Absolutely THE worst pharmacy. Dont go here. I dropped off a prescription for seizure meds at 4 PM(immediately following Dr appointment and epilepsy diagnosis). Was notified at 8:41PM that the perscription was ready, arrived in the drive thru at 8:52 and waited 10 minutes before being told the pharmacy closed early at 9. With no posted information saying such, and no notification. Seriously? I told her that I wasnt notified to pick up meds until 20 minutes earlier, and that the medication was for seizure prevention. And she HUNG. UP. ON. ME. How many people are hurting tonight so you could leave an hour early? Shame on you.

I went to this location for a Free covid test. The took me in way earlier than my appointment, and the pharmacist went above and beyond to answer all my questions. She even phoned me to make sure I was clear on the test I needed. Excellent service !!

Worst walgreens Ive ever visited. Last time they gave my wife someone elses meds after verifying 5 different times. Now the 24 hour pharmacy closes at 7. DO NOT USE EVER.

Horrible pharmacy, after being racist then tried to send a black girl to the window to try and cover it up...horrible service if my child wasnt in pain I would move my their prescriptions to walmart. I just tried to go through drive thru for convenience and keep them from getting out the car.

I was racially profiled at this Walgreens by the manager. She stood at the cash register behind her employee not adhering to the 6ft Covid guidelines. I make 90000/yr and she thought I would steal at the cash register no doubt? I’ll see you after you’ve gotten Covid Karen.

I shouldnt even give the store one star but the only reason I am is because the cashiers in the front are very polite an helpful an the store is clean BUT WHO EVER HIRED THE PHARMACY PEOPLE NEED TO FIRE THEM... very rude not helpful have a very bad attitude when asked simple questions an I waited over a hour an a half for my sons medicine..on top of this my wife is type one diabetic she filled her medicine there not once but twice an both time sold her the same medicine an when she told the folks about it they told her we are sorry but we can fill the other medicine but she will still have to pay when they messed it up I mean come on will not fill my meds. There anymore

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Use Kroger pharmacy. Computer system issue caused me to make the choice of paying cash price for my wife’s prescription (that she needs now) or waiting an unknown amount of time to get the prescription once insurance info went through. Staff unwilling to work with me on a reimbursement once the insurance came through if I paid the cash price. The visibly annoyed pharmacist said “no gaurantees” as she shrugged her shoulders. NOT THE FIRST ISSUE WITH THIS LOCATION.

Sales staff are great!! Pharmacy needs to be RE_STAFFED..After waiting 35 minutes on meds called in 4hours earlier I was told to drive around the building 3 times in the drive thru..finally went into the store & waited over an hour then-they tried to send me home with 1 out of 3 meds called in by my DR and acted as if I had inconvenienced the pharmacy... I may be forced to use Walgreens by my insurance but it will not be the Barnes Crossing Tupelo store again.. They were so busy talking to each other while people waited in line -Customers were grumbling, some were leaving, -since I live 20 miles outside of Tupelo I was FORCED to wait over 2 hours to be served again after the meds called in 4 hours before I got to the store--TOTAL INCOMPETENCE AND DRIVING AROUND &AROUND THE BUILDING OVER & OVER IS BEYOND REASON..

I would like to ask, how many people pickup there medications that are a controlled that are shorted? I have had this problem several times here. I think there’s a problem and they need to look into it. If you say anything they act like the customer is doing something wrong. I managed a pharmacy for 8 yrs and know how they work. Please comment if you have had a problem!
