Visited via drive through. Quick service, but didnt have peppermint syrup. I know for a fact this is a year round staple, they claimed it was unavailable for summer. Just be honest and say you are out of a product.

Just grabbed a coffee. Sat outside on the patio, and enjoyed my coffee.

Friendly & polite employees. Good (new) chicken falafel type of protein pack and my drink was what I expected.BUT...Long wait time & dont plan on sitting inside to study, read, or work in a cooled environment. It was hotter inside than 83°F outside & under the sun. They must not be doing too well if they cant afford to keep their staff and customers comfortable.I say that sarcastically.I can only imagine that would affect customer service and employee moral later on in the day.

I was at this location today at 1:20pm and it was the quickest service Ive ever had from a Starbucks. I was prepared to wait the normal amount of time that Im used to from other locations but was in and out of the drive thru line in seven minutes flat. Everyone is doing a great job and they have a stellar attitude to go with it!

I just went to Starbucks with my boyfriend. We got our order and pulled into the parking lot to sit and drink our drinks. A super nice employee Bobby came out in the cold to our car to give me another drink, because he realized he had made the first one incorrectly. I would have just finished the original drink without complaining. To have him go the extra mile without even asking made my day! If I could give Bobby a raise I would.

Kindest staff! There was a mistake with an order on uber eats and the next time i ordered they remembered and sent a card and kind note along with a few cake pops. so sweet and thoughtful. they always make my day with their upbeat attitudes.

An absolutely lovely place to enjoy a drink. The baristas are super friendly, the restaurant is always clean. The place has a super fun high energy vibe! Also love the Disney music. If anything it should be louder like a dance club.

Best Starbucks I’ve ever been to! I go here almost every morning and the customer service is like no other. The manager and all the employees are FANTASTIC. They are so nice and make sure to make your morning great.

The costumer service was amazing! I came in today with a difficult order and was told if it didn’t come out the way I liked it they would give me a different of my choice. The barista even recommended some drinks for our next visit. SO SWEET!

My addiction started when my friend Katie decided she was over dunken donuts. She called in for a recommendation and ever since then weve been hooked. The breakfast crew is beyond amazing. Bobby, Corinna, and Nichè. They keep us sane in our rough world. Participating in spirt week was amazing!

I travel from Illinois to Indiana fairly frequently to visit my coege student. I always stop at this Starbucks. Its usuly great, but the crazy drive-thru caused my simple pike order to get set aside. But Ill come back.

Horrendous customer service. We were the last in an exceptionally long line, waited for over five minutes, and then were told we wouldnt be served. The Starbucks employee arbitrarily cut off the line at the car in front of us, even though both vehicles arrived at the same time, and NOBODY was behind us. We arrived at approximately 6:35 pm and the location supposedly doesnt close until 7:00 pm. What a joke. Congratulations, Starbucks, you just lost a loyal customer.

I spent $5 on a drink and it had a funny taste to it. The service took forever and the girl was rude. For now on Im going to go-to a different Starbucks. These employees need to be trained better.

Bobby was a fantastic barista!! He was so funny and made our day! I honestly will go back just so he can take our order again!

Good service, easy atmosphere and easy to spend a little time at. Loses a star for trying to provide spaces but setting it up in a tough way. Big table feels like 1-2 people can be at it, hallways space is a neat concept but feels like you shouldnt be in there if 1 other person is. Comfy chairs are right near the door (freezing or heated blast every time someone walks in or out depending on the season.)Ill be back but not regularly.

4 out 5 times they make my coffee perfect. Nice staff, good service!

I have the Starbucks app. This location is my go to every weekday morning on my way from taking my daughter to work. My order is always sitting on the counter waiting for me. Its a nice place to get coffee and sit for a bit with a blueberry scone staring blankly out the window wondering when will it snow and then realize you live in NW indiana and thats like asking why is there so many roundabouts because last I checked this is not europe? And so yes this is why I like coming here. To have quaddled debates with myself.

Im here every few days. I got my same drink but this time there was no coffee in it at all. Just almond milk and caramel. Normally it tastes amazing and I can taste coffee. But theres no point in drinking this if there is no coffee to keep me awake while driving.

Awesome service! The other day, two cars ahead of me, their was a drink mishap. They gave drinks to the customer, then I noticed the customer gave them back. A few minutes later, the customer got the correct drinks. Wasnt even a long wait, I waited worse at other places. The next car was quick. Then when I got to the order pickup window, the nice girl handed my order and said sorry about the wait, we had a drink mishap, this one is on us! I couldnt believe it! It wasnt a big deal, I even tried to pay. She insisted that Starbucks is buying my drink today. I had never even heard of a drink mishap. I drove away sipping my coffee feelin special. I get what they mean by the Starbucks Experience. In fact, we talk about this in my own business and use this experience as a model for our customer service. Way to be the catalyst Valpo Starbucks, you guys are a True Ace!

As a frequenter of many Starbucks, it is growing uncommonly rare to find a Starbucks store that is both time-effecient, friendly, and a brewer of great coffee. Thankfully, THIS Starbucks does all three. I will go out of my way to visit this location over others, simply because they deliver on the essential qualities of a good coffee shop.

Quick service and friendly atmosphere!

I dread coming to this Starbucks location, but cannot avoid it at times. The staff seems consistently preoccupied with themselves and the stories that theyre telling each other. More than one time, Ive stood at the register prepared to make a purchase and have had to wait up to FIVE minutes before I was even acknowledged by one of at least four employees. Customer Service jusy isnt the priority here, unless youre a drive thru customer, it seems. Beyond service, one thing that annoys me to no end is that this location refuses to leave the cream out for customers to use because theyre not busy enough to allow it (?) ... Eben after I asked for the cream, I wasnt allowed to have it and had to have an employee administer what I suppose was an appropriate portion. Id recommend bypassing this Starbucks location altogether if youre able to in lieu of the other Valparaiso location. Youll get much better and faster service, even with the crowds that persist at the other location. Its just not worth it here.
