Edie was very knowledgeable as to which hot tubs would best fit my needs. I had some limitations at my home on space and we were able to find just the right hot tub that blended size and performance. I am very impressed with the Sundance line of spas and so far it has exceeded my expectations.

I live in central Illinois, was searching online for a specific massage chair, and found it at Galaxy Home Recreation in north Oklahoma City. I was thrilled when I could purchase it online! Little did I know, it was for store pick up, not ship to home. I realized this after I got my invoice that said, “store pick up.” I promptly reached out to let them know I’d have to unfortunately cancel my order. Perhaps sensing my disappointment, Chelsie offered to look into getting it shipped to me instead. When the shipping quote came back high, she gave me a small discount on the price of the massage chair for the confusion to balance out the total price in order to offset the shipping charge some. All without even asking! Customer service is certainly alive and well at Galaxy Home Recreation because Chelsie provided me with the greatest customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Just had a Stealth semi-inground pool installed complete with hardscape, very pleased, everyone we interacted with at Galaxy was very personable and knowledgeable. Installation happened when promised and when we discovered a small leak at the skimmer it was resolved beyond our expectations. Luis and his crew did the hardscape and (pardon the pun) that guy rocks! We really appreciated the personal attention that helped us navigate turning our idea into reality. It’s too bad I don’t see an option to share pictures

Called alot pool places, Galaxy was the only pool company that would actually followup on your questions and provide the information needed for us to make a decision on our pool. Good job.

Everyone we worked with was very polite. We had a couple of issues during installation, but Amanda stayed on top of it until it was resolved. We are very happy to now have our pool.

I had an issue with install and misscommunication. But Amanda in orations handled everything with quickness . Problems can arise its how that issue is handled that shows the character of the company . Yes I recommend Galaxy
