This place is awesome helped me get my first bike was a bit of a wait on coming in but I didn’t mind as everything is crazy with covid I left a 1000$ Deposit they called me as soon as they got it absolutely no trouble they made everything super easy all I did was show up sign a few papers and rode home on my first bike anyways big shoutout to dds and Suzi for making everything so easy! The worst place I have ever dealt with. Ive been a customer there for around two years, starting with renting a storage unit. I was looking for a storage unit that would let me work on an old motorcycle I had. Doing things like changing the brakes and tires was what I planned to do. Before I even said I wanted to rent a unit, I asked if I was allowed to do motorcycle maintenance in there. They said I could as long as I wasnt changing fluids. Fast forward maybe eight months later. I was working on the bike (had it torn apart and on a motorcycle stand to get the tires replaced), and the owner walks by and sees what I am doing. He stops and says that I am not supposed to be doing that in there. I had asked him directly before I got the unit!Now fast forward to 2021. I had a new bike (bought elsewhere), and it had a flat tire in the rear. I figured out it was a nail. I called around, and the only place that could sell the stock tire was DDS, as they are the only Kawasaki dealer nearby. I called and asked how much the tire would be and how much it would cost to install it. I was told ~$160 for the tire and $55 to install. I decided it was a good deal, so I brought my bike over there. I get a call two days later saying it was done. They told me it was $295 for the whole thing. I was confused because $160 + $55 = $215. With tax, it should have been about $233. Anyway, I tried for the next two days to go get my bike. The first day I got there at 5:58 (DDSs front door says they close a 6:00). I thought that makes sense. No customers were there, so they closed a few minutes early. I came back the next day, this time 15 minutes before they close, and they were already closed. So now it is Saturday. Drove over and went to pay for the bike. The lady working said the final was $301.41. I have now been told three different prices for my bike. I tried to ask about that, and they said sorry, and the price is final. I paid, and they brought out my bike.I am very displeased with their service. They do not check prices, or their word doesnt mean anything. I chose to go to them as they said they had a reasonable price. Better yet, I spoke with my father, who has a motorcycle as well, and asked how much it cost him to get new tires for his ST1300. About $350 is what he said...for BOTH!!! Buyer beware.Update: I did receive a phone call and a voicemail after this review went up. I have since called them back and did receive a refund. I appreciate the refund but I dont appreciate the tone in the phone call and being told I embellished the story with the storage locker. My opinion above still stands.

Recently purchased a 2019 Kawasaki ZX6R from here. The team made the process of buying a bike easy and informational. Didnt realize until after the riding season. They installed tires for me. After doing that it was very wobbly in the front. Brought it back and was charged again to true the front wheel. A year later I discovered why my speedometer broke. They installed the speedometer facing the opposite way, sheared it around the axle and lucky it didnt do more damage or hurt me. The whole speedometer assembly is trashed as well as the cable. Not impressed.Update: the entire front drum assembly is sheered and will not spin the speedometer. 450 bucks later and I learned how to spoke and true my own tire. With regards to the stores wish for me to call, I sent them an email describing everything with no reply, I discovered this issue on the other side of a closed international border so thats not happening. Just beware that you are going to have to carefully inspect their work.

DEFINITELY would not recommend. READ BEFORE BUYING ANYTHING HERE.I bought a Kawasaki jetski from them 5 years ago. I never had problems with the jetski until just recently. I am actually going out of my way to sell it and get a sea-doo so I never have to do business with Sam(the owner) ever again. I sent my jetski in for service and they could not figure out the problem (+2 hours labor). They then made me pay $100 an hour for PHONE CALLS they made with Kawasaki (+2 hours labor). At this point they still didnt fix the problem and my bill was well over $400 dollars. I picked up my broken jetksi and paid the bill. I then proceeded to contact Kawasaki about this issue and they were embarrassed to say they were associated with this company. Ask around about Sams business practices and you will get the truth.

Purchased a atv yesterday. Did everything over the phone and it was outstanding service. Got me out the door with everything in 24 hours. Couldn’t believe how easy they made the process. Drove a 1 and a half because dealers are running low on vehicles. But totally worth it. Definitely recommend them and their outstanding knowledge of their products. Will be buying everything from them from now on and the drive was worth it. Thank you so much Sam and Suzie.

Over the weekend we bought a side by side from DDS Motorsports. The service by Sam was above and beyond our expectations. He really worked with us to meet our time crunch for our new purchase. He never once made us feel like he was unconvinced by our needs to get this picked up ASAP. Being in the service industry myself, I know good service when I see it and rarely am I impressed by anyone. Sam impressed me so that says a lot. I would recommend doing business with them.

Extremely friendly and helpful. Thats where I plan to buy my first motorcycle.

Be careful. Always willing to sell you something but dont come in with a problem because the arrogant staff behind the counters will blame you. Service manager could definitely use some customer relation skills. The Salesman I dealt with when purchasing the Mule now appears to have the same attitude as the sales manager . Came in with a shifting issue. Brand new mule had 6 hours on it. Never stored outside. Always in a garage. When I arrived I immediately got the attitude from who I would presume is the service manager. Real bad attitude experience with the staff inside. Makes me nervous about bringing it in for service when it reaches the 50 hour mark. The only positive note about the experience I had was how polite and knowledgeable the mechanics / service guys were. Hats off to you guys. Please dont let the others attitude rub off on you.

Just got an inspection for my Ninja and service was fast and very nice!

Paid around 7000.oo paid cash for a 4 wheeler from there and took down gulf cart there Cost me 400.oo TO LOOK AT IT and was there for a month called once and yes coustmer service stinks very rude if they dont like their job find another one. Once your out the door dont want to do anything with you

I highly recommend DDS. I once had a Kawasaki, but got ran over and I thought buying a Harley was a good idea. Never again. I like Kawasaki and DDS and their staff. Always friendly and no pressure. I hope in a few years I can give them back more of my business.

Good for last minute storage but kind of pricey ($119/month) but very nice and clean, convenient. They keep the lot plowed during the winter it seems as well.

Its a great place to go to. I would highly recommend going if u need parts for atvs, dirtbike, motorcycles, snowmobiles,jetskis. They have a variety of different parts. If u are not sure about something give them a call. The workers are very friendly and have great knowledge.

Great service

Horrible customer satisfaction, Sam will not help or take care of customers. My family, friends and I have spent tens of thousands of dollars will them. Had bought a sled had 90 miles on it head gasket was bad from the factory and set motor up, was a month out of warranty and did absolutely nothing to help remedy the situation. But tell say the sled was sunk. Will never get another penny from any of us. Absolutely disgusted with DDS. All he cares about is your money.

I just recieved a call from a Customer that i had recommended them using DDS Storage. they just called to thank me for recommending such a great place. My client went on to say How clean there storage facility is and how friendly the employees were in the office and how efficient they were and that i should recomend all my customers with storage needs to go to DDS Storage...

This place has been the most unprofessional, unpleasant business i have ever tried to do business with. Every time i have gone here there is always staff who just seem like they have way more important things to do than deal with you. On top of that when my motorcycle broke down i was extorted simply because this one employee didnt like where i wanted it towed to. So after swearing at me and doubling the price for an already silly expensive tow (seriously, just call any other tow company, i guarantee theyre cheaper) this employee handed me my key and said my business wasnt even worth it to him. There is no reason i would ever recommend this place to anyone for any reason.

Helmets dont come in the box. Ive never bought a helmet anywhere else that didnt come in a box or even have one available. I like to store them in the box in the off season to keep them protected from damage.

They let me test drive 3 different machines no problem. Friendly staff.

I had a good experience with DDS. I didnt particularly like the financial institute they use, but it turns out banks are all like that when it comes to toys. I gave four stars because they wouldnt order the Jetski I wanted. So I settled with the one on the floor. YEA I was pissed. that is two star reduction to me. other then that, Taylor (the salesman) was awesome and would I recommend DDS Motorsports. (TIP: buying toys is not the same as buy a car, you dont need a Jetski so banks Fcuk with ya more, also, the price is the price. there is no dealing. Thanks for reading!Whitesboro NY
