My husband and I had to switch to new carriers for various reasons. I had Metro before this and couldnt get service anywhere here in VB. Cricket fixed that!The absolute best part of switching is the clerk here, Sherry. She is the kindest person Ive ever had help me at a phone carrier service (maybe any retail store.) She will do her best for every person who comes in. Shes thoughtful, patient and the best ever. We absolutely loved her.

The sales woman was very knowledgeable and had us set up with phones and service very quickly.

Cyndi and Sherri are amazing ladies.Ive enjoyed working with River Valley Wireless off and on for many years.I left Cricket for a while, following the hype of the Metro PCS cool free phones...While the phone deals can be great... The service is maddening unless you live near their towers. I live in the country. Service was spotty at best.I was so glad to return to Cricket, and even told the ladies there I was an idiot. I had forgotten what good service was like!I wont make that mistake again.

I have been a customer of Cricket Wireless for years they never complain if I need my phone reset, and my wife needs her phone reset often. But they are always so courteous and our bill its never expensive. I am pleased with this company and with Sherry the manager. A very good friend.

They have the best help there a technician in the taking theyre so good they probably built rocket ships in the back room I know everything about and they sell them cheap

I would like to say more nice things about this place but there is a woman that told me to come on the 8th today and so I did I came on the sixth day as well and asked her to please replace my phone or refund me and she said no when I came back on the 8th day I was almost not able to even get it done and some dude in fort Smith said that she was well known for doing that and when I told the lady at the cricket store about the situation and even though she should have had a front-row seat to it all and it could be on the security cameras she got upset with me and flustered and pretty much called me a liar I took back my $200 phone and got a $40 phone and Im still considering changing to MetroPCS at this time.

Lady did my son phone took forever get phone activated n then this n this morning we woke up our phones all 4 for deactivate n until I was made 23 dollars get them turn back on old lady heavy set gray was awful at her job we wont go back main st n we go fayetteville rd in. Van burenI am done

Sherri is awesome had problem I didnt quit know how to fix. It took Sherri just a few minutes and it was as good as new.
