Their vacuum/air machine took my money and didn’t work and when I went inside to inquire about getting a refund the lady said “we don’t have nothin to do with that” and that was it. Ok then get the non working machine off your property. I have to go BACK to the ATM now to get more quarters. If your boss doesn’t understand that your change drawer is a dollar fifty short at the end of the day because you had to refund someone because machines on your company property are eating people’s moneythwn you don’t need to be working for them. And they don’t need to be in business. But my guess is that the lady working it’s just too lazy and has such terrible customer service skills to know how to critically think any sort of issue at all. Anyway the issue was not the dollar 50 it’s the money my time is worth of having to go back to the ATM
