They definitely have a good selection of shoes, but I was disappointed in that they had More sneakers and casual shoes than anything else, I am in a professional business where it is important to look as a professional would look, I think it would look crazy to be wearing a suit or coat and tie with sneakers to me clients

Love this place although I dont buy as many shoes as I use to, they have alot of diff brands that I love and cant find anywhere else and the prices r great. I have to have comfort first and can always find a cute and comfy pair of sandals every time I come. Really enjoy the huge selection they have and dont have to go through a million shoe isles to find something. I love the way their store is set up. Great and friendly service as well always!!

If you are a 45 year old white man, looking for sneakers to mow your yard in. This is your store. You will not find: Any NBA endorsement related shoe in this store or anything that is in style. You will find: Air Max and the Air Monarch...Not gonna lie. Im going to run the numbers on opening a foot locker in Valpo. Just because of the poor selection of shoes out here.

More expensive than I thought it was going to be.

Purchased new winter boots. Ive had them about a month and they are already coming apart. I noticed the inside lining came out of the boots and that the sole was poking through. The outside of the boots are already breaking at the seem. Im very disappointed with this purchase. The boot brand is called Itasca. I wouldnt recommend purchasing that brand of boot, as Ive learned they are poorly made and since I have had them for a month I cant return them or exchange them. This review is based on the boots I purchased, not a reflection of Shoe Carnival itself.

I called ahead for a certain pair of shoes when I arrived they didnt have the shoes that I called about 35 miles for nothing. No help at all.

I had to come return my new boots and the 2 evening male workers were the least helpful as possible

I only gave it 3 stars cause they never have my size. im a size 8 and wanted to buy 3 pairs of shoes that I really wanted but couldnt cause they were sold out. here is a clue... size 8 is the average size for women so have more invatory in that size!!!!!

Customer service is excellent here! They made sure that our needs were met. The store is clean and in order. They have great deals on shoes here. I will return here for my shoe apparel. All around great experience!

The manager (at least I think he was) was so rude. The store was clean, the young lady that helped me was very nice. They had a really good selection of shoes with a lot on sale.

Usually have good prices and selection. If your there at the right time you can catch a buy one get one 1/2 off, but you need to be sure your not buying clearance as they dont count. The associates are typically very nice and accommodating to help find something you cant locate.

After looking for shoes at shoe carnival for over 30 minutes with my love, we left to compare with surrounding shoe stores in the area. We came back and PURCHASED 2 PAIR OF SHOES FROM SHOE CARNIVAL. YOU HAD THE BEST SELECTIONS AND DEAL.

Very helpful staff and as a bonus they did a in store promotion and I got another pair of boots for half price. Overall a great shopping experience and I will be back. Hopefully Ill get a 1/2 promotion again next time.

I can only wish I could give you less than one star. Went in the store yesterday I was insulted by an employee.

They didnt have the shoe we wanted in the size we needed so they called around and tracked it down and held them for us. Very much appreciated.

Place was pretty empty and no one asked me if I needed help or anything. Usually they always do but the employees seemed to ignore me other then at check out. It was off putting for a store that i always get asked by multiple people if I need help. Been shopping there for shoes for years and never had such an empty shopping experience. At least the prices are decent.

Was able to find what I needed for my sons band concert required attire but there was not as big of a selection as I wouldve liked.

I had really good customer service there. The prices are great and staff are really nice and helpful.

The layout for the kids section can be a bit confusing. Toddlers and Youth shoes are mixed together in certain areas of the store. Nice staff and I was happy to get a 30% discount when I joined the frequent buyer club.

This store has terrible customer service. My boyfriend went in to try and quickly find our son a pair of shoes the guy there was rude as hell and treated him like he was going to steal something. The guy told a co worker to keep an eye on him!!!!..if that is not sterotyping i dont know what is. Brown guy in a hurry in valpo omg watch out!
