I had an issue with my Sub Zero Fridge. It was leaking water on my wood floors, and I thought it was going to be a major issue. American Service Alliance told me a technician would be at my house between 8 am and 10 am. The technician, Paul arrived at 9:05 am. He told me what was causing the issue and gave me two options. He went about his work. He was clean, nice, and competent. My hope is that my Fridge will be in good working for condition and I should probably do some follow up maintenance. So for now, I give American Service Alliance 5 Stars!

It took him no time to diagnose the problem, which he repaired quickly and carefully. He even managed to drain the standing water from the machine without allowing any seepage into the floor.
