The older brunette woman working the register couldnt have been more rude. Not only was she away from the register for at least 10 minutes doing whatever... But when she finally realized there was 6 people waiting on her, she walked back with a look on her face like we were out of line for shopping at CVS. After I ended up using self checkout and realizing there wasnt even bags available for my merchandise, she continued to not say a single word while looking annoyed that I even asked for a bag. I specifically will never shop at this location because of my experience with her. If you hate your job... Do something else. Do not make it my problem YOU hate your job and dont have enough cashiers to cover you while you are doing whatever around the store.
5 staff members behind counter no customers in the store and literally I had to wait for someone to help me and then I still left and went to Walgreens. The WORST PHARMACY EVER.
Poor customer service and long waits. Employees not at all helpful.
Dont use this pharmacy if youre in a hurry. If you LIKE inconvenient surprises when trying to get a medication, then this might be something you will like. Otherwise you might just want to stick with Walmart Pharmacy.
The people here are always so rude
So glad I switched from Walmart, West Main. Excellent service and their website is not a jacked-up mess like Walmarts is. I can look and if it says ready, it is ready. Not excessively long wait times when I call, or the drive thru and I dont get switched all over the store when I call.
What people are saying, about prescriptions taking a long time to fill, is 100% accurate. However, CVS and Walgreens are the only two pharmacies that carry certain medications. Used to be 3 with Freds, but surprise Walgreens bought them out and then shut most locations down. Now they think they have a monopoly on medications and charge twice the normal amount. CVS may take awhile considering the certain increase in customers, but they dont try to charge an arm and a leg for prescriptions that some of us cant get covered under insurance. I only rated 3 stars because of the extreme wait time, doesnt matter if youre waiting in the store or you dropped off to pick up later, you are going to wait hours for your prescription to be filled.
Always been professional and received medicine in a fast way! Never waited over 10 min! Thank you cvs!
This is literally the worst pharmacy, Ive ever had the displeasure of using. You can get your meds sent over, two hours in advance and they wont be ready. Its the fifth time Ive gotten filled and they either dont have the meds or insist I come back the following day!!! Thats 30 min drive!! My company forces us to use CVS because of their insurance policies. I would rather wait in line inside of Walmart then deal with these people. Hope this helps. I cant speak for the store, but the pharmacy needs the hammer.
Clean store with good sales, and a friendly and helpful manager, Derrick, who genuinely seems to care about people. Will def be going back and highly recommend.
I’ve always used this pharmacy. Even after they gave me a needle to take my prescription cough syrup with a few years ago. I questioned them and it was confirmed that yes, I need a syringe to administer the cough syrup. Feeling more intelligent than the pharmacist and mostly too sick to argue with this individual, I went with my better judgement and didn’t use the needle. But this time I’m completely done with CVS. I was prescribed an eye ointment for a stye on my eye. Not 10 min after applying what I thought was the right medication, one eye was dilated and the eye without the ointment was not. I called my doctor in a frantic because if you google the reasons for one dilated pupil they’re life-threatening. As in, go to the ER you’re having a stroke or are suffering a serious brain injury. I’ve actually had brain surgery before so I’d like to think I’m over cautious when it comes to brain-related matters however I think this case would have anyone terrified.Turns out, CVS decided to give me a dilation cream my eye doctor didn’t even know existed in ointment-form and now I’m stuck with a dilated pupil with a possibility of it staying this way for 7 days. I can’t see out of that eye, therefore I cannot go to work nor can I drive or even walk outside. I can’t even go to the bathroom with the lights on. Now I’m currently typing this from my dark room with an eye patch. SHAME on you CVS for your negligence and luckily for you, you prescribed the wrong medicine to a healthy individual and not some elderly person who could have SERIOUS interactions because of your mistakes. Never again will I use this pharmacy and I hate this happened as all but one of the ladies there are very kind. Pharmacies are over run and understaffed, always triple check your medications people.
They used to be very prompt. Thats why I changed from Walgreens to CVS. Now its long drive thru lines and border line rude. Not much better inside. They walk around and ignore you until they decide to wait on you. They, like Walgreens, wont answer the phone. Wish I could find a good pharmacy. Im standing here waiting for my shingles and pneumonia with the phone going off, car at the window, one person having a personal phone conversation and one gone who knows where leaving one person to work the counter and window. Ugh!!!
Literally the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been too. They are terrible
It’s always an hour wait. And Some of the pharmacy staff have sour attitudes. I know In these days we are advanced enough to streamline this process. It’s a shame that a customer has to wait 1 hour to get 3 meds filled. Just pathetic
Cvs hates the 2nd amendment
The absolute worst experience Ive ever had at a pharmacy. I waited nearly an hour at 5:15PM for three prescriptions that were faxed in at 11 AM. During that time, I was cut in line by a lady that someone working in the pharmacy knew and attended to her before me. To top it all off, I get home only to find that I was completely missing one of the three prescriptions. I go to Walgreens and Im in and out in 10 minutes tops. I will never go back to this CVS.
Should be a negative star. This is the worst pharmacy!! Everytime I go I have to wait forever on a precription that has been called in hours ago or they will say they havent received it. One day I waited an hour on a prescription that should have only taken 15-20 min. The employees in the pharmacy are so rude. They act like your bothering them when you drive up. I finally got my meds transferred to Kroger when my insurance changed.
Very nice down to earth people.
This place is a joke. Prescription sent in from doctor 9:00 called them at 12:45 still not ready.Going back to Walmart
These people are so rudeThey forget that customers make them have work ; without clients there is no business
Only complaint would be their short staffed and very slow about getting out the prescriptions, and very slow to wait on customers. This is bad for business. I have just recently started using CVS. Now Im wondering if I did the right thing moving my Prescriptions here.
Friendly, professional staff. I was in and out of the pharmacy in just a few minutes when I had two Rx transferred here.
Awful dont go there!!
