I love this place. They have such good crafting items.
I love this place. Its a happy spot for a creative person. The employees have all been lovely to me and my little people in tow. Fabric selection is good, and you can find quilting-quality if you know what to look for. Tons of good framing options and other art supplies. I love the creative toys near the front and roaming each aisle individually.
Plenty of parking easy access. The selection here far outshines both Michaels and Joanns. They had this I didnt even know existed. First timers plan to spend some time exploring this large store. Very reasonable prices and if you cant find it here it probably doesnt exist.
Great selection. Good prices. The lady at the material counter was so sweet and helpful.
First time Ive been there and I absolutely loved it I live too far away to make it a regular place but whenever I am in the portland-vancouver area I will definitely stop again
Good selection of DIY craft and art supplies. They carry different items from Michaels and Hobby Lobby
I love this place! Every time I come its arranged and decorated so creatively, it gives you a lot of inspiration for your home decor and craft projects! They have fabric, garden items, frames, scrapbook items, fine art supplies and even beads for jewelry making! If Im ever looking for something unique that I know I cant get at Michaels or Joannes, I come to Craft Warehouse 👍💕
Staff is great, and when a product is not available they have recommendations and solutions
What an absolutely fun experience. From the moment we walked in the door we were amazed at the ready-to-purchase handmade craft items. Then throughout the store we found just about every craft and art supply you could want. So many different bolts of material kept my wife busy getting supplied for some of her sewing projects. I felt like it was a combination of a beach-front shop filled with crafts, a combination of Michaels, Joanns, and Hobby Lobby. We both had fun shopping her, and thats saying a lot coming from a man who gets weary of shopping fairly quickly.
I can not be trusted in a craft store. I always find something I want.
Completely overpriced.I bought two 12 frames @$12 ea. It wound up costing over $118 to frame my simple crafts. Outrageous!!!!!! I will never again purchase anything from Craft Warehouse.
Love all the cool stuff in this store, prices are a bit high for most items but if you put in the time, you can find some sale, or clearance items that are a steal. This location has a superb range of coloring books, compared to Gresham location, yet the sticker collection isnt as good as25 Greshams store. Its too bad theres no reward program for frequent shoppers, one Tuesday per month (seriously?) shoppers receive 25% for off entire purchase. Thats too hard to nail down because a month is too long.
Looks small on the outside, but is filled with anything you need to craft to your hearts content. Great customer service, and quick checkout.
Always find what Im looking for. Staff is efficient, friendly and helpful.
Was able to order in storecsomesthing they didnt carry
One of the best craft stores in town. Such cute things for the home. 😍
Had what I was looking for, checkout clerk was friendly with good sense of humor! 😎🇺🇸
Average selection. Nothing to complain about except high prices. Other than that, the staff are friendly. Its the older customers that are pushy and rude. Prepare to be judged by the geriatric crafters.
Great selection. Friendly and helpful staff.
Its a really great place for just about everything, if you need a giant giraffe picture or a really unique coat hook this is the place to come. The staff will help you find what you need. And they do let dogs in. At least thats what I was told by a friend, believe it or not dogs and miniature horses are allowed just about everywhere.
Greeted at the door. Nice, clean store. Helpful staff. We had fun shopping.
Been here many times. Always find different unique items and fun stuff for every age. Displays are on key. Can always find a good deal. (Careful tho- $ can go fast here.) We have been priviledged recently to have April ring us up...Such a wonderful young lady. Her warm friendly professional personality is so nice to see and experience. Shes real and cares about customers..THANK YOU APRIL! You are a great asset to this company!!! God Bless You!
I was asked to wear a mask even though I had a face shield on pr I had to leave. I have a medical exemption a s only wear the shield to.make others feel more comfortable. I was very sad to have this experience.
This place is my favorite! So many ideas! This store is pet friendly.
They have great decorations for holidays.
Jessica, in the fabrics department, really helped us with starting to learn how to crochet. Very informative, spoke out of experience. All around, a great employee to have working for you and for your customers to work with!
AMAZING JUST AMAZING WITH ALL THE STUFF I MADE A AMAZING THING LOVE THIS PLACE
Like most craft places its a little pricey but if youve got a specific hobby then this is a great store to find what you need.
Craft Warehouse consistently has the best prices in town for DIYers and crafters. A little something for everyone in the family! Amazing for gifts as well. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Good hours. Wish there were more coupons though... 😉
Kept my toddler busy in here for almost 2 hours! Lots of fun jiggly kids toys but also neat things for the crafty adults. Teaching letters opportunities and even just a neat place to gather ideas for things. Their bathroom is open during this pandemic. We left with neat light up swords for just $2 each from their clearance. Fun store! Things from decently cheap to very expensive. Stuff for every craft. A large section of the store is succulent craft based so if you like making fairy gardens or using fake succulents in any way this store had a BUNCH of options. Happy crafting for whatever your mind can come up with!
Always able to find what Im looking forStaff is always friendly.
Unique items, nice change from Michaels and Hobby Lobby
They had so many different craft products, and examples of what you can make. They also had toys, and a small aisle for socks! They have everything you need for any craft!
I have recently started checking out some of the make and take project workshops at the local Craft Warehouse locations in Vancouver on Mill Plain and Hazel Dell. This is such a great way to try out new techniques and let yourself get creative without committing to purchasing every project supply, and also you dont have to make a mess at home. Bonus! Its a fantastic way to try before you buy. Check out their frequent Facebook event posts to find out whats planned for coming weeks. And in the meantime, they have a great selection of all sorts of items to inspire creativity in just about anyone. Pricing can feel a little high on some items sometimes, but you can easily keep an eye out for sales and coupons. I feel more creative just walking in the door, and thats something a lot of us could probably use. And since employees are consistently friendly and knowledgeable, you can use them as a resource to get started
Its best to hit one of their sales or a coupon day. Friendly staff and manager.
It’s an ok store. It was better 10 years ago. They keep cutting out crating supplies to add more junk imports. It’s more of Ali express and half craft store then craft supplies. Every time I go in they have removed more craft supplies and enlarged the imported garage sale like atmosphere.
Craft Warehouse has very good prices on wood pieces to paint and decor. Also they have a huge variety of pre printed decals to adhere to most services. They have a huge selection of firefly lights in almost every color and everything is very well organized. My only upset was their paint selection was not very large and very poorly stocked.
Big variety of crafts, and a big selection of jigsaw puzzles!
I go to the Craft Warehouse because I have a severe case of ADHD and in order to keep my head in the now I go there to buy gel pens intricate and intense coloring books and various other arts and crafts type deals so in my opinion this is a great place to go for your one stop shopping needs for doing crafting with the kids crafting for yourself in order to find your Zen Ive always liked Craftsmans Warehouse theyre Fair on their prices and theyve got many many other things that Ive really never looked into yet but its not to say that one day that I I wont this is a single story building on a little strip mall on Mill plain and 136th right by a Walgreens they have wheelchair access they have no steps into their building so wheelchairs are able to make it through their front sliding doors they do require you to wear masks on entry they do not take temperatures they do disinfect surfaces as far as I could tell when customers leave an area the employees there are really kind and polite and for me thats a very big plus I hope this review helps you guys yall have a good day
Lots of stuff, hard to find help. Especially knowledgeable help.
This is an awesome craft store! They are doing the best they can with covid-19 restrictions. I spent less than usual because it wasnt easy to get directly to the aisles where I spend the most. I would suggest making a list or placing your order for pick-up. I am really looking forward to a return to normal shopping!
Good variety of supplies. Great choice for clay pots. Not much variety for beads. Nice customer service. I like the choices of material for masks. Excellent supplies for mask making. -. Good parking and bathrooms.
CAUGHT 3 cashiers staring at me while I was waiting for my husband to finish paying for our items. The cashier in middle had a foul look 😳 😈 as our eye connected. Say hi or go find some work to do🙄
I really like this store! It’s obviously a big corporation at the end of the day, and they’re not like they’re trying to hide that, but the staff is super friendly and the prices can be surprisingly low if you know where to look. I’ve started coming here a couple times a week to feed my painting obsession, and I really love that I can walk in with $5 and walk out with a couple new paint colors and some canvas! A good bit of the staff is on the older side, but I kinda love that. It makes the whole store feel very cozy :D
Very friendly and very helpful!
Love the deals on succulents right now!
Staff is hit and miss - its auite possible they have some kind of apparatus up somewhere no one should...
Lots of clearance right now!But never pay their regular retail price, way to high
My favorite place to go for inspiration and supplies. I love the people who work here. Good for the soul!
They have a great variety of products including things most people wouldnt think to find in a craft store. prices a bit lower than bigger chain stores
Some really cool stuff. Pricey though. People very nice. They have some things that are different than michaels which i like having more choice than the standard or there.
The prices seem to have gone up; what I needed they didnt have, I was very disappointed..
I love this craft store, everyone is very helpful and friendly. They are always glad to help you with what ever you need help with. Great store, highly recommend giving it a try.
I love beads! I order online a lot but theres nothing like seeing the beautiful colors and textures in person. The staff there are wonderful and always helpful. I definitely recommend this place.
Im a paper crafter, so I thought it was great! Lots of metal cutting dies, embossing folders and of course paper and cardstock. Looks like classes are available, but Im just visiting, so cant take advantage of that. Lots of crafty ideas displayed thru out the store. And displays of how to use products give you inspiration. They have a coupon that can be used on full price item. And regular sales, also.Great store over all!
They had what I needed at a reasonable price. I am happy!
If you cannot wear a mask for health reasons the employees will hassle you and make you leave. Which is totally illegal.I will take my business to Hobby Lobby where they have better selection and much much better prices.
Lots of stuff. Had what I needed.
Very friendly staff and the layout was easy to navigate thru the store
Great store for DIY people. Also perfect store to help your kids make crafts since they are all at home going to school.
Good parking, good selection of crafts. One note, get rid of the rugs st entrance and exit. They are tripping hazards and a lawsuit waiting to happen.
Did a paint night with my girlfriend and they had everything we needed and more and most of it was on sale! The customer service was also excellent!
This location had everything and then some. Prices were kinda high but it is what it is.
Craft Warehouse is an amazing store! I own a vinyl machine (Silhouette) and make several different items. I make big paper flowers for backdrops and since I moved to Vancouver I thought of buying my paper here and I would, but I have stopped since I would purchase a specific color paper and if I ran out I would go back and they never had it stocked so I would have to go to their Hazel Dell locations which is extremely inconvenient for me since I don’t have a car. I expressed my disappointment to one of the employees but didn’t seem to give a care. This happened more than twice so I stopped purchasing paper, however I do visit this store for other items. When my husband drives me, he stays in the vehicle and my 9yr old daughter could easily spend hours there and of course quickly go over our budget. I love coming to this store, but the one thing they lack besides their paper stock is customer service. There are older ladies that seem very unhappy with life since I and my daughter smile at them, but never receive a smile back. There have been a couple younger girls who have been friendly. I am just so happy that we live relatively close to this store! Remember…stick to a budget! Giving a 4 star rating insted of a 5 due to the lack of customer service from a few.
I had a complaint about the Hazel Dell store and I never got a response back... will take my money elsewhere
Its fine, they had what I wanted, but the prices were a bit high.
Amazing craft store that allows for a creative mind. Helpful staff..
Great selection of fabric and craft supplies. Social distancing is possible here. It would be nice if they ever started accepting competitors coupons, or had some of their own, as their products are a bit higher than other craft stores
Folks here are always helpful and knowledgeable. Oh, I dont know, lets find *____, they know all about that.
I love this store. There is a very large selection of crafts, lots of cotton fabric, yarn, & whatever else youre looking for related to crafts. I will say they do have pretty high prices.
A great place to wander around in for hours. I love the bead section! And the people who work there are consistently nice.
Love this place. Good prices, good selection, nice cashiers.
Because of Covid, I wasnt able to go inside the store to shop, but Dona was a wonderful help to me. She made several trips in and out bringing me things to choose from for my project and even called the Hazel Dell location for additional items. I was able to get just what I wanted for my project. That was wonderful customer service! Thank you!
They always have unique things. Love the place
Clean and safe. Better than most.
Lots of crafting things, similar to Michaels. Found a lot of material on sale too!
Nice helpful people. Good selection of supplies. Prices are OK with many coupons to work with.
Someone put together a bead bundle. Excellent and I saved $15. Yeah for me
Excellent selection of items! Excellent customer service....you can actually find staff working the sales floor that can answer questions and help customer locate items. Excellent pricing on regular and sale items. Always well stocked! Thank you! REALLY looking forward to the new store in Sherwood, Oregon!
Great place with lots of things to buy
Found everything I needed - store is clean & protocols in place - staff friendly & helpful.
Good options. Great art supplies. Did not carry normal school supplies. Good prices for quality supplies
Fun place to get lost in. Crafts galore, and came across some that I hadnt ever heard of before. The staff were friendly and helpful; the store was clean.
Great selection, super friendly staff. The prices are a bit higher than youll find at some other craft stores, but the quality of the products and their increased selection cant be beat in town.
Great place to get your craft supplies. Staff is always helpful.
Slim pickings for the stuff I was looking for. I had to go to Michaels which had everything I needed and they referred me to the wrong place (I was looking for transparent film for a project to print and Michaels staff immediately knew where to look and offered options of places to buy it.
Locally owned craft store, has it all!
Craft Warehouse has so many beautiful items! You can always find so many amazing, on trend design items here. I could decorate every room in my house to look like the inside of a magazine! Also, if you are in need of any obscure or hard to find craft item, you are almost sure to find it here!
All the staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. Great safety precautions.
They have so much stuff to look at here. Way easy to lose track of time or even what youre looking for 🙂
Great selection of products and good services.
Great art projects and crafts. My go to store! Almost anything you can think of.
