Look no further if youre looking for a mechanic where youll be treated with respect and honesty (and not break the bank). The folks at Mr. Auto are nothing but kind and skilled people, you really get the feeling they want to help you instead of trying to nickle and dime you. This is the only place we’ve taken our (new to us) Corolla that I baby and treasure dearly. I really get the sense that they respect this, and I wouldnt take my car anywhere else. Im not exactly car-savvy but I never feel like Im being talked down to when I come here. I had a few issues pop up in quick succession a while back, and this place always managed to fit us in last-minute or as soon as possible. They even stuck it out with a hard-to-diagnose issue that refused to present itself the moment we towed the Corolla over. At my most recent visit, I came in for a loose panel on the underside of the car that scraped and bent on every bump. The kind folks at Mr. Auto saw me immediately on short notice and not only fixed it, but refused to charge me for it! Its been a long search finding a shop in town where I feel they respect me AND my vehicle. Ill be back for my oil changes and everything else in between. Im glad I dont have to dread taking my car in anymore :)

They are friendly and get things done in a reasonable time. They have a vast knowledge on all vehicles. Very reasonable prices. A very professional atmosphere and attitude thru out thre whole place.

Great local shop! Quick and super friendly service. Everyone was very helpful. They gave me several different options for my tires and got me in and out with a new set of tires and battery exchange in 1.5 hours. Their prices were so much better than everywhere else we called. And they got me set up the day before a big snow storm no problems. This is my new business for all my car related needs.

Received good work at good pricing. Ray and Bruce took great care of my rig and myself. They listened to my concerns and came back with good info. The parking lot is pretty stuffed but they have a nice waiting room, the neighborhood is not sketchy, and theyre plain spoken, good folks.

I havent used these guys service exactly. But last week my car broke down in the middle of an intersection right infront of their business. Two guys came out and helped me tow my car off the road and let me keep it there until I could get it home. They were very professional and super helpful. Thanks so much guys it was much appreciated. They didnt have to help me and they were both working. And from the kindness of their hearts they helped me so much that day. Just wanted to say thanks and gall should take your business here. Amazing service. I always expect actual prices to be significantly more than the quote. Not only was it less, they did some extras. So friendly and did their best to get my car back to me the same day. Had my power steering fixed, my rear window did not roll up and bulbs needed to be replaced. Totally stoked I can make u-turns again and take my car through a car wash. Would definitely come back if I need anything else repaired.

I always get good honest feedback on whats going on with my rig and heads up on upcoming things that will need repaired or replaced. The Service team goes out of their way to make sure you are getting exactly what you need and no extra up sell on the things you dont.

Went in Thursday night to set up appt, I was able to drop my car off Friday morning, and it was done before I got off work. The price was exactly what the estimate said it would be, and when they found an issue with my lights, which I had forgot about, they called to let me know and fixed it for a good price as well. Not to mention gave me an oil change too! These guys are great! Would definitely recommend, I know this is where Ill go from now on!

Run by a former mechanic from the ford dealership, this shop is an excellent place to go get no nonsense car diagnosis and servicing.I myself was extremely impressed by the service and quality provided, and was billed a very low fee... quite honestly, it would have cost easily twice as much just in diagnosis and mechanic charges just to have figured out what was wrong if I took my car to the dealership.So I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a straight forward and honest mechanic.

My sister introduced me to these guys and I have never been more impressed with a local mechanic. The guy that runs it is very personable, friendly, and honest. I had him check out my catalytic converter as I thought it was going bad. It turned out to be fine but they traced the problem to my electrical system, check my fluids, did an oil change... they were great! Very affordable and worked with my schedule to drop off/pick top the car. I WILL be back with my other vehicles. These guys are going places and I cant wait to see the new digs they will eventually graduate to.Update March 28, 2019. I was informed by Mike today that these guys now have diagnostic equipment for motorcycles. They have worked on my GSXR n the past and did great. Now that they have the new equipment they should be even better!

Bruce & Mike are stand up guys with great knowledge and expeirence. My girlfriend has a 2010 Chevy Malibu that had ABS, ESC traction & tons of other error codes, they discovered it was just a small fuse.....had my suspicions of some kind of sensor but due to all the error codes knew it was out of my hands. Not only were these guys honest, upfront, and have exceptional customer service but I luckily found them on Google with a great rating and reviews, great to be another happy customer and honest review.Thank you guys once again!

After having my car towed to Mr. Auto, the owner/quote writer had me right there, where he wanted me. So the four ignition coils got marked up to $148 each from around $80 and the spark plugs were marked up to $15 from about $8.00. If I had anyway of getting my car, home, I would have and just replaces the parts myself. A job not that hard. The total bill was over $950.00 Why so much I asked? Their answer was, Its just the cost of running a business. I felt as though they didnt care to make me a regular customer, unlike their wed-site stated. It was more about the profit for that day. I wont be back!

Honest and ethical auto mechanics. Its not often that you can find a mechanic that isnt out to gouge you.I took my car in with the service light on. They read the computer and found three sensors that it said were out. After reviewing the errors, they determined that only two of the sensors would need replaced and that the third wad a false reading from one if the others.Most shops would replace all three and charge you for the unneeded work. These guys didnt. They took the time to do it right.

Needed my starter replaced, these guys squeezed my rig in last minute when they were super busy. Will be going back soon for my other car to have a tune up and look over
