Today had to be one of the most stressful days I had in a very long time. I get home from work get out my car and boom my phone drops literally as I get out my car. Immediately I call in a claim and to my surprise I can go into a store and have my screen fixed. When I get to the store I’m greeted by Sean he was calm and ready to help. My screen was cracked pretty bad and we where having trouble And I was getting aggravated and he stayed so calm. He just kept trying and telling me it’s ok we have time. There was another way and I’m like just delete my stuff and fix the screen. But he didn’t want me to lose my things on my phone. He sent me home and had me try a couple things. I gained accesses to much phone from another device. I called the store to speak to him (they where literally about to close) and he told me to come! When I got there we had a couple things go wrong but again Sean stay calm and took care of it. He fixed my phone. Never once did he complain or say sorry I can’t! This is customer service and what we need in this world! Thank you so much Sean! You saved me I need my phone for work purposes and I really needed my phone! He worked on my phone for hours! No one has ever done this for me and I really appreciate it. Things like this are so stressful and to have someone really help you is so reliving.

We went here to activate a new cellphone and get a new sim card that was lost.The place is clean and inviting. Ignacio assisted us in the process that was quick and flawless. He helped us while staying behind a plastic separation for our safety.Fast, courteous and professional.Thank!

Was promptly taken care of. They were not able to fix the screen (they did not have part, but its a Note 8), but they were able to access I didnt need a NEW PHONE. Took care of insurance there and went to a place they sent me too and it got done.

I think the rep needs some diversity training. I noticed apparently he either is not accustomed to working with people of color or has his own hidden biases. He was very smart/ disrespectful with his responses when I asked him questions. He wanted me to take my phone home to complete the transfer although I did indicate I would wait until it is completed. They were other things he displayed that would be too long to explain. He definitely needs more training. Thank you!

I deeply appreciate David for all of his help!!!! I entered the store stressed out in tears !!! First Net suspended my services even tho I verified that I was a Law Enforcement officer several times with David. First Net insisted I didn’t !!!! I further went on to explain to First Net that David asked me to identify myself before he enrolled me. It took several attempts to rectify my situation. I also told David and Rose that I am a very POPULAR OFFICER ... i wanted to leave AT&T PERIOD!!!! I also told them I was given FIRST NET /AT&T THE WORSE REVIEW EVER!!!! I was going to reach out to every First responder I know NOT TO GET THIS SERVICE AND IF THEY HAVE IT DROP IT🤬Nevertheless you definitely need to know that David and Rose were so HELPFUL!! They were BEYOND KIND / UNDERSTANDING AND FRIENDLY TO ME!!!!!’ TOGETHER THEY MADE ME COMFORTABLE THAT THEY WERE GOING TO CORRECT MY ISSUE. HIGHLY disappointed with my experience at this branch. Zero customer service. I bought a plan with AT&T and brought a new phone.There were some issues with my plan but the manager NELSA was least bothered with assisting me. Called FOUR TIMES in a day went in TWICE and did not get any service.Sad to say I will be shifting to Verizon now.

Part 1: I came up with the crazy idea of switching from an iphone to samsung. David was super helpful and patient while I asked him a million questions and started the process. For such a big transition it was pretty seamless. Also, the store was clean and everyone was friendly.

I went to the store to get a fix on the android crisis which was causing the apps on my phone to shut down. In the process of such, I became interested in the purchase of a new phone which was also another android phone. The technician was upfront with me about the purchase of a new android phone and suggested that I wait until the issue is resolved because another android phone was going to present the same problem with the apps crashing at the time. Now that the issue is resolved, I will go back to the store and get the new phone from them because of their honesty and being very forthcoming about the potential problem with android phones at that time. This type of honest and straightforward way of interacting with me goes a very long way.

Outstanding service! We worked with David and he was incredibly personal, polite and just plain nice. Our appointment started right on time, and he was focused only on us. He helped us get the best deal possible. I am SO HAPPY we left Verizon. They could learn and thing or two on how to treat customers. AT&T could give them a class, and David would be the professor!

This is by far the Best Customer Service I received hands down from any Wireless carrier. Norberto and Veronica’s customer service exceeded my expectations. I just recently ported two lines from Sprint to Verizon five days ago and only have one physical phone that is active and have been trying to get assistance and a resolve from Verizon. However, after five days approximately 30 hours, 5 trips to 3 stores, spoke to 20+ reps managers, supervisors and sales associates no success or quality customer service. I had been given the ultimate runaround. Verizon will never get my business. Thank you AT&T because this switch was a smooth transition. Part 2: The samsung switch only lasted a few days. When I went back to return the phone and use my upgrade as I probably should have done the first time to an iphone 12 pro, Enrique and Allen were my saving grace. The whole process was a pinch tedious, but that was more my fault. Overall Enrique, Allen and David were all friendly, knowledgable, and extremely helpful. Lastly, I learned my lesson.. dont ever leave the iphone... unless you want a headache and to waste time. Thanks again for everything, loving my new phone!

Great service from this store! Very impressed! The store was closing a few minutes after we arrived to pick up our phone. Carlos fixed my phone screen super quick. He was exceptionally courteous. And, despite getting ready to close David provided wonderful customer service. He was personable and charismatic. He patiently addressed all of our needs. These two gentlemen made us feel like friends not customers. Thank you guys!!! We’ll definitely be back!!!

Thank you Henrique for helping me find a new phone yesterday. Mine was ruined after I dropped it on my skateboard but he listened to my concerns and helped me get a new phone the same day! It took about 20 minutes and i walked out of there with the new note 20 and the best part of all is that he got me a pink note 20!! My favorite color!! He was very friendly and professional. HE IS THE BEST! This is the best at&t ever!! I been a customer for over 15 years and I always go to that at&t on route 22!!

The Manager was less than nice, CONDESCENDING, non professional and a liar. Didnt know her elbow from her behind. She knew nothing about engaging and was less than stellar when she stood to be corrected. I dont know who she impressed enough to give her the position because all she and two of her cohorts did was MANAGE to give this AT&T a bad image and managed to lose the dedicated customers and give a horrible reputation. Not to mention when I took back product the other Brainiac supposedly issued a reverse amount of money back to my card which he never did. I had to call back to AT&T after watching and waiting 12-14 days for the reversal. A very reputable young woman after her investigation did the reversal and day before this day it posted. Go figure!😤😡😠😬

I usually only review places if the customer service is either great or terrible. In this case it was terrible.Im giving 2 stars because last Saturday I had a fairly good experience upgrading my phone, however, today when I went to updgrade a second line, Henry D couldnt had done a worse job! He tried to make us feel as if he was doing us a favor. The guy wouldnt even let us finish a sentence. Totally dismissive. Not to say, not knowledgeable..I told him I had a certain promotion to upgrade my phone and he kept insisting I was wrong. My husband almost had to beg the guy to look in the system. And guess what, the promotion was right there. I almost came back home and ordered it online because Henry was not in the mood to work today. I would understand being treated like that if I was one of those difficult customers but I am usually easy-going, being that I worked many years in sales/customer service, I understand the struggles but also cannot accept being treated less than I deserve.

This AT&T location is very fraudulent! They stole my identity with 3 phones, I turn in my IPhone toward my the purchase of a new IPhone 11 Pro! ! I was notified by Apple asking if I was someone else. AT&T explained to me, I had three phone attached to my account! I also had a Samsung Phone, attached to my account! I have never had a Samsung in my life! Very troubling! Alan was the Rep who sold my phone to me, along with the manager! Take a customers old phones and then selling them or personally using them is a serous crime! P.S. I was told I was getting a credit for my phones. Only received one credit. For a total of 3 phones.iIF NOT FOR Apple, contacting me to make ME, aware my phone had been compromised! I wouldn’t have known until my bill was presented! Please be very cautious with this location! Also read the reviews on their disregard for their customers! Time to reach out to my lawyer! This will not be taking lightly!

I originally rate this att store a 5 star. I am taking it back. Incident was I made appointment online due thier advise because of the pandemic. Once I arrived waiting for my turn the workers just ignored me so when I asked the guy I have an appointment he just bluntly said we have enough business for the day ! Look around you we are very busy! So rude! Dont waste your money on this store they pick and choose 💯 who they want to do business!

Excellent customer service!! Sabrina was very patient with me and informed me of everything that was going on. She kept me updated throughout the entire process! Even when the repair of my cracked screen resulted in having to get the phone replaced altogether, Sabrina and the other employees were all nice and pleasant to work with, from entrance to exit!! Poor/lazy management and assistant manager.This was my go to store a few years ago they had a very good management and service staff, and just so you know they are a corporate store and not just a retailer.Now you go there and all you get is attitude and aggravation.We purchase 2 new $899 phones and got 2 $1200 instead same phone bigger memory without even knowing.I found out 2 days later after looking at my bill.The store manager and assistant manager are useless they told me I had to give up our phones while we waited to get new ones.They also could not find the right color phones and told me I had to stuck with what they had.They had me running around to other stores that wanted to charge me a restocking fee.It took me multiple calls to customer service and finally reached corporate customer service to finally get this resolved.I finally went to pick up the right phones and come to found out that the guy who sold me the phones on the first place and that made the mistake was the Manager. He didnt even came to apologize in person or nothing which would have been enough for us.I had to say that if it was not for the corporate customer service help I received I would have been a nightmare dealing with this store.I love AT&T services and the company. I been a loyal customer for over 15 years but this store is a bad example of corporate practices and customer service.

Bad customer service.. no one acknowledged me when I went in the store, which is very unusual. & the employee gave false info. about Apple batteries, so he could try to get a sale/me to upgrade. When I called to inform them Apple will do what he claimed they wouldn’t.. he actually Hung up on me!! I was very polite, & that was So uncalled for. Looking for a new phone service provider I took a couple trips to AT&T to inquire. Richard gave me his card and helped me every time coming into the store. Switching from Sprint to AT&T Richard did an amazing job answering all of my many questions with confidence .. and made me feel happy to finally make the transition. A great perk added was that I was able to get a free premium service and I choose pandora. I love my new IPhone 8+ and can already see the difference in the high speed internet service! If it was possible to give a zero star then I would only give a zero. First of all, I have been a loyal customer for 10 years. Never a late payment . Today, I called to the customer service because has an issue with my account. I never had experience with such a poor, unprofessional customer service. I have spoke with customer rep Anjela, id-Jy4z9, who was very rude, and helpless . I asked her to transfer me to the supervisor, but before she did it she lied to her about what happen. When i was transfer to Alina, instead of helping me and apologize she covered her up. I was not helped. That kind of service is UNACCEPTABLE.

I drive 45 min to pick up a phone and they tell me the classic “our system won’t let us activate it” and to try again a different time! Tell that to the customer before the drive a combine 1 1/2 hours to get a phone!

As far as a phone store goes its pretty generic you give them your money they help you some.most of the time the sales people dont actually understand what theyre selling and have to ask somebody who does. Same as all the other phone companies.
