The staff were polite and easy to do business with.I showed up late in the day for an alignment and they were very helpful and pleasant.I also like the focus the Corporate Office has on arming their team members with up to date equipment to use. As far as I could tell, the alignment machine was a recent model and gave quick, accurate results.I like this place ... :-)

I have only gotten tires here.ihave never serviced my car here .Tires has been responsible as a single parent I am always on a budget.Gustavo the manager helped me with 2 tires at $85 each. Which for a good pair of tires to ME wasnt so bad. Of course they get you with installation fees and what not.As far as the products go, I drive everyday about 30 miles a day and the tires have lasted about 2 years. So I feel I did get my $80 bucks worth.

The staff was professional and knowledgeable. I got a much needed alignment and oil change at a reasonable price.

They lied to me. Then put the wrong tires on my car. Did not road test the car. CAR CRASED ON THE WAY OUT OF THE LOT BECAUSE IT COULD NOT TERN RIGHT OR LEFT!!!! Broke the struts. Had the car for a week. Lost the keys!!! needed to buy new key. Then took four months to reimburse me.!!!!

ATT. OWNERToday I was driving by your Upland location and I happen to get a flat tire I wasnt able to make it into the driveway but I did pull up over across the street from the store. I walk myself to your store and a gentleman by the name of Jovan help me with the situation he crossed the street himself and help me get the car across. I asked him if he was okay with that or I can call a tow truck. After he got my car in the shop He suggests that I do an oil change since my light is on I said yeah go ahead and do it. It wasnt until after hes working on the car he comes into the waiting room and we start talking then I realize that this guy is genuinely a good customer service person he takes it to another level. He also helped another gentleman that only had $70 and he told him not to worry about it youll make it happen for that much and another couple came in for a flat repair and he got them in and out quick because they needed to be somewhere I mean he was just going above and beyond helping people I then asked him how long hes been working here he said for quite some time and I say your boss must love you. Just moved out here from LA area. So glad I found this place. Had a trusted mechanic in LA, but good to find another place that I can trust. Gus and David are good people.

During the holidays I got a flat, went in, they checked out the tire and turned out that it was only the valve that was leaking air. They were honest enough to inform me that no repair was needed, they adjusted the valve and fixed the issue without charge. Go here regularly for oil changes and maintenances. Usually very quick and efficient. Took in for an oil change and they found lots of other problems I didn’t even know about. 10/10 recommend :)

Each customer is different. And come with different levels of difficulty! And you must find a way to properly service each individual as they come. Usually for minimum wage or just above...I’m so embarrassed it’s taking me so long to say- Jacob! Jacob is the source of this professionalism I’ve referred to as custom customer service. Today i had my tire repaired from having a half inch bolt logged into it, gustavo had me squared straight away this morning having my tire serviced & balanced. Not only that but had my new custom OEM headlights installed and working perfect, including a service to my rear pinion seal stoping the leak. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area to come to these guys, always honest and fair with quality work and prices. They also have great financing options for all work needed, of course meeting a required minimum. But overall 10/10 best spot in town for car service 👏👌

First time on this shop..and it was a good experience. Staffs were friendly and courteous. Shawn is very professional and provided me options what needs to get fix and whats important. The mechanics are professional friendly too. Definitely coming back to this place.

So the price for an oil change is $20 less if you have the Good Year card. They refer to it as a membership card. Its not its a high interest credit card. The price for a full synthetic change was 66 without the credit card and 45 with. You cant simply have it though, the purchase needs to go on the card.

I was going to go to another shop but I am so glad I did not. I came here and they beat the price the other shop wanted to align my tires. The guy at the front was kind and efficient. He filed the paperwork quickly and told me that it would be about an hour. After 20 minutes, he called me in and said that he did a test drive to be sure that the car was ok and noticed that I was missing a bolt after checking the car underneath. I had no clue. I only paid for the alignment other places I have been to would have charged me extra for that car check. I definitely recommend coming here!

Beware they are no longer Goodyear and are not going to tell you they are now Monroe and has changed hands. They will use Valvoline exclusively no mater what your car requires. Dont ever tell them you are going on a trip or leave during a servive. They will scare you and tell you you need extra services to keep you safe in the road and you wont be there to see if they are lying or not. Naturally you will say yes to prevent anything from happening. As a result my spouse had no idea I had the car previously inspected and I had no idea he had my brakes n shocks done. All due to scare tacktics to upsell. Because he told them he was on his way out of town, they waited for him to leave then call him saying these things were bad. And seeing he was going to be on the road he wouldnt want anything to go wrong now would he. No one should have been near my brakes. We didnt ask for an inspection of anything. My brakes and shocks were fine as was my sway bar. No clacking no squeeking or grinding. Guess what it does now? Not to mention 135.00 an hr labor and 4 hrs cost almost 800.00? How is that? Last I checked 135×4=540 and thats IF it was worked on 4hrs. Well 1200.00 later, a car I cant drive on the fwy, grinding noises and a leak later do yourselves a favor and go visit Sal down the street at Certified auto.
