I was glad to see the dressing rooms open again. The associates were helpful. The only problem I found was that at the 4 stores I went to looking for tennis shoes was the lack of having size 9 in the popular shoes. Other than that everything was fine.

Resolution: I emailed the company & got the worst bot response. Im so done with this company. Wont even have a real person to reach out. Didnt even offered me a coupon. Said theyll send me a survey. Laughable!I wish I could give ZERO STARS!Recently had an issue with site to store delivery. The shipping tracker notified me that the item had been delivered to the store on Thursday the 23rd so I went to pick it up. The person at the counter was helpful but told me they couldnt give me the item bc it hadnt been checked in yet. They said they would look into it & call me back but I didnt get a call. So I gave it a few days.I called back today the 27th to have someone physically go look, but they kept telling me it wouldnt even be there until the 29th bc thats what their computer said even though I tried explaining to them that I had delivery confirmation & the other employee said it was theyre but just needed to be checked in. Then, I had a very negative experience with one of the supervisors over the phone. Then, I heard her venting to multiple coworkers about me in the store later on.After 15 minutes of holding, transferring & arguing I was given to the manager, Alex. Alex then magically found my item at the store & I was able to pick it up! Yay! ...mind you 4 days after being delivered at the store. Alex told me my item was not checked in properly.

I love shopping here, I feel like there is a never ending amount of things are here. I had been in to get a dress for a wedding the next day and the ladies were super helpful plus I love their rewards program, I’ve gotten so many things for a few cents or few dollars.

Limited in the mens section unless you are big and tall then they had plenty. Good sale prices the day I went

Took my niece the shopping there their mom gave them $40 their bill was 37 something and the cashier kept asking for exact change and I said she has $40 and then he repeated himself what the total was Bill was his name guess he doesnt know how to treat people that pay with cash you have a till that you have money in I work a retail job I dont have change I call a manager and get more change its not that big of a deal you dont Badger a 12 year old little girl for exact change when her mother gave her $40 her mother did not give her change Next Step complaining to corporate

Great sale prices! Regular prices are reasonable. I like their dresses which Ive gotten for church and have found great quality summer pants on sale at the end of season for under $20. A couple years ago I got a air for $4 and another for $11.

JC Penney carries a wide variety of quality merchandise. However the last time I visited the store it looked as if they were transitioning to fall. Mens department was a little sparse in mens underwear, as were other areas in the store. It still is a great place to shop.

The people and sephora help me out with picking a new perfume for my wife.

I went in for a return and walked straight to customer service. While doing the return I was informed that returns need to be done at the back of the store and that there was a sign when I walked in which said so.. It would be more convenient for then customer to do returns at the front of the store or atleast not feel like an inconvenience for doing so.

Bought clothes for a commercial I was shooting. When they ended up not needing the clothes I purchased, I returned them...only to have the sales associate look at me like I was trying to pull a fast one. I never even took them off the hanger... Not great customer service at all.

They generally pretty nice clothes. I can usually find something here. The evening wear section only goes to an extra large, so if youre looking for anything in plus size, for the evening wear, you wont find it. I have always loved JCPenneys.

This is my favorite JCPenney in the Region/Northwest Indiana area! Its more organized and cleaner than the Southlake Mall location. Its one floor, and they have shopping carts. While shopping it was easy to find help out on the floor. They have a great salon, portrait studio, eye glasses and large Sephora section. They even have appliances! Im normally a Kohls girl... but Id say this location won me over! And they had a 25% coupon! ;)

I C Pennies must not want to keep customers in their store. Cellular signal doesn’t penetrate into the store and they don’t have WiFi! ALL the other major department stores have WiFI.

I came shopping because I had a $10 gift coupon. When I checked out the cashier told me I had an additional $10 gift coupon if I wanted to use it. What a great deal!

Went in to the store to pick up an online order. Waited very short time.. picked up a couple things as I walked through, the sales associate was friendly and asked if I wanted to pay for those there. It made my trip in and out very brief. Will return.
