Wonderful Experience and they have an endless selection with all the latest colors and styles to match absolutely anything you can envision. They listened, and were creative, helpful, and patient. Josh was especially knowledgeable and informative. He gladly went out of his way. We had a much needed fun time at this welcoming and friendly store following some other very negative experiences!

I cannot say enough nice things about Harriet and the team at Builders Carpet!! We took months trying to find the right carpet choices for our new home and once we finally decided on one and found out Builders Carpet carried that line we were ready to go! Did I mention that we had family coming in town and our sons birthday party coming up a week later? Harriet went above and beyond to have the carpet delivered and installed just in time! The installers did a fantastic job, she was incredibly helpful and easy to be in touch with and now our home looks completely updated!! Our friends and family complemented the carpet and the job well done! Thank you Builders Carpet & Design Center, I cant wait to come back to do more updates in the future!!

Brett has been amazing and such a help on a fairly large project I undertook. I found the service impeccable and his response time was excellent! In terms of product pricing and selection- it was very competitive and there was a ton to choose from!Thank you!

At first everything was ok. 10 days after they came to measure and still NO estimate! Called yesterday and was told today I’d have my estimate. Almost 6pm and still nothing. They don’t make you feel like a valued customer. Guess maybe they are too busy to do my flooring. That’s ok, I found a company that wants my business. Update: 30 minutes after this review was posted I got the estimate.

Should have gone with lowes. Would have saved me 1000$
