I didnt buy anything this particular trip, I was more just browsing for TV Antennas. I got there early, so the store was virtually empty. However, the employees were courteous, and asked if I needed any help. They made an effort, and thats something to be thankful for. My overall experience with Home Depot has been positive. I have shopped there numerous times over past 30 years at various locations, and really can honestly say I have never had a bad experience. There is always this feeling walking in that I can build anything. Only problem is, I dont know how to build anything. 😁

Love the store nice clean friendly environment not too hot not too cold comfortable to shop everything you can hopefully look for is in there and at a reasonable price too to boot just dont ever go to dirt cheap

He leads by example and makes himself available even when he is busy. Most recently he helped us with an order to complete a tile job and thanks to him we were able to get the supplies needed and stay on budget. His willingness to always assist never goes unnoticed and is greatly appreciated. As we continue to navigate through this building project, with the increase in the cost of building supplies, we look forward to a continuing this relationship with Omar and Home Depot. In store customer service desk is really good at staring at people. Not much help. I was told I dont know how to so that you need to see her who as soon as she heard that buried herself on the phone and refused to even acknowledge my presence. If there was another place if go.

Cant ever get assistance. Noone I s where they are supposed to be. All of these stations are setup to help with the various departments.no one is ever there . And then you finally see someone that works there but heaven forbid you have found someone from another department..oh my if you go you better be ready to do everything on your own and take help and wear tennis shoes and bring your patience.

We went to the Home Depot looking for a particular tool and they had several in stock. The gentleman working in the department was very helpful and informative. We. Hecked out in the Garden Center and the cashier Dakotah was very nice and professional.

Today 9/4/21 Halina Watson and Ronald Gilliam get 5 stars. Halina (in flooring) took as much time as needed yesterday on the phone to make sure my complicated pick up order was going to be exactly right when we showed up today for pick up. She was patient and polite when I was concerned and asked a lot of questions. She was right there the next day making sure our order was loaded and we were satisfied. Ronald was very precise loading the trailer taking his time to get it right and eager to please. Thank you both. We have had very bad experiences here dealing with purchases taking way to long to get fixed but today’s visit was top notch

Customer service is in short supply at the Tyler location unless they are at the entrance and in front of the checkout trying to sell windows or a raffle entry that fills your inbox. Still carries the more professional quality tools and materials but I cant get past terrible service. 2 stars lost for bad attitudes and 1 star lost for the annoying window-raffle stuff.

Today I have been really disappointed with one of the associates at this store. I was looking for a few items that I needed and only found 2. However, I realized that I needed to get a couple of keys made also. I saw that there was an automatic key machine and went to it. I had been there trying to figure the machine out for only about 2-3 minutes and there was another lady that came up after me looking to get a key made as well.. The associate (Manni) came over with another customer and asked me if I was using the machine. I told him that I was and that I was trying to figure it out. He then responded with I dont know and he said that about 3 times. I moved to the side thinking that he was going to help me since I was already there and trying to figure it out but he then proceeded to make the key for the gentleman that he was helping. The lady who came after me asked him to make her key as well. He took her key and started to look for a key blank to make hers. I had the key that I needed the entire time in my hand so I left. I returned to this store and told him that I appreciate him taking care of the 2 people that needed keys while I was standing there trying to figure out the complicated machine. I told him that that was very great of him. He then told me that the lady was there before I was and I told him that he was wrong. As I was leaving he told the gentleman I dont get it, some people. I turned around and went back to him and told him that first of all Im not some people I am a person and reminded him again of what happened. He then said whatever, whatever, you can leave the store. Good thing for me that I did because I went right to Wal-Mart, got everything that I needed cheaper that what I would have paid for it here at this store. I will be shopping at Lowes from now on. Love Home Depot been retired for two years now when I was working remodeling House I was there ever day sometimes four times or more a day miss it a lot my wife and I found a great back splash tile cant wait to install it

Very busy, which I suppose is a good problem to have. I ordered a mechanics cart through curbside pickup. The customer service was great. I was in and out to my surprise. I will definitely be back for my tool/ home repair needs.

They are behind the times in anything to do with technology. The confirmation says we will email you when your order is done but they never have. If you want to do curbside you have to use the app. Maybe it says you have to have it somewhere and I just didnt see it, but you cannot check in without it. Maybe you can with your email? Not sure, 3rd order I have never gotten one.

I had business in the tool rental department today and they have a system that is organized and well staffed.

Worst customer service and employee interaction and assistance that I have ever experienced in my life. 3 other sets of customers besides myself, have been waiting over an hour to have something cut. A women from one group went to look for management as I called the home depot local number. I had to explain to staff that the 2 people that can cut are filling commercial orders instead of helping the customers right here right now. After being put on hold fir over 5 min, I rung into a voicemail that you cannot leave a message on. Than 15 min later someone cut our board. Not to mention no one I asked was apparently where they belonged, because everyone had the same answer.... i Dont know, maybe over ther and point. If customer service and prompt accurate info on there own products and services seems like a fair expectation, DO NOT COME HERE FOR YOUR NEEDS. Go to Lowes.

Pitifully understaffed customer service desk. Disorganized sales floor. Items are in overhead storage and not on the shelf where you can get what you need. Nobody is available to get the items down for you. Prices are fine but if you can’t serve yourself and get out without the assistance of an employee, you’ll be there all day.

Home Depot is great! They have everything! the spark plug on my lawn mower went out and I had to replace it and I was able to go to home depot, buy the right spark plug, put it in my lawn mower and mow the lawn just like I was expecting to. Its just that theyve got such a sizable variety of everything... appliances, lawn and garden items, home products, construction products (and by the way I found the perfect hinge to put on the door of my outside gate after one of them fell off) in the main shopping area and candy, chips, jerky, sodas and everything else at the front of the store. You can even ring yourself out. Home Depot - great job and keep it up!

I purchased a Honda lawn mower Nov 2020. I started using it in Mar 2021. When I purchased it, I also purchased an extended 3 year service agreement. The lawn mower’s self-propelled drive stopped working after 4 months of use. I tried to return it to Home Depot and the lady I talked to told me to contact Honda. I went online to Honda to report the problem. Honda did not respond. My Honda mower is now a push mower.My advice is don’t buy from Home Depot, don’t buy Honda products, and don’t buy extended warranty services from Home Depot.

Clean and organized facility. The associates are very helpful. Social distancing is practiced. Masks are recommended inside the store. There are hand sanitizer stations available upon entry. Everything seems to be easy enough to find. If you cannot find what you need there are associates that are very capable and willing to help.

Ordered a new bathtub with shower surround walls on the 31st of January. It’s now February 28th and the tub shows it arrived at the Tyler store however they can’t seem to find my two huge packages, although the customer service department for online orders said it did in fact arrive at the Tyler store.. seems odd to me. Spoke to the manager which didn’t offer much help. After this experience I’ll be canceling my Home Depot credit card and will not be shopping from this store again. Marcy at the customer service desk was the only person who even attempted to resolve my issue, so I do thank her for that.

Wow.It was a interesting experience.Never had that much of a struggle at a home Depot ever been in contractor buying from home Depot for over 20 years and I know that there are certain things that they do and this place didnt want to do any of it.Had to wait an hour for them to bring me my load of lumber I had purchased days ahead of time.And then when they were finally going to pick the load up that was already palletized and banded they looked at me like I was crazy.

Bought a stove and microwave and had to wait 2 months to get them. They were supposed to call the day before and we never heard from them. We could not get anyone to tell us about our order. They said they’d call the next day by 8. No one called. We finally got someone ( after hours of run around) who would help, they couldn’t find anything, finally turned out they said the truck with appliances was stolen in Dallas and they couldn’t help us, we would have to call Samsung. Finally got that straightened out, our new stove and microwave were delivered a month later and the Home Depot installer said he can’t put in the microwave because there’s a tile backsplash. So he didn’t have a name to recommend to us, set the microwave on the floor and said we should call a handyman. We called Home Depot to get a name and they don’t have anyone! It’s still sitting on the floor. We finally found someone and he is charging way more than we were supposed to pay. Horrible customer service. I strongly recommend buying appliances somewhere else.

Then they closed one side and had to go back to the main side, just to walk back to the pro side. So two more laps around the whole store...so 5 trips around the whole store for an online order. This was the most piss poorly ran place I have ever come in contact with. I LOVE PAM!!!! I have been trying to contact the store to speak to the manager without any luck. I need to give a HUGE shout out to Mrs. Pam who works in appliances. Generally, I shop another home supply store. Home Depot had a good sale on appliances and I needed 6 large appliances. I needed 6 large appliances during the pandemic when things were out of stock. I have never in my life dealt with a company employee who was as patient and helpful as Mrs. Pam. She went above and beyond. We had to make a couple of visits. The first visit, she worked with us about 3 hours. There was problem getting the order to go through. She was making phone calls to management, Home Depot technology...she was able to find out on Samsung was simply out of stock. She didnt have to work on getting that answer for 3 hours but she did not give up on finding out why the system would not let her order an item for us. We had to order 2 of the 6 items from home online. When we ran in to an issue with the delivery company, they told us to go to the store and fix it. Mrs. Pam fixed the problem with the delivery! She checked in on us. Im saying, she will see you thru until the end. She is not just a salesperson looking to make a sale and be gone. She makes sure your entire experience goes well. She gave us her cell phone number in case we had any other problems! I dont know her last name and had never met her before. This is a genuine compliment given to one awesome Home Depot employee.
