I lost my transponder chip key. They told me bring the car in by 4pm.I had it towed there but was late, they made me a chip key using my mechanical key and their electronic equipment.Ive been using Curlys locksmith on highway 99 since I moved to the neighborhood, four years.Always satisfied.Thank you

Needed some cedar for a DIY pergola project. They had it and are delivering with in 4 days. Always quality lumber. I used them 10 yrs ago to build a 60ft cedar patio cover. the lumber was top quality and still looks great today.

My family went to go get some 8x1 pine planks and they cut it 7.25. And when we noticed we tried to call and maybe swap it out and they told us that when you ask for 8 youre gonna get 7.25, thats the industry standard and thats just how it is. And if we wanted the 8 inches we specified we would have needed to get the 10 inch and cut 2 off and said they werent going to swap it out or refund. Not using them again.

I relied on Parr for decent pricing and quick deliveries. Cant do it anymore. I bit my tongue as numerous bad lumber deliveries rolled in during covid. I lost money and reputation on several jobs and negotiated lower prices with clients over the bad lumber deliveries coming in.Finally I had a full order of lumber fail on a deck project. Within a week of install the apparently rushed PT lumber twisted to the point where the boards fractured down the center rendering the project a major loss. The lumber supplier informed me that all sides of their PT lumber should have received a coating immediately after install. Yes, we all know to coat the cut ends which I did. No, Ive never had to coat all sides of PT immediately after install.I had to argue with the supplier to get them to replace a small number of boards since they refused to replace anything but the most damaged. Since then Parr has refused to return any phone calls or e-mails from me requesting additional materials.After seeing numerous other complaints on social media today about bad lumber coming from Parr I decided to write this review. The higher prices for lower quality lumber arent worth the few days you save on delivery time with this company. We dont expect to do business with them again.

Good quality material usually. Wonderful staff! ONE star due to no masks on employees to protect other employees or customers. Will go elsewhere whenever possible.UPDATE... went back to Parr about 4 weeks after posting my initial review. This time most employees that I saw were wearing masks.....but one young gent in the yard walked up to my open car window wearing a mask, standing about 2-3 ft back.... then... PULLS DOWN his mask to ask me a question!! Thankfully, Ive found another company that sells good quality building material ....and they understand masks. Will not go back to parr!

I needed a fussy job with lots of cutting and called 3-4 other lumber companies for help. A couple told me they were too busy to help and hung up. Parr Lumber was not only friendly and responsive, but they did the job in one day for a great price! I highly recommend working with this business!

We purchased new lumber to replace our siding and deck. Parrs quality is excellent and their service impeccable. I highly recommending going to Parr for your building needs. Its a great company to work with.

Crappiest place to order anything from. They leave you hanging for weeks on orders and gladly take your money but they don’t follow through. You’re also told certain days they’ll deliver something to call in for a time and get transferred between 6 people on the phone to be told your delivery is yet again going to be delayed. 2 week delay in window orders? Try 3 to go through this only for it to be delayed until the following week, so 4 weeks on an order ASSUMING it even shows up at the most recent delivery estimate.

Expert service, competitive pricing, great selection. Ill buy from Parr every chance I get. Keep up the great work guys!

***update*** called the Ridgefield store this morning and talked to Matt. He checked and confirmed they had the product I want. Then I told him about my bad experience. He said he’d check and call back. When he returned the call to me he said the Vancouver store also has the product I want. He said he wanted to save me a trip up to Ridgefield. He suggested that yesterday’s experience was an oversight and he apologized.WOW!!! excellent Matt, thank you for going above and beyond and looking out for your customer. I will go back to the Vancouver store tomorrow to get the product I need.(original post): Called this morning to make sure they had the stain I want for a project and the guy said he had 15 cans.But when I arrived this afternoon to make my purchase I learned they had none.Clearly, the guy I talked to on the phone this morning didn’t even check - just put me on hold and came back and said yes he had it just to get me to go away.Soooooo disappointing.

One star because thats the lowest allowed. Asked my wife to pick up anchor hardware for a new foundation. Staff put the merchandise in her trunk and forgot the tie downs. She was using a list I gave her, and had no idea what she was buying. I had her return for the tie downs. When she went back for them she was treated like a criminal. One employee loudly told the others to remember that girl like she was stealing. We are building an addition and this parr is close and convenient. They will not have any future business from us.

I was happy to see Jennifer show up at your vancouver store! I know Jennifer from mlk, and she has always been knowledgeable, professional, and helpful! I had an experience Id like to share, I had a client request a building material that was very specific and not readily available. I had called the mlk store and the associate I spoke with assured me he would call back by the end of the day, I received no call back. I tried a couple other yards but got no help. Decided to try mlk back but the person I had spoke with the day before was busy, Jennifer asked if she could help and I explained what I was looking for. She got back to me that afternoon with a price and availability for my material. I appreciated her following up where a few people hadnt been able to. thanks Jennifer!!
