The work performed was outstanding and we are thankful for the careful workmanship. Our only complaint was regarding the flooring that was installed in our kitchen and dining room. The sample we agreed to at the showroom did not have the “distressed“ marks on it that appeared in the floor that was installed. We asked for a replacement at no cost but were declined. However we are thankful for the $400 credit we were given.

Extremely pleased with the quality, turn around time, customer service and the all around value. They make it simple. You walk in- you pick your product without having to wander though a huge warehouse/big box store and then you schedule your install date.Great to work with and nothing sketchy. I cant recommend this company enough. When I got my new place, I sought out several quotes for putting in new floors. All About Floors was not only incredible affordable, but the most trustworthy in their demeanor and actions; very down to earth, no bull****, and they listened to what I wanted and worked hard to meet those requirements. They were quick to accommodate any special requests or fix any issues as they arose. I am in love with my Equinox floors! So much so that when I had water leak damage I came back to All About Floors to get the issue fixed, and they were super accommodating to work around such a tricky job. Ill be recommending this company to everyone who needs flooring work done, and will use them again in the future if/when I need new floors.

I had an excellent experience with All About Floors NW! We had Audacity Laminate put in the entire house. Kurt was great from start to finish. He helped me choose my flooring, clearly communicated different cost scenarios when I added my bathrooms, and coordinated a second worker to install new door moldings after I added those on.The work went very smoothly. It took 6 days total to completely do my whole 1100 sq ft house. My house had 6 different types of flooring, and not one room was level with another. It was very evident that Gabriel and his wife knew what they were doing, and are hard workers. They even eliminated the need for a transition between my living room and dining room.IMO All about floors should get 6 stars!

WOW, my first update in 30 years! In the middle of the remodel and so very impressed with the excellent tradesmen/woman who have been here to complete each step. So respectful and appear to love their trade and are truly artful in what they do. So far so wonderful!! Except for my messy house and I cant find anything.....Will post more when totally completed. What a great experience!We have been in the process of selling our home and of course, our buyers asked us to make some fixes. Apparently our fridge has been leaking and the laminate underneath was damaged and possibly had rot.After calling a couple buddies who have flooring companies, but couldnt make it out till the following week, I started googling and found Don at All About Floors.I told him the situation and that I needed a quote asap so I can tell my buyers and he offered to come after hours to get me the quote. WIN #1!When he came in we put together a great plan of action and his quote was not only well priced, but included the worst case scenario. WIN #2!His guys came in right on time to get the work done and were done in less than 2 hours.After talking to Don, we realized that the original quote was too high as they didnt need to do as much work as they thought! Kurt Hall was very knowledgeable and helped me pick out the right flooring and brand to meet my needs. He was timely and responsive to all of my questions. The installers were professional, on time and worked quickly. They had to level the floor since it was old, cracked concrete slab. They were able to level and install on the same day. When finished, they cleaned everything up nicely and left the room in perfect, move in ready condition. The leveling was great and the floor looked beautiful. I will definitely use them again.

The installers seem to have done a good job. I say this because we have never had professional carpet installation done in our home before. I did not give it 5 stars because I am blown away at the fact that carpet cleaners will move furniture to do their job, but carpet installers will not. Also... we were VERY DISAPPOINTED that All About Carpets NW does not accept credit cards. We lost a substantial amount of bonus points because of this, and will probably NOT use their services again - unless this policy changes. Sorry.

My wife and I recently bought our first house and needed to get new flooring for every surface in the house. We talked with the owners Kurt and Donavan who helped us envision what the best types of flooring would be in our house. They are both incredibly knowledgeable and helped us envision what the best types of flooring would be in our house and we never felt pressured into buying the most expensive line they carried. We chose carpet, laminate hardwood, and vinyl and the installation process was super fast and professional and we had new floors installed in just two days. I would definitely go back to All About Floors again whenever we decide to do counter tops or more flooring.

Got it scheduled quick and the work was done quickly and the installers were very professional. I would highly recommend this company. I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service we received from All About Floors NW. We picked this business because they are local. We encountered a problem during the install (nothing to do with AAFNW) but we expected a little compassion as we fixed the problem. None given. Poor communication as well.

Friendly staff but follow-through is lacking. I got my house measured 4 counters three weeks went by no phone call from all floors. I went back in the shop and got told the story. Then I was told to try somewhere else which was very unprofessional. I ended up at Paulsons who took care of me and had my bid in 3 days. Now Im on track for my installation apparently $6,000 is not enough to get all floors business
