I waited in the drive though for 30 minutes and as soon as I got to the front of the line they threw a sign up in my face saying there were closed for lunch. First of all who goes to lunch at 1:30pm? Secondly it was 1:25pm so that isnt 1:30pm. I got out of my car and went to ask the manager what was going on. I think I was bothering him because he would not look up from his phone. He had no answer. Come on Walgreens. Cant you just pay your employees a little more so there arent these issues? I can promise you I will never come back. What a joke of a business.

There is a sign thats reads the pharmacy closes for a lunch break from 1:30pm to 2:00 pm. I was in the drive thru to pick up my medication, the pharmacist checked me out, handed me my medication, I had a question to ask her, pushed the speaker button, when she put the closed for lunch sign up with me still waiting there, looked and made eye contact with me and totally ignored me! I looked at my clock and the time was 1:27, so she put the sign up before 1:30 and I guess her going to lunch was way more important than taking care of a customer! I feel that she was very rude to treat me that way! I will be moving all my prescriptions somewhere else!

I tried to give them several opportunities due to my house being so close never again the worst pharmacy in Tyler hands down people are rude & do little to help you!!!!!!! Go Somewhere else

I’m not the type of person to write reviews but I was really disappointed in today’s visit. I had went to the store for a pickup up order & the employee that was there to help was so rude! Not only did he not give me the product that I had order because they were out of stock but yet I saw three of the items on the floor. I went back to ask a question and he acted like I wasn’t there then another employee didn’t make no difference because it was the same experience with her. They both were really rude and quite honestly I don’t see myself returning to that specific store.

Pharmacy is on point. They will search for the best prices on your prescriptions

I think its a great little friendly quick stop to pick up this in the pick up that great customer service always polite people the employees are always helpful and on a first-name basis with most of them I think they do a great job thanks for being in my neighborhood

Walgreens in Tyler is one of the Friendliest stores Ive been to! Our cashier Brittany Taylor was very kind and informative. She taught us all the benefits of using the Walgreens app!Also, Brooke introduced us to all of the sales products in the cosmetic department. Both were very sweet and helpful! This has to be one of the best Walgreens wee ever visited!! :)

Horrible customer service even over the phone! It was so bad I moved my prescription to Walmart.

The ladies in the pharmacy are great. They try to have all prescriptions ready for me when I get there, doesnt always work but they do try.

Went to get my medicine at a little before 8 this evening and they were closed! Hours stated differently online!

TERRIBLE customer service! Every time I call in prescriptions from the doctor office I work for, I sit on hold a minimum of 15 minutes. During that time, no one speaks when they answer, they just pick the phone up & return it to hold. Im not sure what happened to professional courtesy or customer service in general, but how much effort would it really take one of the technicians answering the phone to say Im sorry to place you on hold but there are x# of calls ahead of you or whatever. Ive worked as a pharmacy technician, so I understand the insane pressure from customers at the counter and drive-thru and answering the phone that never stops ringing. But you know what, those things are going to happen every day, so hire more people or hire people that want to do their job. I try to steer patients away from this pharmacy whenever possible.
