In a world where professional integrity and excellence of service are rapidly disappearing it was unbelievable to discover these things exist at United Auto body where competency was part of every step of the process. Phil Jr. and Kevin were 1) accessible (they answer the phone!); 2) patient in explaining the process and options; 3) thoroughly familiar with the insurance company interface; 4) and last, but so not least, delivered AMAZING work on time. I really hope I never have to go back but if the need arises I wouldnt even think about going anywhere else.
