I would just like to say that sports unlimited is one of the finest businesses I have ever dealt with when it comes to repairing ATV is repairing ATVs and motorcycles and snowmobiles The people are friendly and very concerned about making your experience a good experience its incredible in thits incredible in this day and age to deal with people so nice

Went to purchase my son a new snowmobile jacket was told 125 get to the register to cash out and guy says sorry price was wrong its going to be 189.00 and customers service wasnt all that great.

Dealt mark on a 2021 outlaw 70 mark treated us like we were buying 20,000 dollar machine the best service buy mark always called back and the day we picked up machine with our grandson he was just as excited to give it to him he loves it over his 2020 yahama yfz much more powerful and is much wider for better control great service great products steve and mason Daniels

Great customer service

I would not suggest anyone bring their machine here!!!! My husband brought his sxs in for a repair back in June 2020 and it still hasn’t been touched!!!! It’s been 9 months!!!! He’s called, showed up and they just keep giving him the run around saying other machines are higher priority. Something needs to be done!

Worst customer service I’ve ever had! Machines has been in there for repair Since Sumer of 2020 it’s now almost spring of 2021 and it’s still apart and they haven’t touched it! Place is a joke!

Hands down one of the best experiences I have ever had a dealership. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, not pushy at all, and informative. They listened to what I was looking for and provided guidance to help me make a great buy. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and would highly recommend them to anyone. Terry, the owner even went way out of his way to personally deliver my ATV after-hours on a Friday night. Its very rare to see this kind of customer service anymore. Its great to see a family business like this doing well and providing service with a smile. I have no doubt that I will be a return customer and referring friends.

Bought a Honda CBR from these guys and they were great. Told them I wanted it for sure and they set it aside for a week while I got things situated with the bank only to buy the bike with cash because GPO was being a pain. They kept in touch with me just the right amount without being overly intrusive and eager to get the bike out of there. Everyone there was helpful and made the whole experience of buying my first street bike a blast. Definitely would recommend doing business with them and will likely go back there when I decide to upgrade.
