Always receive friendly service and am never hassles by employees for brining my gas bike inside the store.
I just wanted to give a shout-out to Katelyn and the whole team. We had battery trouble while on vacation from Indiana. Katelyn took care of us immediately. She quickly tested the battery and charging system, diagnosed the problem, and found a replacement. Especially notable was her willingness to provide information and recommendation on the product of a competitor (as a certain product was not in stock). Another employee (maybe Jacob?) installed the new battery. He was also wonderful. Very positive and professional. This place was a Godsend.
I bought a battery for my car from Autozone but ended up using my friends AAA instead. Two days after buying the battery I went to return it. The manager helped me and rang up my refund and then explained that the battery I bought back was different than what was on the receipt. I had to explain I didnt switch the batteries and that I had just purchased it two days earlier at that same location. The manager then asked for a description of the staff member that helped me & knew who I was speaking of. I had also purchased a tool for 19.00 dollars. My total was $216 but I was refunded $184. The tool didnt cost $32.

I will start by saying I own eight vehicles that I do maintenance on.I was looking for filters so he gave me a list of the filter numbers and send me to look for it. He said hes helping somebody else. There was only one customer behind me, as I walked away, he says how can I help you to the other person. I guess I wasnt important enough to be helped all the way.A few years back I had bad service here So I started going to autozone on Central. I tried them about a year ago and I liked what I saw so I started coming back to this location as it is closer to me. Needless to say I did not like the way I was treated on my last stop here.
Must have some shady or lazy employee to not be able to find something thats in their inventory.

The manager (blond redish beard) is a really terrible person to the employees. Heard him screaming at employees for asking basic questions. I would hate to work here just because of him.

This is a Great AutoZone location due to the Great customer service provided during my visit. I stopped by for what I thought would be a 5 minute visit but it ended up being a 25 minute visit. I was helped by 3 different associates that were all eager to help. The customer service was great and very much appreciated. In addition to customer service, the location was well stocked, clean, and very presentable both inside and outside. Some product at the checkout counters can use some dusting or a quick wipe but overall Im very satisfied with my visit and will return here when the need arises. Great Job!

They insist on phone numbers to buy a light bulb I dont want to be interrogated to buy a light bulb fan belt freon or any other accessory for the car thats what radio Shack used to do and I hated it

Came here and creepy loud guy asked how tall I was. He said he was 6-5, but he was clearly 5 at best. He proceeded to tell me his life story which sounded like the premise to a movie, but I didnt have time for all that since I had my son with me. Otherwise it would of been entertaining to hear. Weird, but OK. Got what I needed and left.
Blonde haired girl had a bad attitude, she may have a bad day, but they have to check themselves and coworkers and call each other when they are not in the right costumer service attitude. I already have issues with my car, I dont want to top my day with someones dislike with their job.
I never write reviews. EVER! But man!! I came at 9p for windshield wipes in the middle of a “California RainStorm” and James helped out. He was so nice and courtesy. He offered to help install the wipers. It started raining hard when we walked out and I said no it’s okay it’s pouring I’ll wait to get home and do it. He still went ahead and put them on for ya. I know wipers are easy, well now I know. But I felt so bad for him to be in the rain doing it. I pulled up close to the front and he wasn’t getting as wet. Thank you so much James for the help! Really thankful for it!

Big store well stocked with quality after market auto parts. Knowledgable helpful employees. Just had a battery problem. They could have sold me a new battery but they tested mine and said it just needs a good charge.

This Autozone is the one you want. Customer service is 5 stars, and if they dont know they will find someone who will. All of the staff is good but if Que is working its your lucky day. Que is as real as they get and a nice guy on top of that. Autozone Upland 👍

Minus 10 Stars is my rating. I got accused of returning $12.00 worth of parts I never even used. The manager proceeded to continually be-little me in front of other customers and employees even telling me about how his father will drive an extra mile just to save $1.00 on gas. Smart man if you ask me. The store also had a grab and run out the side door (theft) while I was there and when he finally decided to turn off the alarm after people started walking out. I asked does this happen a lot here? His response was Yes just like you returning parts that you already used. Needless to say I told him just give me my stuff back I did not need to be treated like a criminal. His response now was Oh no I have already started the return The manager is rude, inconsiderate, unkind and I think he believes he can walk on water. Going to Pep Boys which is right next door from now on. I suggest all do the same

Most of the time the staff at AutoZone doesnt know what theyre talking about and they are pretty rude. These guys are keeping up with their standard, if you want me to say something nice there it is. The guy that helped us kept saying whats next whats next whats next when we were looking for parts. Had a big attitude and was a total jerk

What can I say, its just a parts place
Ordered and paid for part, as my car is torn apart. I was told my part would be there in 1 1/2-2hrs. 24 hrs later, 3 phone calls & visits to them ( no phone call from them), still the part had not arrived, & they wanted to give me a hard time asking for my money back.
Very helpful, knowledgeable employees, today, got windshield wipers and Randell installed them on my Toyota Corolla, have been a customer of this Auto Zone for the past 6 years, always find what I need, my go to Automotive parts store.

Went in to have a staff member check my girlfriends car battery. As it turned out, the battery was producing only half of the recommended voltage. Because my girlfriend purchased the battery from the same AutoZone in November 2015, the staff member allowed us to exchange for a new battery at no charge.

This Autozone is always really professional and the workers help you out with lending out car scanners and other tools. I had to come here because the car wash by the high school scratched my door handle and body panel. I looked for a replacement handle but couldnt find one. The cashier recommended that I look online or on Rockauto, which actually helped a lot. I was able to find a replacement handle and panel for less than I thought. I always stop by here first thing if something goes wrong with my car. Good starting point to getting things fixed.

Took forever that was three cashiers but only one was working I dont know whats going on with that place but they really need to hire a lot more people that were actually going to work and do the job there was a long line it took about 45 minutes just to see somebody to get some help

One of the managers there the one that owned a transmission shop. Knows how to make up some stories saying my 89 ranger didnt have a pcv valve and that ford was playing around to get away by not putting one. I just walked away very disappointed. I know their not mechanics! But I also know that they are only part sales and story tellers. Thanks anyway.

Sloppy service. Act like they care. But they really dont. Asked to get a battery changed. Said theyll talk to the manager waited almost 30mins for him to show. Then he comes back to the store from a delivery, still didnt service me. Called the store, the guy said hes coming out,never did. Waited 10 more mins. Still didnt show. Came home called the store and told the manager what happened. Never coming back ever again.
Todas is the 24 hour auto zone and is the also the the local distribution hub. They pretty much have everything available there.
The guy that manages the place is fantastic. Hard to get his humor at first, but hes very knowledgeable.

Prices are Autozone standard.

Very bad advertising, I had a check engine light on, asked them to check it, and they said no, they dont do repairs, thats not what I was asking. Let me know what is wrong with my car! Isnt that there advertising, come in with check engine light, well tell you whats wrong. False advertising!
