Kynda the owner was phenomenal! Went in for my daughter to find a dress she spent more time with her then we thought would be spent. She made sure to find out what my daughter was thinking her dress should look like, what she liked, didnt like etc.. she was so helpful in finding her the dress she knew would be hers. We should have came here the first time we went looking. Would definitely recommend this shop for others. The entire experience was so AMAZING and WONDERFUL!

My experience at Crown Bridal was better than I EVER could have imagined! Kynda is so thoughtful, kind, and confidence-boosting with her brides. She takes immense pride in thoughtfully selecting a dress for each bride depending on their styles, likes and dislikes, wedding venue, etc. Kynda helped me choose a dress that I wouldnt have thought to try on, but I immediately LOVED it and it was the one I purchased. I was able to attend a VIP bridal day with my sister in law hosted by the amazing owner of the store. It was unlike any wedding dress shopping day I’ve ever been to, it was magical! Every bride deserves to have a day like this! The store is gorgeous, the dresses were amazing and the food and bubbly were the icing on the cake! You can feel how much Kynda loves helping women feel special while trying on dresses! Could not recommend more :)

Came here for my best friends “Say Yes To The Dress” and I can’t give it enough stars. Kynda took amazing care of us and found the perfect dress! We got the VIP experience, with champagne and an amazing array of food and treats. Best experience a Bride and Mother-of the-Bride could ever have! I highly recommend this Bridal shop!! Kynda and her staff made us feel welcome and provided excellent service. My daughter (the bride) was made to feel like a princess as she tried on one exquisite gown after another. Their selection is extensive, staff is knowledgeable, their space is open and comfortable, and did I mention their gowns are gorgeous? They are! They helped me and my niece out wonderfully. She is very young and has a wedding planned. She got a dress she was very happy. It made it pretty simple compared to what it sounds like, could of been a long search. Thankful to get my niece an affordable one that she liked! Customer service good. As part of my sister’s entourage, this was an amazing experience! The VIP room was gorgeous, the staff was amazing and so attentive to the bride & guests. The gowns are amazingly beautiful! I love that the bride came in and did a one on one so that she could narrow down her selection. The owner knows exactly what she’s doing and assists the bride in the best way! You won’t find this VIP experience anywhere else!

I booked an appointment and came in expecting to find my dream dress and I did!! Kynda was absolutely amazing she new exactly what she was doing, I was 110% comfortable with her and I had so much fun trying on all the dresses. The methods she uses to rate the dress is very helpful and I had an amazing time! 4 hours felt like 1 hour and then I found my dream dress! Seriously go check crown bridal out you will find the dress of your dreams and have so much fun while looking for it❤️❤️

I had planned a full day of dress shopping with my mom, soon to be mother in law and bridesmaids. Crown Bridal was the first stop for the day. Kynda (the owner) was great from the second we stepped into the store to us leaving! She was so welcoming and seemed so excited to help me hopefully find a dress. She asked me about the venue, the vision I have for the day and my budget. She made me feel so comfortable when trying on each dress and had so much knowledge about each one she was putting me in. She did an amazing job at listening to what I liked or didnt like about each one. I in no way felt pressure from her to buy a dress, she instead would just stand back and let us oooh and ahhh about them and give me input when needed. We were all so impressed with how each dress she put me in just kept getting better and better! She had me try one that was a little different than what I had been trying on and as soon as I came out in it we all knew it was the one. We ended up cancelling all of the other appointments for the day because we all knew I wouldnt find anything I loved more than that one! I will absolutely be recommending any bride to be to go here because the experience alone is worth it! The shop is beautiful, the dresses are stunning and everything was super affordable. Its been almost a week since we came in and every time I look at pictures Im still so in love with the dress I chose and cant wait until I get to wear it on my wedding day!

Kynda was amazing with helping me find THE DRESS! I went in worried about settling but Kynda knew exactly what she was doing. I felt so special and learned so much about all the different gorgeous details that goes into each dress. I had the best experience. When I called to make my appointment, Kynda spoke so highly of the experience I was going to have during our phone call and she wasn’t lying! First time shopping for a dress, first bridal shop Ive ever visited. Absolutely outstanding! I wouldnt want to go anywhere else. Absolutely stunning selection of dresses in all styles and super affordable. The ladies at the shop make it such a wonderful experience. So glad I chose Crown for my dress.

I am so sad to have to write this review. This owner has been in one word a disappointment. She was nice until we bought the dress. Once purchased this experience became a nightmare. First they said they would be delivered about one month after the order (we ordered March 20th). I didn’t hear back after a month and a half and called back only to be told another few weeks aka deliver is now may 29th. After calling a few weeks later the owner picked up and said I was not told another few week and that I should try back in a few weeks. At this point my maid of honor took over and called back a few weeks later. This kept happening to us -hearing some far off delivery date then us calling and being called liars and told to call back later. Finally we were told the 5th of July. We called on the 7th (as they were closed for July 4th Holliday) and are told call back tomorrow. Which I did and the worker there then says “call back on July 27th”. My wedding is august 7th and it is out of town. We needed alterations and to leave days before the wedding which meant there wouldn’t be enough time. I explained this and the worker and she said to hold for a moment while she called the boss. I then had to hear the boss complain to the worker about my maid of honor and our order and telling her that we (myself and bridesmaid) have been a pain. When in fact it’s is the other way around. Considering we ordered in March now being told delivery is July 27th. Thankfully after searching around the worker stated she found them in a box and we could pick them up.I have loved every one of my vendors and experiences of my wedding from my dress shopping (blue sky bridal Seattle😍😍) to my florist, venue etc. no one has been rude and everyone has delivered on what they promised. This is the one exception to my happy wedding experience. I would never recommend another bride to come here. It was beyond stressful and to have to worry about buying some “off the rack” dress at Nordstrom’s to have something to wear in time for the wedding was crazy.I will say we did get the dresses in time but the experience was awful. Truly if you want to have the experience we have all dreamed of as kids with you and your bridesmaids do NOT come here! I’ve never been treated so unprofessional, and truthfully hurtful as I have at this shop and by the owner of all people! I never leave bad reviews because I am a big believer of everyone has a bad day however since I had to deal with her soooo many days I know this was not a one off experience but instead a daily behavior for this shop owner.Glad I got to air my concerns out and I hope all future brides take this into consideration before stopping here.That being said I will say the dresses are lovely and that was a big reason we didn’t just cancel the order and buy somewhere else. If you have a LOT of time before your wedding aka 6 months or more I would say your safe to buy from here. Hopefully anyways ;)I did also want to add that when we did pick up the dresses we worked with a new worker we had not previously spoken too and she was wonderful. So shoutout to her!Good luck future brides❤️❤️

I would never recommend this place to ANYONE. We ordered our bridesmaids dresses in APRIL for my best friends AUGUST wedding. They advised that the dresses would be ready by MAY 9th. Well that date comes along and neither the maid of honor or the bride received a phone call. We had to call the next business day (closed for holiday) and they said to call back because they had to unpack the dresses. Then we realized some time has passed and the bride called AGAIN. They told her to call back in a few days. It is now JUNE 16th and this is the 3rd or 4th time calling and come to find out we have to call back NEXT WEEK because they are remodeling. Then a few minutes later we find out the dresses are STILL in production. Dresses we ordered 2 months ago!!! No phone call from them EVER to advise of any type of delays. We were told they had already delivered and needed to be unboxed and now they are trying to say they never said that they delivered. I am just praying that we can get these dresses in time for the wedding that is only 51 days away. Dresses that we haven’t been able to try on and even start alterations on. Crown bridal has not shown any form of concern, professionalism or anything. Please do not waste your time or money here.

I made an appointment to try on dresses and this shop and let me tell you, it was GREAT! First, there are hundreds of dresses in the shop, and it’s super cute. Second, Kynda and the two other girls that helped me were fantastic. They made sure to help me find dresses of different styles to figure out what I liked and didn’t like. They encouraged me to tell them if I didn’t like a dress so that we could narrow down my search. Also, Kyndas line of dresses are stunning, and the ability to make changes is fantastic! I highly recommend them!

My daughter found her dream dress here. I was very impressed with the one on one service we received. At no time did we feel rushed, it was as if my daughter was the only person that mattered. I would highly recommend this shop to any and all.

Phenomenal experience. Do not hesitate on booking an appointment here. We did the VIP experience and will never regret it. Our bride, bridal party and family got to enjoy every moment of her trying on gorgeous dresses that she preselected with Kynda. Kynda threw in two “unicorn” dresses that she received the day before our appointment and one of them ended up being the yes dress!! Lots of tears and good moments spent in the VIP room. Kynda and Katie were AmAzInG!!I Googled bridal dresses near me, the store came up and so we took a chance.Kynda pulled the perfect prom dress off the rack and it fit my daughter beaurifully the first time! We were in and out in 20 min,( we were on a time crunch).Bonus for us it was on sale-I am truly amazed- Kynda is awesome at her profession, and listens to what you want and helps you find it!I am one grateful mom!5 stars for sure!

I went to the ribbon cutting ceremony and I met a lot of their staff and they were all so nice and helpful! I scheduled a week later and found the perfect dress! I. Am. In. Love. I honestly cannot speak highly enough of this store and its lovely owner, Kynda. I went in on a whim and had such a blast! Aside from everything being an amazing price, the owner was so much help and so relaxing! I went in by myself to just look around and she immediately greeted me and let me look. When I had questions she was just around the corner to talk to and lend advise. We spent hours just playing around with styles and trying dresses on It could not have been more perfect if someone had tried to curate the situation. There was no pressure at all to buy anything thing that I wasnt 100% in love with.We ended up with a gorgeous ball gown with a sash and fun sparkly veil that tied everything together. It was so fun knowing that she only had my best interest at heart. I knew I could try on dresses even if it was just for fun.I got bridesmaid gifts as well as earrings for myself. And Ill 100% be going back when I fIgure out what additions I want for myself.Absolutely recommend to anyone. Even if all you want to know is your size and style.

This place is a must-try. First of all, SW Washington folks usually have to travel to Portland, Beaverton, or even Seattle to see a wide selection of wedding gowns, but Crown is fantastic and its right here in Downtown Vancouver. Kynda was so down-to-earth and friendly. She made my mom and I feel really welcome in her shop and had so much knowledge about wedding gown structure, alterations, ordering, and more. Kynda also did not rush us--she was 100% present at my appointment. She was a mix of sweet and no-nonsense, which is very helpful when youre looking for a wedding dress. Would recommend Crown to any bride, especially folks looking for affordable gowns and awesome veils. Kynda rocks!

Kynda was beyond perfect. My sister-to-be had a few ideas in mind, a strict budget and a Pinterest board. Kynda looked at the Pinterest board, asked questions and after trying on a few dresses, pulled a different dress off the rack (one my STB wouldnt have looked twice at). My STB tried it on and she said YES! Kynda is magical and made our visit so special. Ill be returning for my own dress someday!
