Steer clear. I opine any good review is pure luck. Expensive, uncoordinated, pompous, squirrely. They act like you are to serve them. They wonder why they have no business. That kid needs to grow up

Have highly recommend East Texas Floors. Our wooden floor had been damaged by a sub cinteaccon who had installed a door for us. After the realization and through East Texas Floors we had to replace our great room, hallway and dining room. All old flooring had to be removed by hand, glue scrapped, cleaning of old mess and new floor placed. East Texas Floors and their contractors made our house look like new! I highly recommend their product and work.

When I walked into the store I felt like I walked into pintrest. This place is amazing with great ideas. The owner was great and the two girls were nice. Will come back here in the future.

I had a need to replace a portion of laminate floor due to a water leak. After researching internet and getting several prices, I found east Texas Floors, who gave the best price and arranged for pick-up at Carrollton warehouse, not far from where I live. Perfect service.

Flooring is gorgeous. However, I had to chase down the installers & subcontractors repeatedly in order to get it finished. One of the vent register holes wasnt cut properly and because I dont feel like chasing them down yet again I guess well fix it. As a matter of fact, they left a mess - I still have a refuse pile that they promised to haul off two days ago! Also, they did the floor cutting inside with a machine rather than doing it outside (???) which left sawdust all over my walls (which were recently painted) and I have asthma so cleanup has certainly been exciting (read breathing treatments). Finally, after each departure, they left lights and A/C on with a window open (uninhabited house for a few days), and door unlocked (good thing people dont steal refrigerators & copper in this neighborhood!). Had to BE there for things to get done.

Knowledgeable staff great atmosphere. Daniel really knows his floors.
