Went to the salon got my hair done turned out perfect I recommend their salon anyone 😌

Very few customers present; staff quite willing to provide one-on-one personal service and attention to each customer, including ringing up accumulated items from various departments. Definitely a friendly place to shop.

Nice jewelry counter, EXCEPT I purchased a $600 ring, it comes in one size, then ships to my home (45 minutes away), then I have to take it back to JCP and have it sized to fit!!!! What the %$&@!

Not much to choose from in apparel or shoes. It looks like the store is closing down. But i do say the sephora was stocked which made it worth my time there. Plus the jewelry department was good.

The store feels chaotic.. there was only like one choice of panties and only a blip of pajamas and night gowns

Im rating 5 stars today because I had a good shopping experience. I needed some trail shoes and I havent always had good luck ordering online. I found a good pair that fit me well and even got them on sale.

It is no wonder that this place is always dead! I went in to use a coupon from my account and it was so confusing and unaccomidating that I gave up and walked out. I wont be back! I dont like when places draw you in with promises of good deals and then dont honor it for most things. Complete waste of my time! JCPenney has never been known for style or quality. They were known for having good deals on basic items for the whole family. Now they seem to just be overpricing things because they dont have enough business. It really is too bad because the concept is good. There is potential with the Sephora and a salon inside the store. I hope they wake up and re-visit their intentions and realize their limitations because there isnt much else nearby. It would be nice if they could get their shiznick together!

Its ok, I cant stand the secret security stalkers. They are not trying to blend in at all and drive me absolutely nuts following me. Ive tried to return items in the past that I received as gifts and was treated like I stole them or something. My grand mother bought me a beautiful blouse that was 59.00........i returned it because I dont wear red not do I wear big flowers, I was offered 7.99 back. No I didnt buy it, no I had no receipt, but if I would have accepted that, it was going to be re hung and re sold the clerk told me...... Now wait...... Thats selling it twice......🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔What?

Wel my experience with jc penny’s has been great until today. I walked in with only one thing on my mind some 501 jeans, the whole time I am there checking out a few more items on sale I have loss prevention following me around everywhere’s right up to the register. No way to treat paying customers never going back.

I like to get my hair colored at JC Penney salon. But the price is not cheap. Although Im guessing that its a lot cheaper than some of the other Ukiah salons. Ask for Cheryl. She was very good.

Came by to spend some money and I wanted to use a coupon, although I didnt know which one. I was seen by the customer service young lady by Sephoria, who was dismissive and just standing there . I asked her at least three times what coupon should I useShe just said go on line to jcpenney. ComI was online, again i needed help to figure this out and I said that I have been on line, do you have a coupon I can just use?She told me No not unless I have a JCpenney card. I then said, I thought I didnt need one for the 25$ off. She proceeded to tell me that I shouldnt be rude to her. Then told me that I can go in the back by mens (to check out)While I was being help by a nice customer lady, the manager comes by. The lady in front told her that I was rude so this manager was preemptively standing there. Im floored by this stores customer service. The one nice thing I can say is about the customer service lady in the mens department. She used the coupon I was trying to find so badly online. She did not tell me to go online and search for it and stare at me!

Went in looking for a dress shirt and tie. After about being in the store for over 20 minutes I began to wonter if anyone was working. I never saw any employees and I needed help so I left.

Nice new updated store, great selection of home products, basic underwear, and cosmetics, not so much in clothing lines, however this is a small line store, for better choices go to Santa Rosa.

They have a Saphora inside now! The only place you can find nice makeup in Ukiah.

Selection of womens clothes is very poor. Most look like something from a Goodwill store. Jewelry looks like cheap junk with high prices. How this store stays open is beyond me.

Good Black Friday coupons and other deals!!

My daughters and I just finished shopping at the Ukiah, Ca store and the customer service was horrible. Everyone was rude and there were three elderly ladies who just stared at my daughters the whole time with angry faces on. When I walked passed them I spoke and said hello, their response was nothing but a grunt. We checked out at a different register to avoid the angry women and the lady who checked us out was just as miserable. If my daughter didnt have a gift card to use we would have left and went to Kohls!

I can hardly stand going in the door, the perfume smell is so strong. I get a headache almost immediately.

I came into the hair salon on a whim after not having my hair cut professionally in a couple of years. I get really nervous when getting a hair cut, as Ive had so many botched jobs over the years, but my split ends were finally getting the best of me and my at home trims werent cutting it. Luckily Kait was free at that time and she did my haircut. She really took her time even quadruple checked to make sure everything was perfect. She was very attentive and you could tell she really cared about my hair and the final outcome. Its been about a week now and my hair still looks fabulous. Normally after a haircut, I will spot things that were missed and go over it myself. Not this time, I am very pleased
