I brought my vehicle in for throttle issues, they fixed it promptly and even called me to see if I wanted them to install a headlight and wipers that were sitting in my vehicle that I was going to install later. Only complaint I have is that I was told my vehicle would be done and ready to pick up in the afternoon (on a Saturday) and had given them 2 calls before they closed and they didn’t return them, it’s now Sunday and they are closed and I thought I’d be picking my car up but that’s not the case. I would’ve liked to of had notice my vehicle wasn’t gonna be ready when I thought it was because I had set time outa my day to be Available to go pick it up

Miguel was AWESOME. My check engine light, tire light and traction light all turned on at the same time, my RPMs would go up when I pressed the gas. We were at a loss and rapidly started planning on a rental car. We called C & C and Miguel got us in right away. He called with an update and said my car was all fixed and ready to go, 2 hours after dropping it off! Long story short, a rat chewed my wiring and he fixed it and still only charged the diagnostic fee. He’s a life saver and he deserves a raise. Awesome company and even more awesome employees!

Ive spent a couple hours making a list of shops around Vancouver to find a new doctor for our used vehicles. Ill be calling in the morning to give them a whirl, got a doozie. Need a new RELIABLE mechanic team. Will update after repairs. 👍Update: The stories are true folks, these guys were great. Answered promptly did a good job with estimates got us in immediately and the truck rides like a dream again, they got it done so quickly we werent ready to pick it up yet. Great work guys, well be back soon to do some additional work.

Very nice gentlemen . they go way beyond what u pay for. Very honest and good at their job. Hard to find a shop that has good morals and arent there to rip u off or over charge for work that u really dont need. Cant say enough about these 2 guys. Im a customer for life.

Absolutely amazing place. I came in on 3/8/2021 to have my oil changed for my 2015 VW Jetta SE. I called before hand to let them know that I had a stripped drain plug bolt and they said they would take care of it no problem. They replaced my bolt and changed my oil and everything perfectly. The people here are extremely nice and honest with their work. The price is extremely fair and I will definitely be coming back here for any future maintenances for my car. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.Update 5/14/2021: Went back for another oil change, brake pad/rotor replacement along with new spark plugs and they did everything perfectly like always. They are the best. Thank you for the great customer service. I will be back again in the future 👍

I dropped my car off with Miguel on a Friday evening after work for to fix a couple of issues. He called me the next morning and all repairs plus oil change were done!! I was very impressed with the service! Miguel and Sam are very friendly and professional. It is nice to have a local repair shop that I can trust!!!Side note, I dropped my car off at the end of November and I didnt post a review until I saw how my car did after I left the shop. I am happy to say that i have not had any issues and my next oil change is approaching and i will definitely return to support this local, trusting business!! I recommend taking your car here!!

The A/C fan was rattling and making a lot of noise. I was really afraid of how much it was going to cost as Im retired and dont have a lot of money for things like this. I took it to these awesome gentlemen and they ordered the new part and had it installed in a hour. And at a price that was very fair. I dont think Ill ever take my car anywhere else to get it worked on when needed. Great service, price and in a timely manner. Thanks C&C !!!!!

I went in on friday to get a quote to replace the rack and pinion in my 03 accord. they said if i bought the part myself for cheaper somewhere else, they would install it and only charge labor. Miguel said he was booked on saturday but said he can get me in on monday. so i purchased the rack and pinion and i later called monday morning just to confirm and let them know i’d be arriving soon. miguel answers the phone and states he’s all booked up and doesn’t have time to install my part for me UNTIL AFTER CHRISTMAS. THAT HE SAID HED HAVE TIME ON MONDAY. I then questioned the fact that he had told me to come in and he’ll get it done on monday, and he claimed i never made an appointment. when he 100% said i’ll see you on monday. extremely unprofessional and extremely poor customer service. horrible attitude the whole time trying to argue. i do not recommend giving your business to these individuals.

Just took my 12 year old car towed here after it broke down again. When I called, the mechanic who answered, Miguel, was very nice and helpful and told me they would get me in no problem.When I arrived with the tow truck, Miguel met me right as we were unloading, remembered my name, and the details of the break down. He called me back within 2 hours with diagnostics and the price of the repair. He took the time to give me a detailed explanation of what needed to be fixed and broke down the cost of the repairs without me needing to ask. Unfortunately it turns out the cost of the repairs were more than the car was worth.When I called him back and told Miguel that I wasnt going through with the repairs, he was very kind and tried to help me in every way possible. He even ended up offering to continue charging the battery so I could drive it home without having to pay for another tow! When I picked up my car, Miguel was so friendly and caring, wanting to make sure I made it home okay. Even though I offered to pay him for his time in diagnosing the repairs, he refused.Its a sad day when your car breaks down for the last time, but the silver lining is that I found a repair shop that I will be coming back to for the rest of my life. C&C Auto Repair took care of me like no other place has!

I live in Tacoma and drive all the way down just to get anything done on our cars because I don’t trust anyone else and these people are super honest won’t even show you all the parts that they take out from your car, they have receipts to back their work up! If something does back fire for whatever reason they take care of it. Honestly I will never go anywhere else

One of my headlights was out and I needed a new one quick. I was at Firestone and they wanted to charge me around $50 for cost and labor and they couldnt do it same day I would have to wait 2 days! They didnt seem to keen on caring of my car needed fixing or not and sent me on my way. C&C was just 2 min away when I called near closing and fixed my car in a jiffy and more reasonable price ($20). Very friendly and accommodating regardless if they were closing soon.

Went to Vancouver to look at a car and this was one of only shops open on a Sunday. Honestly, Im glad this was one of the few. This shop let me look at the car from every angle, and showed me the problems. As a repair machinist I have done most of my own car work and I was pleasantly surprised at his cost estimates. If I lived in the area I would certainly go there first.
