Ford of upland has by ffffaaaarrrrr the best customer service. We live in riverside we pass by 2 ford service centers before getting to upland and boy have we learned from our mistakes. Car been in service for 7days. Never got an answer until yesterday then was told it would be over $500.00. The whole time my daughter was in a rental car (paid for out of pocket).

Seriously, take your Ford to the dealer for service. Theres a reason why the service department is packed everyday. The prices are competitive, even on tires.
