This rating is solely on my experience with wax specialist KP. Yesterday evening(10/13) was my first appointment with her and it was great! Shes very personable and makes what can be an awkward situation just so relax and chill. I felt like I was in a room with one of my closest homegirls rather than a complete stranger. I would definitely reccomend her if youre still thinking about giving this a try. I will definitely be back in a month!

This was my first time at this location due to the fact I am here for work and I live out of the area, KP did my wax and she was extremely personable and sweet. She did a very great job and all of the hair was completely gone I am looking forward to going to her again, I highly recommend.

Great service for my first time waxing. Heather took care of me and she knows what she’s doing. They use real beeswax which is e easier on the skin and less painful compared to other varieties of wax. They also sell lotions and exfoliators to help prevent ingrown hair and slow hair growth. I even used the body polish on my my husband’s leg and the bumps he had there were reduced significantly after only two uses.

Good experience on time and thorough recieved services March 5 2021 today is day 1 after services so far no complaints will update if there are any issues that occur later but so far yes I would recommend.

I went in for a first time wax. The lobby’s very clean and looks very nice. It was my bad on my part for not knowing how bad it was going to hurt. I had Nikki and she told me that I had a lot of hairs growing out of each follicle and that’s why it hurts so bad. I had never experienced pain that way before and I couldn’t handle it. I had a panic attack while laying down. I kept sweating off the wax so she kept having to redo it. All of this was my fault but what made me upset was that she got a page while she was waxing me telling her that her next client was waiting. She didn’t finish the parts she was working on and told me to turn over. I asked her about the parts that still had a lot of hair and she told me she would go back over it but she doesn’t have any time. At that point I had been crying and still having a panic attack so I told her I was just going to be done. She didn’t contest it or try to reassure me that it would be worth it, she was fine with me leaving because she had someone else waiting on her. I don’t think that you should have to hurry up with what you’re doing and not try to at least finish the parts you were working on because someone else is ready. I left bawling. I won’t be getting waxed again. They were nice but it’s not for me and I would like to be put as a priority as a client.

I went in for an eyebrow wax for the first time in a while and I loved my experience! First time was complimentary, which I loved (who doesnt love free services), but I gave a tip because the tech was amazing. Very comfortable atmosphere, was able to talk to her without a language barrier like at nail salons.My eyebrows grow a little funky and I forgot to mention anything about it, but no need because Miranda took care of it. She shaped them up just how I wanted and they feel so much better now! I will definitely be back. Miranda was great; she gave me a few tips on getting a bikini wax as well and that is my plan for my next visit.

This is the way to get waxed! Friendly knowledgeable staff, expert technicians, fabulous products. Heather is the technician who gives me my monthly Brazilian and its quick and nearly painless. Do yourself a favor and switch to these guys!

Have been going here for a while. I have had seriously amazing experiences with all of the staff EXCEPT Brandy. So many people rave about Brandy and so I decided to try her... Regretted it. She is too quick, rough and doesn’t seem to care about the quality of what she’s doing. I have been getting Brazilians for 5 years. I have never had a rash/reaction... Until Brandy. See somebody else. In my opinion Idalis is the best. Super sweet, quick but caring.

Went today to get a bikini/back strip wax. Upon arriving, I let my technician know exactly what I wanted (clean everything up but leave a large triangle of hair) and she proceeded with the service. About half way through, I noticed she had started waxing the one area I asked her to leave. When I brought it to her attention, she apologized, but wasn’t very regretful. She was going to leave me half waxed until I asked her to just finish it since I didn’t want to leave with it completely uneven/ patchy. More infuriating is I was expected to pay for something that I did not ask for. This isn’t my first negative experience, but by far my worst. My body image is lower than ever because my technician wasn’t paying attention and was far more engaged in the small talk. Please DO NOT go here. It’s really not worth the stress/ discomfort you may experience.

The staff was very friendly and since it was my first service with them I got my eyebrow wax for free. However, when the woman was finished she held the mirror about a foot and a half away and asked me to look to see if I liked it. I looked and they were fine so I told her they looked good. When I got to my car, I looked more closely in my mirror (a few inches away) and saw that there were a LOT of little hairs still left behind. It looked like no hair had been removed at all... I know it was partially my fault for not inspecting more closely, but when I checked I was mainly looking to see if they were even and could not see the small hairs since the mirror was far away. I feel like she should have removed all the hairs herself without me asking. The biggest thing I DID NOT APPRECIATE, was that my face broke out the day after I got the wax around my eyebrows. I know this can be normal when you get them waxed, but it has never happened this bad. I thought maybe I was allergic to the kind of wax they used, but when I spoke to my co-worker she said she had the same break outs after getting waxed here. It is day 3 since the wax, and the breakout is still there. Most likely will not be returning, even though all the ladies were very nice.

First time waxing was half off and Heather only took like 10-15 mins for my Brazilian. Very professional staff, expert work, and clean set up. Will definitely head back as needed.

I have had a lot of experience with European Wax Centers over the last couple of years and all were great but Tyler was by far an amazing experience! It was very clear that all the Wax Specialists on hand had a lot of experience and wanted you to really love your end results. I felt very welcomed by all the girls up front and Management took great care with everything that we came across and it was evident that every guest was very important. Really left me with a very positive experience and I would highly recommend anyone to check it out!

The waxer was nice and easy to talk to. But it was my first time getting a Brazilian and there were several hairs left behind that she missed. My skin was red and bumpy and very sensitive for 2 days after. Just disappointed in the outcome overall.

I will start this post by saying this was my second visit, the first time was wonderful!I went yesterday to get my eyebrows waxed. I have 2 issues first being that I refereed a friend and received and email about 1,000 points. Yesterday they told me I didnt have any points, I showed them my email and was told it didnt matter they couldnt apply the points to my account.Second the girl that did my brows did a very bad job, she applied the wax to almost the whole top half of my face. The wax was up to the middle of my forehead and all the way to my cheek bones, she even got wax in my hair and cut my hair!!!! Also she applied the wax to my eyelid starting at the corner of my eye almost covering my entire eyelid. Talk about painful considering she told me this was standard practice. My eyes are still sore today from this. Overall shape looks OK but there are still quite a few hairs I had to pluck myself at home. I would like to say that I would be back, however the lack of care from the staff makes me uneasy.

It hurt a lot but what can you expect when you have arms like a bear. The esthetician was superbly friendly and the conversation flowed like a Russian river. She was very obviously Christian, which pleased. The pain was numbed by her gentle and professional touch and I felt safe. Would I go there again if I want to have the hair ripped from my furry body? Yes.

Im not gonna lie and say it didnt hurt at all, but the pain goes away very fast and they are so good at what they do that it doesnt take forever!! Im so returning and will continue till Im too old!!! Thanks Natalie for the best experience!!

As a male, this was my first time going to get anything waxed (eyebrows then chest). I was very relieved at how welcomed I felt, and I go back every month to keep my eyebrows on fleek. It feels so nice to get compliments for them, and I recommend European Wax Center every time I get a compliment!LOVE IT!!!!

Heather did my eyebrows and I went home in tears. They were uneven, there were spots that were missed, and then without asking me she put this weird make up on my eyebrows that was way too dark for my complexion and it was waterproof. I know without a doubt this was the worst experience and I will never go back or recommend it to anyone!

My sister went there today to get her eyebrows done, but sadly I saw they dont know what they are doing because they left one eyebrows thick and short and the other one thin and long. I recommend no one to ever go there!!!!!! I just wish I can post the picture of how they left my sister eyebrows

I had Nikie do my Brazilian wax yesterday. She was very sweet and I liked her she made my first time a little easier as I was nervous as hell going in. But when I got home and looked things over she had left a patch of hair behind. Which a razor will take care of no big deal. Just hope my second visit is easier and we get all of it the second time around. But overall I will continue to come back to see Nikie for all my waxing needs.

I came in for intentions of a Brazilian. Ive never had one done before, the Esthetician Steffani said that the hair may not be long enough, but would try a small strip on the bikini line. It didnt really take anything off. She went over and over the bikini line taking some of it off. After she finished trying she said well Ill just count that as a bikini line wax, although most of the hair was still there. I just ignored the fact of that, and I will never be back at this European wax center. What was also not that big of an issue, but did happen was they charged me as a Brazilian as well, until I corrected her, and the lady at the desk had to issue me a refund on the price adjustment. This was my first time at this location, due to the fact that I moved, and the one I usually go to is far. I do not recommend this location, nor the Esthetician Steffani. I also got underarms waxed, which wasnt that bad she took most of it off. Overall the visit wasnt great, nor did she seem to care much.

My waxer was Heather.. do not use her! She ruined my eye brows!!! Not only did she mess up, she was completely unprofessional. She asked me questions about my life which is fine, but I said I had been a dancer for a long time. She gave me a weird look and said what kind of dancer? I said Jazz and hip hop..... She said oh I used to be an exotic dancer She started to go into detail about everything she did there and I have never felt more uncomfortable in my life. Then when she gave me the mirror to look at my eyebrows, they were so uneven!!! She said I came in with them like that. I said no I did not! Then she walked me up to the front and stood there until I left. I wanted to say something to the front desk girl but she wouldnt leave. I think writing a review about this woman so everyone can have a heads up is even better. A lot of my friends go here and love their waxers. I think I just got a bad one. I dont understand how someone like this is approved by the company!

This place is terrible. I have been there twice and both times they did a terrible job on my eyebrows. I went back the second time to give them one more chance hoping they could redeem themselves. My eyebrows are now uneven and Heather missed several spots which I had to go home and fix myself. She was in a very big hurry as I had waited there almost 40 minutes and there were two people behind me. For a business that has one focus (waxing), you would think that they would be decent at what they do. I paid $15 for a service I am very disatisfied with. I will never return there but I hope for future customers that you take the time needed for the service and dont leave someone elses eyebrows looking like what mine do now. Maybe they are better at other services in other areas where there is no attention to detail required but I would not recommend getting your eyebrows done there.

Doesnt deserve one star!!! The manager is a joke. Everytime I find a waxer I like, they end up fired. If you book online, youll notice about every few months a waxer will be gone and replaced. I wouldnt support a business that treats their employees like that. The manager looks like shes 17.... She hung up on me once when I expressed being upset about having to change waxers so often. Oh and DO NOT let her put you with Heather. She will give you ingrowns galore!!! I even had a burn mark from her using burning wax. Go anywhere but here!

Stefani was awesome! It wasnt the most pleasant feeling lol but definitely worth it! I was in a very revealing position but Stefani made it so comfortable for me to where I forgot I was so exposed haha I will definitely be back in a couple weeks! Oh and the two receptionist were sweet!

I’ve been there twice and I went today and I literally left in tears. My eyebrows are so awful and so uneven and have no shape and she made them so much thinner than I asked for. I have to go to school and waitress with my eyebrows like this and I’m so upset I don’t even want to leave the house. I won’t be going back.
