Grace is homstley amazing she went above and beyond to help me with my visit she is by far the best costmer servers I’ve had in a very long time she was so knowledgeable and outstanding in her customer service I will definitely keep coming back because of her it is very hard to find people that actually want to help you when you come into the store I hope paper about her to a manager because she is amazing

Self serve store no one to help I went around 3 times and no one. This Sephora is so small you would think you would get more 1v1 but no. I went to buy new make up and I wanted to try the Fenty and make uo forever foundation’s but no one to color match me. Ill stick to buying online. My husband was waiting for me outside the store and asked why I hadnt purchased anything m. There are only people at the cash register.

Went in to buy foundation. Woman would not listen to me, tried selling me everything but what I came for. In the end didnt even sell me the correct foundation. Specifically asked for sephora brand foundation and instead she gave me a different brand I cant even use. Called today to ask about getting the one I actually wanted and they literally wont help. Take your business to Ulta.

Basically have nothing in stock. Empty shelves and cant even see what the product is all the displays are gone. Went to a different sephora and they still had the displays out you just have to ask the girls there to show you. Im not going to buy something I cant even see. But even if I wanted to the shelves were empty. Waste of time.

I had no idea you could get samples to take home of Mens Cologne giving me a chance to figure out which I want at my leisure. Narrowed it down to three... I would suggest you also narrow your choices down to 4 or less, but they will give you as many as you like.Very helpful, knowledgeable & all three women there were very accommodating.

Went here yesterday for a makeover, buy 50 worth of product get a free makeover. Need an appointment. Not only was the lady great she was kind and informative. And the benefit brow counter? Wow! Lady was awesome. I now actually like my brows, and the Lady was friendly, and didnt make it feel like my face was being ripped off...

Poor customer service- not sure if they did not want to help me because I am older - over 50 or what. I usually get excellent customer service- I will need to just order from another store on-line.

I refuse to go back to this Sephora. Employees are always rude and not very helpful. Very poor communication between employees as well. I will be told one thing by one employee and a completely different thing by another. Just very poor customer service. Big disappointment

They are truly terrible and judgmental. I went it cause I a new foundation, and need help with the color matching. However the staff completely ignored me. I was waiting for some help for close to 15 min, but it looked like she was just chatting with a friend. And I kept getting dirty looks from her as well. Dont remember, the gals name but I got upset and left. Went to Ulta and one of their staff was nice enough to help me the moment I walked into the store. Dont go here, they are rude.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE, CAME TO GET A BUY SOMETHING AND I WANTED TO GET A SAMPLE OF THE FENTY FOUNDATION, MY SKIN IS VERY SENSITIVE SO I WANTED TO TRY IT OUT BEFORE BUYING FULL SIZE. THE GIRL THAT COLOR MATCHED ME HAD AN ATTITUDE AND SHE GAVE ME LITERALLY HALF A PUMP!! ILL JUST STICK TO ULTA NEXT TIME.

Did not have the best experience here. Came in to get some advice on which toner to buy and the gal tell me its a waste, then helps another customer instead of finishing helping me.

Really dirty store and barely any product.

Bought out by AMC, fired entire restaurant and in theater servers. Falling apart at the seems and dirty as hell. A sad pathetic excuse for what it once was.

Nice friendly staff

I visited this location 8/23 and had the BEST experience Ive had at Sephora to date. Bekah was the person who helped me and she did an amazing job. Usually, the associates only help you if you ask. She walked right up to me and offered me a sample of the moisturizer I was looking at. She assisted me with finding the correct color foundation in a new brand and when we learned they were out of that color, she gave me a sample to take home and ordered it online for me. She was the most down to earth person Ive ever met at a Sephora store. I really hope this review makes its way to management because she deserves to be recognized. Bekah - thank you for your help!
