At first they were great to call to find what I was looking for, and Jeremy was great. I apologized several times for bugging him, and Jeremy stated no, dont worry about calling if you have more questions, I am here to help. Now what he might of said after he hung up, who knows. The problem is I live in Tacoma, 120 miles away, I cant just drive all the way down there if they engine I was looking for would not work. There was an issue with the fitment possibly. Jeremy volunteered to send me pictures of the engine, which he did but not when he said he would. It was the same day, but not until after they closed. I had to call again to ask for more pictures because it was not showing the area of the engine we needed. He said he would, but did not. Instead commented on the area we needed the picture of via tex message. My mechanic asked me again to call, and ask for the picture he needed. This is where the 1 star comes into play. This time Jamie answered the phone, rude and cold as they get. He said Jamie was busy, so I told him I had asked for photos of what we needed, and told him Jeremy promised to send them, which he did not. I stated if they dont want to sale the engine then I am okay with that but if they do, I needed the pictures. He stated he would get the message to Jeremy. 4 and half hours went by and no pictures. Called again to make sure I could get them today. Jamie said he would go take them now and send them, again very rude. About an hour or so later got a tex from Jamie with 3 photos which still were not exactly of what we needed with a message that said, Do not respond to this message and do not call our store again with any questions. Like I said Jeremy was great, at least on the phone, but that jamie, I wont even comment on what I think of him. Anyway I was always polite with Jeremy, and I know I called several times, but that did not deserve the attitude of jamie.

Ordered a door over the phone from 3,000 miles away. Mark was professional, attentive, and very helpful. Super nice guy. Got me pictures, helped me sort out shipping to a different location. I then found there account on instagram and youtube. Website is also easy to sort through to see what they have and a lot of cars have pictures. Thanks All American Classics. Really appreciate it!

I have been building old classic cars and Hot Rods for decades and this place has been the go to place if not just the parts for a wealth of information and all of the employees theyre amazingly helpful and top notch. Some people like to shop at a store or a mall I can spend hours roaming their yard of old cars trucks and classic parts, but thats just me! 🙂

They are a classic example of a classic parts dealership. Great invenrory. Best Ive seen up close. Very knowledgeable. Mostly in it for the money but good deals can be made, grumpy, sometimes pushey, and more than willing to talk down to you. Ill shop there because I love old cars & trucks and what I can learn from the staff. Its business, you dont have to love people to do business with them. Id recommend stopping by, just dont plan to socialize much. In their defense, even though they have a great store front I think most of their business is on the phone, That might explain the lack of welcoming for people in the store.

This is hands down the best customer service experience I have ever had. I came in to buy a hood and some other parts, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They even helped me make sure that the load was secure when I was loading the hood into the back of a pickup.I had to drive for 4 hours in order to get here, but it was definitely worth it.

I was coming here for years! I work on cars, own a old car and I used to own five old cars. Always been very happy with the staff here except for one little fella a long time ago who thought that he was king of the world and owner of the wrecking yard... have not been back since. He looked like a stubby Tony Danza, Hopefully for the rest of you he doesnt work there anymore. his customer service skills were zero to none. Five stars because of all the other guys. And just the amount of cool old iron they have! If you need a place to poke around you might come out here and see it. theres a lot of stuff to see. Prices are usually pretty good.

These guys really helped me out. I have a racecar that was built by someone else and I wasnt exactly sure what kind of car the rear end came out of. Jeff and the guys were very helpful and we figured out the correct axle to replace my broken one. Good price and very fast considering they pull all the parts for you. This is not a pick n pull or a junk yard, they treat you like your at a parts store except their back room is gigantic! Great work guys, Ill be back again.

I discovered All American Classics by searching the internet for some very hard to find parts for my 62 SS Impala convertible. Im live in Ontario, Canada and they didnt ship across the border so they made arrangements to package and ship these oversized parts by truck freight to a depot in the US that was close to me. I am very satisfied with their customer service and their prices were quite fair. I highly recommend them.
