Ariella was awesome. Great customer service. She offered one on one help. Me and my hair were very appreciative. She really went above and beyond!

I absolutely love going to Sallys! The girls are always so friendly and so helpful I feel like Im going to visit friends. They always make sure that I get exactly what I need. And theyre always quick to offer much needed advice. if they dont have a specific item Im looking for they are so good at offering a similar product that will work just as well. And if they dont have anything close to what I want theyre wonderful about calling other stores and finding out if they have it.

They have a really good selection of colors! But no Sallys has applicator brushes, i wonder why.

The staff are always really helpful and educated and very nice. Also this store almost always has good filled stock. HOWEVER, ..it’s really annoying how many missing swatches there is for all the hair color. They had all the “golden” browns but I wanted to see the cooler browns and there was like one swatch. They really need to order or make more

Love going there but they need to update they times on the app it say the open at 9 instead of 10 its kind of confusing

Kenzie was so helpful! I was going to buy hair extensions for my wedding day. At check out she warned me the brand I was about to buy had issues after using hair color on them and recommended a much better brand. The better brand was higher in price so she gave me a discount. Her customer service will have me continue to shop there for all beauty needs. Thanks Kenzie!!

Mackenzie was one of the most politest person I’ve ever met all day she went out of her way to help me find the right color for my hair knowing how much I was struggling, she offered to even help me with toners and conditioners which are two things I’ve never known I usually only used two in one shampoos but my hair is now so soft and luscious I’m coming back for seconds of that hair stuff! If you’re looking for good help and good info about hair find Mackenzie she’s great

Not usually a big fan of the women working at Sallys but on a few occasions I am lucky enough to get a lady named Veronica. She knows all the products and all of her suggestions were exactly what I was looking for. All Sallys should have atleast one Veronica!

Great selection but extremely poor service. The obvious hovering and staring at my family for stealing is very unfortunate. They also dont know what they are talking about when it comes to hair products. Please get better staff there!

All employees were helpful while I was trying to find a new hair curlier for wife.

I walked right up to the door and the girl working was looking right at me and the moment I tried to open it she just shut all the lights off and smirked at me. Such a terrible first impression. There are better ways of handling situations not only professionally but maturely as well. So upset by the disgusted by the behavior.

I have never seen a Sally store so understocked. They had almost nothing that I was looking for. Yikes. Ill stick to the other locations.The staff are friendly, but corporate needs to get these poor ladies some product!

This was my first time in this location today. i go in just for literally two minutes and i was asked if i could be helped FOUR times! i like customer service but this made me feel very unappreciated as a customer, uncomfortable. not to mention annoying. this was the first and last time i ever step foot in there. the fourth plain location is out of my way but that is the store Ill continue to shop at, i encourage you to as well. THEY give awesome service, Id give them a five star rating any day of the week.

Service and knowledge really depends on which location. I condiser myself the occasional shopper of Sally. Tonight my experiance was different. I witnessed the Sally profiling of the shoplifters and the half right half wrong experiance of sales staff. Unusually for me was the empty store it was only 6pm black Friday. I was missing the cheer crew usually greeting customers. The sales staff were clearly tired and wore out for sure. The best help I received EVER! No questions, no new information, no sales pitch, just the best. Thank you to the pretty brown haired girl with the cream cold sholdered sweater, brown pants, and boots. You made my entire day...even though I saw that eye roll with your goodbye 😏

People were nice. They gave me suggestions on products and I ended up finding exactly what I was needing.

I absolutely love coming here, I just wish you had more hair extensions because the verity is so limited . But I absolutely love it customer service is great and wonderful employees
