Excellent selection!! We went to four stores looking for some shoes that fit comfortably but found none until Tradehome.

I went in and purchased a pair of O N running shoes and from the moment I walked in they treated me as if I was the only customer they’ve had. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Turns out the shoes did not fit me well after a week or so of use. They took care of me big time! The let me switch out the shoes with another pair without hassle. Great place and I will be back.

They were really busy when I came in tonight. From what I heard, all of Tulsa came in today! Tyler helped me, and he is SOLEY the reason Im writing a review. I hope the owner sees this, because this type of employee is the reason retail locations still exist. I called before I came, because I didnt want to park on the opposite side of the mall to go to one store. Im not sure who answered, but they were helpful. Enter by the old Sears or Dillards, in case youve never been. It was off-putting because of how busy it was. But, I dont get much time off, so I stayed. I tried on a pair of shoes I was able to find my size in myself, and one of the employees complimented them. They didnt fit well, but I only buy orthopedic shoes, and I knew they wouldnt all be a win. Then Tyler got to me. I sell cars, so Im on my feet constantly, and Im running around asphalt and tile all day. I knew I was going to be trying on a lot of shoes. He did not. I am not exaggerating when I say he brought me 30-40 pairs of shoes. Granted, some he brought were because of the brand or size, (at my request) but I tried them all on. I grabbed some myself as well. There was never an awkward moment, and he was extremely patient. In fact, I think he was surprised when I bought two pairs. He mentioned after about the 5th pair that I know weve struck out so far, but we stand by our shoes and if youre not happy well exchange them. I dont know company policy, so I dont want to put a timeline on this, but thats impressive. Ive never heard of a shoe store where you can return shoes if you wear them. I also saw another 5 star review that backs this up. Obviously, we had a lot of strike outs. Only one was because of size and availability. Ive been wearing Vionics, but not totally satisfied. I didnt see Naots, but I showed Tyler about 15 screenshots of brands and styles I was interested in. He brought out 5 pairs of Naots in my size, and honestly, I didnt love the pair I bought. But they were so comfortable, and they were on sale/I can wear them to work, that I knew they were a sale before he did (which was probably right before we made it to the register.) I also bought a pair of Earth Origins that Im not sure I can wear to work, which means I dont need them. But theyre so comfortable that not only did I wear them out of the store, but I still have them on several hours later. They adjust in the back and the top, theyre fun colors, and they were also on sale. Tyler even suggested more than once that I go to their website. Tyler doesnt get credit for the sale if you do that. This means he cares more about your comfort and satisfaction then his ability to sell you. 150 out of 10, I recommend Tyler and this store. If he could get everything I wanted any time I wanted, I would use him for every pair of shoes I buy for the rest of my life. Thank you for making my feet happy!

I had called and spoke with Mike M. they was selling hey dudes really fast I love a hour away so Mike called me on FaceTime and I done my shopping that way! Very helpful and showed me everything I wanted! Highly recommend shopping here I will definitely be back!

I had the best experience purchasing shoes today. I went in for a pair of brooks and ended up trying on some on, hoka, and new balance. Im so happy with the shoes and socks I ended up with and the salespeople (I wish I knew their names) were so fun and knowledgeable! Thanks Tradehome!

We had a really great experience until we went to check out. Let me start from the beginning. The salesman who helped us was very knowledgeable. We told him my husband’s circumstances and he went above and beyond to help us. I would give him 10 stars. But we went to check out and my mother was going to pay part of the total with a check. Just then I assume it was the manager said in a loud condescending tone, that they did NOT take checks, then when he was walking away he said we haven’t taken checks in 5 years. He said that statement in a snarky kind of way. I know the store has a way of customers writing checks. Now my mother spent $400.00 and just got made fun of by the I assume manger. The salesperson just looked down in embarrassment. This is a 71 woman year old grandma and mother. That was the last $400.00 we will ever spend there. My brother and my husband’s Doctor recommended this store. My husband’s Doctor said he was friends with the owner. Well I hope this gets back to him!!!

Love this place! I called the store to see what time they opened and if they had some birks I wanted in stock. Mike, the owner said they didn’t open for another hour, however, he let me come in anyway and I got a pair of my new favorite kicks. Thanks for the awesome customer service and working with me! 🤙🏽

I absolutely love the staff here. This is a family owned and operated business (which is why I do most of my shoe shopping here). I have never had a bad experience coming into this store. The owner is amazing and always goes above and beyond. At my most recent visit, a younger blonde employee was working. I had one of my good friends, who is mostly non- verbal, autistic, and physically limited with me. This employee did more than I could imagine as a store employee. Instead of staring and acting in a way most people would around someone like my friend, he went right up and started talking to him like they’ve been friends forever. I can’t thank him enough for putting a smile on his face while we were in there.

...I stopped by the Tulsa store for the 1st time around Christmas and have been back to purchase several pair of shoes, socks and accessories over the last few months...its doesnt matter which member of the staff is working the service if First Class...the are helpful, knowledgeable and friendly...I would highly recommend them for any of your footwear needs...

Walked in and the sales man that greeted me recognized what brand shoe I was wearing in a heartbeat so obviously very knowledgeable staff. All the staff I spoke to were nice and friendly. The store was clean and well laid out. Loved the boot selection. Would certainly go back.

Id like to give them an award. While I was shopping there was a person there who has a disability, every employee treated the person with the same respect and attention as every other customer. They spent 2 hours with the person with no end sale, and the person left with a smile and dignity just as every other customer. Employees and stores that have that level of character and integrity have my business. Plus they were equally as knowledgeable at fitting your feet to the right shoes for your personal needs as Flemmings, but they had significantly better price points. They also have a larger collection of health wise shoes that are also attractive, instead of weeding through 10 shoes with 9 youve seen in a nursing home. I only saw one pair of shoes that looked like the shoe version of mom jeans. Plus they have sales, so if youre really on a budget and youre not in a hurry, you can get what you need without feeling like you going to ruin your credit score. Also, I learned more about the benefits of the correct socks than I even knew existed. The staff is impressive - vast wealth of valuable and helpful knowledge, superior customer care (despite income, personality, or range of personal abilities that their patrons have), excellent time and people management skills in an over crowded store, authentic teamwork attitudes that allowed the store to run smoothly despite various challenges, which they never allowed the customer to feel, always making the patrons feel like the priority, and top all those truths with work ethic and price point consideration that would make the parents of the baby boomers proud. Watch out Flemings, you did great; but the Millenials at the mall showed you up. If anyone is still reading my extended rave review, if you find something you like thats not in your size, theyll take care of the ordering details for you. If you leave a package from another store theyll notice quickly and keep it in the back for you. They truly take superior care of every person who walks through their doors.This review is the highest compliment Ive given online. They are truly extraordinary people with service and inventory to match.

I walked in not wanting to buy shoes but the owner was there and from the get go he was super friendly. Instead of being motivated by selling shoes, he seemed to actually be intrested in our conversation. After talking about this and that he brought out the perfect pair of shoes for me. I love them and I loved my expirience there. As I was leaving I offered him a small tip and he politley refused and said he loved his job and me enjoying the shoes was the greatest tip he could recieve. Really great store! Thank you
