Stated working with James T and his attention to detail was amazing. Got all the questions answered in a very timely manner! From start to finish he was very attentive to everything that we needed! Have recommend James to everyone that needs help with anything flooring. I would highly recommend him for any home flooring project!

We had an excellent experience with this company. We were living out of state, when we contacted Ty. He coordinated everything for us, and he was very attentive and sent constant updates. The job was done on time, and for the price we were quoted. The quality of the job was exceptional.

Maybe the single worst experience of the whole project was dealing with James T. at Great Floors. It was a waste of time and a waste of energy and caused significant delays in finishing our project. During our visit to the store James seemed to be very attentive and on top of getting us the information and services we needed, but that was not actually the case at all. He only barely followed through on one item and everything else got flushed. Use caution and be prepared to stay after these guys especially if your job is a less $$$.

Pros:The team we interacted with was adaptable to (and proactively suggested even better) mid-course improvements to a flooring upgrade in our new home, and managed to get experts and goods to where they were needed despite challenges of shipment deliveries from distant locations, spread-thin-craftsmen coping with challenging schedules, a winter of harsh weather, and the general pandemonium in a time of massive new construction.Their willingness to go the extra mile, put in the extra time, plus meticulous attention to fit and finish was remarkable. Thus, due to their friendly customer-centric dispositions, skill, and persistent drive to bring about the best outcomes, we highly recommend Jeremy, Stan, and the entire team at Great Floors.Cons: They forgot part of a takeout lunch; when are they coming back to get it?

Hands down the best part of 2020 has been finally replacing our worn out flooring! Steven Hicks was a great person to help us tackle this, one step at a time. We absolutely love our floors, so happy with the fresh look. We were amazed at how quickly our project was completed. The installation was done with care and with a high level of attention to detail.

Great Floors came out to do some small grout touch ups as a subcontracted service through our home builder. Robert was fantastic! Great costumer service, professional attitude and tidy work!

We have 50 rental units and Ive been having these folks do all my floors and tile for the past 4 years. Their selection is exstensive and they always do a great job

Came here to look for transition pieces. They have them in stock but not very many, only a few leftover stragglers leftover from other jobs. They are a bit pricey for what you get.I’m still extremely careful about covid and wear masks wherever I go. The bald man working there at the desk was not wearing his, had it draped on one ear the whole time we were there and was talking on the phone loudly! Ummm no. There are customers in your store! Wear your mask! Or don’t require others to wear their masks.The only reason for amy stars is the other either, Sam, who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.Skip this place. Home depot has a better selection and wear masks.

We have purchased wood floors twice and could not be happier. Excellent customer service and the installation contractors were exceptional. We are about to purchase flooring in the bedrooms and will definitely go here again. We couldn’t be happier with the selections available and can’t wait to start on this next project.

I was so impressed by the service and selection at Great floors! I replaced the carpet and vinyl in my rental home. From start to finish Bill, Ty and their crew did an amazing job. They educated me on the different quality and durability of each product. They helped me with material, color and design. Their installers were on time, quick and did a quality job! My counters look AMAZING! Brian was so helpful setting everything up, answering ongoing questions leading up to the install, being so patient as I kept changing my mind on the color, and helping me with my flooring questions that he isn’t even doing. Next summer, on to the next house and I will be using Michaels Flooring again there. Oh, and the install was flawless as well. Steve and his team worked hard, were very detailed, on time and extremely kind and helpful.

Contacted Jamie (super eye for color!) to inquire about a concern with carpeting installed two years ago. She suggested that we email a couple of photos. That done, master installer Ed was at our door soon after. He took one look, brought out his tools, and had things ship shape in minutes! All of this, mind you, during the busy season! We realized that nothing comes with a never-ending warranty and werent sure what type of response wed receive. Fantastic is the only word to describe it.A competitor was working in our neighborhood. Prior to contacting Jamie, we had him take a look. He spent (wasted?) 35 minutes telling us why he could not fix things and placed calls to both his supplier and the carpet factory in an attempt to explain why he could have done it better. Could not fix two minor issues but was confident that he was the finest carpet man in Vancouver. We couldnt wait for him to leave! Michaels is our go-to place for flooring.

Amazing and love our floor. we are in a new subdivision. had some issues and they were on it immediately. so friendly and corrected the issue asap. will use them again. thank you for taking care of my flooring in our home

This experience was not good. From start to finish it was unprofessional and low on customer service. I understand why they make people pay everything upfront. It is unfortunate that I cant reccomend them.

If there was a way to leave a review without a star I would. I am an Apartment Manager in Vancouver.Have well over 100 units. The last job I had them out on was 1000 sq ft townhouse. New carpet, new vinyl and new counter tops kitchen and bathroom. Their first 5 minutes the installer knocked a hole in the wall with his flat bar prying some cove base off. I saw him do it and called him on it and of the day. He flat denied it. Told him I watched him do it. Still denied. Nice. Countertop laminate in the kitchen had a gap at the seam at the back of the sink. Called them back to fix it . they came out and made it worse. Called again. Stood there and showed the guyOh ya no problem ......left without looking at again. So a Contractor buddy goes out lunch with the owner. Who says he has so much new construction work, that the little customers arent that important .Right on !!! Knew what we where looking for ! Found done and sold in 10 minutes . Came up and measured just to make sure . Installers where ON TIME !!! Nice guys flew thru the install in a couple of hours ( I did my own tear out) Did a nice job !! We will use them again if I need anything ? Great job !! Better carpet and 300.00 cheaper than HOMEDEPOT .

Pushy salesman, had obviously never laid flooring and was straight up wrong about prep. I came to look at flooring (which they had a fairly good selection of) but left wondering how many people he had misled

We purchase a house for PACIFIC SHORES the must aweful contractor anyways he use this company as sub contractor for flooring my flooring was all messed up since day one with 2 different type of flooring one mate and one shiny they keep saying it will be fixed a year after and never happened be careful if anyone use this company for flooring and carpeting since my carpet have was not installed properly either .
