they are the best at what they do.
