I was told my oil change would take an hour and a half... Over three and a half hours later my oil still hasn’t been changed.... and I had an appointment! Really?! As I’m writing this, I’m still waiting for my car to be ready.

The man with the glasses at the front desk in services is really nice and helpful, I wish I could remember his name. They serviced my car and inspected it for me, in and out pretty quickly.

Worst service place ever! Too a week to fix a brand new Traverse and they returned it scratched. First they tried to buffer it up but since that didn’t work they told me they could give me a discount to fix the scratched. Bob was extremely rude! So off you ever drop your car here take pictures! They didn’t even have me sign any type of documentation when I dropped the car! Awful place!

Poor salesmanship. Staff is rude and pushy.Did not even get to see the trim level of the truck I was interested in buying. Got pushed for completely different configuration that I explained several times I didnt want. Didnt even get a test drive of the vehicle I wanted to buy. Plain weird how unpleasant this was compared to most other car dealers I visited this holiday season.

Beware of getting your car serviced here! They overcharge and mislead you about what service your car needs. I tried to get my A/C fixed and was told that my compressor and radiator need to be replaced. They were going to charge me $1600!!! I declined service, but was charged a little more than $100 for the diagnosis alone, which is ridiculous! So I went to two different mechanic shops who both confirmed that only the compressor needs to be replaced. Paid $400 to an honest mechanic at another shop to get it fixed and my A/C was working again.

STAY AWAY! Sold us a clean car BUT actually had been in multiple accidents - one WITH STRUCTURAL DAMAGE - not disclosed & not even listed on CARFAX. Accidents happened 3 years prior to showing on CARFAX, they clearly know how to manage car histories. I highly recommend not to buy from this dealership! I bought a second hand car. The salesperson confirmed that the car was a trade in of an old couple and that the car was in perfect shape. We thought they would be reliable since it is a Chevy dealership. TODAY, one year and a half later, we went to get a new car and wanted to trade in that vehicle. To our surprise, we were told that the car had been in multiple accidents, one with structural damage. Therefore the car is worth nothing today, even though we paid full price, for a clean car . Now we know about how Carfax can be played and will make sure we do our due diligence and will not to trust retailers even when they represent a nationally well known brand. I know that not all car dealerships conduct such practice of course..... BUT, I RECOMMEND TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE!

BEWARE! DO NOT bring your car to BICAL!My husband drove my 05 Malibu into Bical for a couple of recall notices. There was NOTHING wrong with my car. My personal mechanic is a certified GM mechanic and was a service manager at a local GM Pontiac dealership. He has maintained/ inspected my car for years. My husband worked at a GM dealership for years, also. I bought my car at a family members car dealership, so it was thoroughly inspected, car-faxed and checked before I bought it. My son is an officer and drove the car locally to work for over a year. He used our mechanic religiously for basic maintenance. So, my car was DRIVEN into Bical Chevrolet for the steering assist recall. The mechanic at Bical broke the factory seal on the column and took the steering column apart with no problem. After working on it, he then tried to force the shaft into the collar without lining it up and wound up smashing the collar flat. Now the column cant be put back together, the shaft will not insert into the collar. He tried to say that the lower half of the column was an incorrect part number. That would be impossible. Two different halves would be impossible to put together and the car would not be able to be driven for 13 years. Since the mechanic destroyed the column, my car now CANNOT BE DRIVEN! Bical wants me to buy a new steering column. We tried to speak to the mechanic. It seems that Bical let him go home early while my car was in pieces in the bay. When we try to speak to the mechanic, were told he is not there. According to Bical, the mechanic STILL isnt there. My husband went to take pictures and a manager kept bumping him while he was trying to get photos of the damage to the collar, shaft and the steering wheel. My husband called him a few choice words. Honestly, I dont blame him... WHO wouldnt be frustrated in this circumstance? We contacted DMV who is to conduct an investigation. We contacted GM corporate and made a complaint and now have a case number. I have contacted Nassau County Consumer Affairs. All I want is my car back in the condition it was in previously to bringing to BICAL. There was nothing wrong with my car previous to bringing it to Bical.
