AFTER BUYING FROM BESTBUY MY CARD HAS BEEN USED THREE MORE UNAUTHORIZED FRAUD CHARGES FROM BESTBUY. From one order my card has been continuously charged since yesterday racking up nearly $500 now is fraud charges. I ordered through their app.Been in the curbside parking lot for awhile. Still taking over two hours to get two things together with no word from anyone but sorry and to sit tight from a screen.If you want your curbside to take hours upon hours and waste your gas because even the estimated time is incorrect, you can choose this location.

This is the most unprofessional Best Buy I have ever stepped foot into. We bought a monitor LAST Sunday, 7 days ago and decided to return it. We called ahead to make sure we could do this, and they gave us the go ahead. Went in to return it and get a small laptop instead. They told us we could get our money back and then put it on a gift card and told us we could not use a gift card to process a return. Then KICKED US OUT after we asked why they told us we could have our money back and gave us a gift card instead.

Best Buy is the convenience store of home electronics. Just like if you go to the convenience store and buy something like ketchup youll pay a premium. The same thing is true at Best Buy, if you buy something there you could buy it on Amazon for a third of the price. It is really price gouging their customers.

E found a range at Best Buy in tyler. ($2300) After waiting for 20 minutes without any employee even saying hi to us we decided to leave. While walking out I told a manager about why we were leaving. Her only response was well, have a good day. We will now happily wait for delivery from a retailer that appreciates our business.

I debate on giving it 3 stars. But Im a generous person. But my main complaint with this store is that every single time I come in, without fail, I have to go on the hunt for help getting something out of a locked case. Only to find most employees just kicking it with their buddies. Or texting. It does get annoying. And the two guys at the door...? Why is there 2 guys and their only job is to say hello and goodbye. Couldnt there just be one? The other could just walk around asking if anyone needs help or whatever. Just a thought.

I bought a television and scheduled it to be delivered and mounted inside my home. The delivery team called a day early and asked if I could allow him to come that day. It happened at a perfect time and was installed within 30 minutes of when they arrived. I couldn’t have been happier.

John-Luke in the computer section was delightful and helpful! Very understanding of what we needed (and what we didnt), and he was not too pushy about anything. He went on a search to find the exact computer we wanted in the back! And were feeling confident the Best Buy Geek Squad will take care of our Grannys computer needs after were gone. Yay!Then Nate, in TVs, was very knowledgeable and kind, even when I shared that we likely werent purchasing *today*. He helped us narrow down our choices. And reminded us why Best Buy might be a better choice than Costco. :)Thanks yall!

Some people might not like big box stores but I love that we have this available to get items we need/want immediately instead of waiting for it to come in the mail. They also have really good customer service. Also their car audio/electronic installers are very knowledgeable and do a great job. Every time I’ve had to get help or make changes to something, I’ve always gotten great service even when they are busy.

I based my rating on how 80% of the items I had an interest in did not have a label showing there price. To my knowledge I dont think I was ever asked if I needed any help and I wondered around the store for almost 3 hrs. Im not sure if its a lack of personnel or just a lack in leadership, Im leaning more towards leadership. I used to love going in this store despite it being built on the very spot I once road four wheelers with friends. But you cant stop progress.

Taken out of box yesterday but since I purchase it over 15 days ago. They won’t let me return it or trade it for another vacuum.I am done with Best Buy. Selling a useless product.

Extremely rude and unwilling to assist you. Store was dead and I had to repeatedly chase down help who were just laughing with each other and not busy at all. Each time they pointed me to someone else who point me elsewhere as well. I called in advance so they were aware of my exact needs and insured me I could be accommodated. I went in to buy upgraded ram cards and accessories for my laptop. My one issue was my new laptop required one screwdriver in particular that I did not have. They were completely out of tools for purchase and still refused to allow me to open my laptop with their geeksquad and install it myself on the spot. It’s a simple plug and play. Instead I would have had to wait up to 2 days and pay 50$ just for them to open my laptop. They literally had the 0.50$ Tool in hand and would not let me use it. I spoke with multiple associates and management and the most I got from any of them was a shrug and an “oh well”. Needless to say I took my 400$ online to another store. Will never shop here again.

Not one of my favorite chains, but that stems from issues many years ago. This store was clean and well presented, but lacking in customer service. That may be associated with the difficulty of finding help of any type these days. Not familiar with many prices on things they sell, so competitive or not I dont know.

Absolutely the worst customer service Ive ever received. I walked in today and asked an employee for help finding an air fryer. He looked at me right in my face, didnt say a word to me and just walked off. I was actually lost for words. I wondered around for awhile looking for the air fryer and passing several employees who offered no help at all. I finally went to find a manager who helped me find what I was looking for but didnt seem to care at all when I told him what happened. Unbelievable. Ill never spend my money at bust buy again. Spend your money somewhere else people.

The name of the store needs to be worse buy instead of best buy. I had a refrigerator delivered on June 5th that came in dented on the side but it was brand new. The refrigerator never worked, my food spoiled and I wasn’t able to get a refund or get a replacement refrigerator sooner than June 30th. I asked for an equivalent refrigerator of about the same price but best buy was not able to help me either. I was supposed to get a discount because of the dent and that didn’t happen either. I was just on the phone for 56 minutes and was transferred 5 times and none of the agents on the phone knew who could help me or who they should call. Most horribleCustomer service and zero accountability. The employees don’t even know who to reach out for help. Do yourself a favor and don’t purchase anything from best buy.

I recently made a trip to Best Buy to obtain some advice on various options for a smart TV. The sales staff member that I spoke with was very knowledgeable and helped me decide on an appropriate purchase to fit my needs. I made the purchase on-line and used the curb-side pick up for the smaller items (which was very efficient) and had the store deliver the TV which was delivered quickly and safely. The TV mount is being shipped to me since it was not on hand at the store. Everything worked out great! Very satisfied with the whole experience.

I purchased a computer from Best Buy that I was told by the sales clerk would accommodate all of my photo needs. After having to take it in twice to the Geek Squad i still don’t have the memory they promised the computer would have. I feel lied to, mislead and now I am at a total loss of what to do other than go to the BBB. I even deleted 2000 (yes 2000) older family photos so that I could load up new photos. After doing this the computer would only load up two (2) photos. So I deleted 2000 photos and it would only load 2. Don’t fall for their lies about Geek Squad and don’t trust their sales people who lie about what the computer will do. They only want to make a sale and then sell you their Geek Sqaud Service which is a scam and a waste of time and energy.

I am dissatisfied. Number one. I went into the store and couldn’t find anyone to help me. Number two. I went to the front of the store and asked the service guy to help me find someone to help me pick wireless earbuds that wouldn’t slip out of my ear. I had already spotted a pair and needed some advice. Greg came over to help. My husband was standing with him when I made it to the earbuds. I asked about the pair I had in my hand. I wanted to be assured that they wouldn’t slip out because I had purchased a pair of Beats for $100 that had an ear hook that still slipped out of my ear. Greg seemed not to have much info about the product and seemed hesitant to offer info other than no one had returned them to his knowledge. I then asked about some for my husband that would wrap around his neck. He didn’t have much to say about those either. Then he asked if we needed anything else. He seemed in a hurry to go so I let him. The thing is, I would have bought the expensive earbuds for my husband and myself which would have totaled over $200.00 if I had been assured that those were the best for me. But we walked around the corner and there were some cheaper ones that looked the same. I’m done. I feel like Best Buy always screws me! I left there and went to Five Below and I was treated better by teenagers!

Great, I love how clean and professional the environment feels and you cant beat their prices. I bought the Amazon eco show, and kid you not it was the last three on the shelve, its a Bluetooth wireless with a tablet display that connects you to great music, video chat ect.. I bought it, the cashier at the front was a polite lady and she was very great with customer service skills. Mouth watering gadgets In this place. The store is well kept.

Tried their APP...looking for Gaming video cards in stock. You cant search for it like that. Shows a list of all these cards, but you have to look at each one...out of stock - or not available online or instore @ blank.... waist of time.Drove 45 minutes to go see what Tyler had in stock for PC components and video cards...very little. Disappointing. Its still a Best Buy..with TVs, phones for $2000 each..etc., that you can get elsewhere $700-$1300 cheaper.They still list Sprint as a carrier on all the phones when its T-Mobil for a year now. Get with it BB.

I got online to compare prices on cell phones and it was best buy that said no down payment was going to be required and a different price was reflected than what was told to me in-store. (A much cheaper amount online). It said I could pay online but that was also a problem at the very end after submitting all of your personal information. Another words, they run false advertising ads, which will waste your time. I got to the store to find that out. I was told by the employee working that I had been approved for some really outlandish amount (I believe it was 3,000.00) after creating an account for my chosen phone provider. I ended up leaving empty handed because she said Id have to pay a 400.00 and something down payment. So I went to the phone store (t-mobile) only to discover that an account was never even made. (Red 🇨🇳) This was the same day. Also they dont even credit that much. I gave personal information at best buy that I feel was breeched. But not only that, Im wondering if the plan was to get me to pay that down payment so she could pocket it. I wasnt even required to pay anything down at the actual phone store. 🙇

I chose Best Buy for the free installation for my car radio. I was expecting okay service, but I was blown away. Their scheduling is down so they are having to do it by hand. Juan hands down gave the the best customer experience I have ever had. He called me anytime he ran into an issue because I have a Volkswagen. He let me know all the potential things that could happen. My radio he installed perfectly and it is beautiful! You cannot tell that it wasn’t factory! I will be returning for my rear camera install, and a radio install in our other vehicle. If you have any doubts about using a chain, don’t. Juan is a professional and it was half the price another installer quoted me. Super happy!

I went to enter the store without a mask like I always have never having any problems. the lady at the door was very rude to me about me not wearing a mask, I was planning on making a large purchase but after her attitude I left and spent my money elsewhere and dont plan to return.
