Tasty coffee, matcha, and food. The staff is kind to each customer. Once I didn’t like the taste of my iced matcha, they took it back and made me a new one, without any complaints or dirty looks. They strive to make their customers happy! Will continue to get my daily matcha fix here:)They also have a drive through which is so convenient when in a hurry. 10/10 recommend!

First time in today and had a lovely interaction with the baristas. They were busy but still very kind & thoughtful with each interaction. The coffee was incredible & the atmosphere was PERFECT. Ideal coffee shop. I will definitely be going back.

Super cute shop! We were at the Portland airport and I needed to get to a coffee shop with WIFI quickly! Its only a 16 minute drive, the environment is great! The drinks tasted amazing! We got a bagel and lox and I would personally drive all the way back up to Washington for that bagel again! The ladies working were so sweet, I couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Vanilla rose latte was great, interior is so spacious and the seating is perfect for all size of groups. The ladies working were so kind and the overall feeling was very welcoming and bright. Will be back!

I enjoyed the golden coffee drink iced and avocado toast -tomatoes. It is great coffee bit Ive had better avocado toast. Not bad just not the best. Good service.

My coffee came luck warm/ cold and they wouldn’t reheat it or remake it. For $7 I should be able to get a hot coffee. The cookie scone was really good.

But had to stop going due to their lack of professionalism and capabilities.1st incidentI ordered my sister and my self a coffee. My sister coffee had a hair. I went back to let them know and they didn’t replace for free. I had to pay for the new one.2nd incidentI ordered a caramel white mocha and got a hot chocolate. Took it back and again, had to pay for their mistake. I told the gal it couldn’t be my fault because I order the same thing every single time and she didn’t not care. Only told me that I have to understand that there is new people that don’t know.3rd incidentI got an avocado toast and the bread was not toasted. Who know if it was in spite of the hot chocolate because it was the same day.They need to take ownership for their mistakes and be accountable. Also extremely slow considering they are not too busy. If they want their business to grow they need to change some things. Because they coffee and food is good.Now I just need to find my self another coffee shop.

The latte I had was so good I just had to try the golden latte as well, which definitely did not disappoint. Everything is high quality. The grilled cheese with tomato soup is amazing!

Id like to start off by saying that Gold Cup is my favorite coffee shop in the Vancouver area! The service is always impeccable, timely, and the baristas are the friendliest. Overall, the atmosphere of this place is welcoming for all and the menu always has something for everyone. The other reasons this shop makes it into my everyday stop is because:- The quality of the coffee is 10/10-The customer service of every barista is 10/10-Literally tastiest sandwiches, always freshly made for breakfast or lunch-Pastries are fresh everyday and vegan and gluten-free available-Menu always has updates of new seasonal items that are unlike any other shop around-Location is prime! Easy access to drive-thru!I really cant rave about this place enough, youll have to experience it for yourself!

We have been going to Gold Cup for nearly a year and had never had a problem until today. There is currently a state wide mask mandate in Washington for all indoor areas. We were serviced by a young lady without any facial covering at the drive-thru. If the employees here cannot even follow the mandates to ensure the health of their customers, then it does not deserve my business. Will not be coming back.

My husband is a big coffee fanatic and he absolutely loved their coffee. He said it was the best latte he has ever had. We both has their avocado toast. We added red onion which added a lot of flavor. My husband ended up going back and ordering one more. Very good food & good coffee

Had a perfect cup of cappuccino here today. Gold cup coffee offers a wide variety of coffee and loose tea options along with a tasty food menu. Inviting and spacious location that is clean and cozy, making this a great place to relax, have a meeting, study, or go on a coffee date. Costumer service was genuine and welcoming. There is also free WiFi. Strongly recommend giving this place a try.

Lovely coffee shop!! I first tried this coffee shops drive through and loved the coffee and great customer service. The Vanilla Rose Latte was a pleasant surprise. Today my family and I were able to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of the inside. I cant wait for our next visit!!

Super tasty café au lait with oat milk! The staff was so kind and fun to make conversation with- they know their coffee! Coffee tastes very clean and the barista steered the oat milk perfectly. A rare find for us back from California!

Lovely place and great coffee! Will definitely go back! I had their Vanilla Rose Latte (seasonal) with almond milk, pair it with an Almond Croissant an you have a fantastic treat! Had their Lil Honey Breakfast Sandwich (w/o cheese), the arugula adds the perfect bit of peppery flavor to the egg and turkey. The staff were friendly and answered all my questions. Ill probably be back tomorrow!

Lovely smile greeted me at the drive-through window. When she handed me my order I noticed a glowing aura around my coffee. And that’s when it all made sense...after all, it is the “Gold-Cup” . Accolades!

Heard lots of good things about this coffee house, finally decided to try it out and I’m not gonna lie it met and exceeded all my expectations. I tried their seasonal Golden latte and it was better then my typical Starbucks Carmel Macchiato. The service is great! The baristas are very friendly! Definitely recommend 10/10.

Lots of seating and cozy spaces for chatting... mostly full, even on outside tables mid-morning on a Friday. All spread out, presumably for the pandemic spacing requirements. Diverse crowd.I could taste the beans were fresh. The drink was not too hot for me to start drinking right away, which I liked. If you want the heat to last longer you should probably specify that.Drive through is fine, just not inviting. I guess you work with what you get when you convert an old pizza take out shop.I found a gem of a sandwich there. Lox sandwich on gluten free bread; gourmet flavor, creativity, presentation, and price. I must have it again.

So so sad to see others being hateful towards this delightful coffee shop for following the law. I, myself and my daughters are immune compromised. This is one of the only coffee shops I feel truly comfortable going to and bringing my children to! I understand not wanting to wear a mask but they are wonderful at giving different options even with a disability. My husband hates the masks but he will go through the drive through or sit outside while I order for him. It’s just truly disheartening when people attack a small business like this one. So many are going out of business in this crazy world we live in today. I for one will continue to give Gold Cup all of my business and hope others will as well. They are just doing the best they can as a business during these times.

Stopped by for an early morning coffee a few weeks back and now I stop by everyday on the way to work. I recommend trying the new roast. The staff is very friendly & importantly knows how to make a good cup of coffee. Delightful atmosphere, will definitely come back with my typewriter and drink coffee while pretending to do something important.

My local auntie recommended this spot while we were here on holiday and I ordered a 6oz whole milk cappuccino and grabbed a Camellia Grove Jasmine Kombucha for the road.Capp was the best I’ve had in a while, tasty espresso and perfectly foamed milk.Kombucha was one of my favorites ever.

My favorite order is the Mexican mocha and avocado toast — so delicious! Very kind staff and management, and the interior is so clean and beautiful. They have done a great job at adapting throughout the past year by providing seating options and finding ways to serve their customers well!

This business illegally discriminates against those with disabilities and does not follow the law and the civil rights acts of 1964. Yes they might look cute on the inside and I can’t speak to their coffee, because I was refused service before I could taste it. The shop thinks that they are above the law, and they are not. The Department of Justice will be informed. THIS IS NOT OKAY!

Hands down favorite coffee spot in Vancouver! My drink ALWAYS tastes the same, like in the best way. Consistency is so important to me because I want a good latte every time I decide to treat myself to one! I’m also so grateful that they are honoring Covid restrictions and that I can feel safe when I run in for a coffee, I’ve seen the shop making changes every time restrictions change to help make it accessible and safe for all customers. I can’t imagine how much work it takes to be constantly changing things but they have done such a great job. Highly recommend a lavender latte or a chai! So delicious!

My first time coming into the store, there was a customer being extremely rude and cursing at the 2 girls who couldn’t have been older than 18. Both girls handled it so well, and the owner was (luckily) there to help with the situation. The coffee was amazing! Overall a super friendly, welcoming environment! Also the plants throughout the store add a beautiful touch to the character of the store!

Used to not be good when first started. But now they have new syrups and their food is good too. My mom loves their cardomom latte. They just set up tent outside for outdoor seating, its so cute.

Terrible service!!!!! Came here often with family and friends and this is the last time. Came here for Mother’s Day with mom and dad and few family members wore having a great time. Purchased over 10 coffees and pastries. Until a mask police Karen by the name of ALLA M stormed off to our table telling us all of you need to leave. For a second we wore all confused what was going on. But her issue was that a person who knew us came by to our table to say hi and he refused to wear a mask. So since he was “associated with us” we all had to leave. Instead of dealing with the person she had an issue with she disrespected our entire family infront of our kids and said she will call the cops if we don’t leave. Also I have her on camera saying she Dosent care about hippa law. We brought a lot of business to this place but no more. All of our friends and family will be recommended never step foot in this building. My mom went home crying because of all of this. What a nice way to end Mother’s Day. Thank you Karen.

Gold Cup Coffee House offers delicious coffee and tasty pastries and breakfast sandwiches with a genuine smile. While I like Dutch Bros, Gold Cup doesnt have the long line. And when the west coast was on fire, they still showed up to give the happy jolt that I needed to start my day. Ive switched to Gold Cup.

Ive been coming here sense the beginning and let me just say, this has been the best place for me to get all my homework done and just unwind with a perfect cup of coffee. I might get a little personal here but struggling with depression for as long as I can remember, this has been the one thing in my life that has consistently got me out of bed and excited to do something. Great atmosphere. Good coffee and snacks. Friendly people.I was striking that almost no one in the coffee shop, including staff, is wearing a face mask. This would not be a matter worth mentioning except in August 2020 (when this review is written) the entire world working to overcome the Covid-19 outbreak and Washington is currently the #1 state Covid cases. Another striking observation was almost every guest in the place with an open bible or actively discussing matters of Christianity. I wasnt sure if it was just a church group the first time. But I visited several times and found the same scene.Overall I highly recommend the coffee shop.

2 out of the 3 workers were not wearing masks. The one barista, said they didn’t protect from the virus, literally those exact words. I am absolutely blown away at the ignorance.And they were obviously not enforcing any of the customers that were walking around that were supposed to be wearing mask.These are the kind of ignorant people that still exist in our world; I’m blown away that a supposedly high quality coffee shop hires ignorant workers that don’t understand basic science. But I imagine the owners are just as ignorant.

Very clean, comfortable relaxing place with good coffee . Looks very good inside, outside not so much but dont let that scare you away.

The coffee is devent but they break COVID protocol. We went in and every table was full with no one wearing masks and there was at least 30-40 ppl in their small space. (Before the end of Nov/Dec lockdown) They also dont charge a flat rate for alternative milk. Its x amount extra if its a 8oz and more if its a 16oz even though you are already paying more for a larger size which I found strange.

I have been a regular at this coffee house since they opened. They are conveniently on my way to work, a local chain, good people and great coffee.I go usually 2-3 times a week. I always order the same coffee and I call in my order prior to picking up in the drive thru. I usually get great service and I always try to tip well. The only complaint I ever had before today was the lax mask requirement by both the staff and the patrons.Today is the day before restaurants are to close inside service. I called per my normal and I was told we are too busy to take your order. There are so many people in the shop they are flooded, would I be willing to come and pick up the coffee on the inside of the shop or call back in 15-20 minutes. I told them due to their own description of the crowd that it would be unsafe for me to do so.I said goodbye in shock that the neighborhood coffee shop I supported before they were popular had decided they no longer needed me as a customer.As I passed the shops glassfront I saw they were indeed FULL to the brim with many maskless patrons and lo and behold the drive thu was open and they were serving customers that was as well as the large crowd in the front.Very disappointed they would allow that many people inside without a mask. More disappointed they decided suddenly I was no longer needed/wanted as a customer, and still further disappointed that they would suggest if I should be willing to put myself at risk in order to pick up my regular order.Tomorrow the shop goes back on lockdown. I wish them the best through the pandemic. I dont think Ill support them through this as they dont take either their regular customers or the risks of COVID seriously.
