Im so glad I went to this store. I cant say enough about the service and care that I recieved from the employees. I just wish I had found them sooner. Ive spent so much time in pain. Not anymore! So if your having back or foot pain this is the place to go. Amazing service and care.

The products are specifically designed for people who have trouble with their feet. The store owner, Karen, spent a long time working with me to find just the right shoes, and making adjustments to inserts to fit my feet. She’s extremely knowledgeable and patient! To say that the service at Foot Solutions is wonderful would be a huge understatement! I can’t recommend them highly enough!

I didnt know that I was placing my feet in danger of becoming worse. High arches and Converse do not mix. Donated all pairs to persons in need. Praise God I know better now because of Foot Solutions!!!

I love the level of service that you receive when you walk in the door. You know that the person helping you is really committed to finding the shoe or orthotic that will improve your daily life.

Horrible customer service absolutely no follow up or follow through. Have called multiple time and cannot get anybody to answer my questions much less call me back.Update: It took me leaving a negative review to get them to take action. I wont be doing business with them ever. My suggestion is find someone who cares about how they deal with customers...

A wide variety of shoes and an extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff at Foot Solutions made for a very pleasant resolution to my tailor bunion issue. Karlye was especially helpful in assisting me to select the proper custom made insole for my orthopedic issue.

I have purchased custom orthotics and two pairs on orthopedic shoes from this store after being diagnosed with Plantar Fasciitis. I would say the $400 inserts have only made the problem about 70% better, but it IS better. My advice is to go in right when you start having pain, and not wait 6 months like I did. I think the earlier they can correct it, the more effective it will be. I just waited too long. Im giving Foot Solutions a five star review because the Shawn, Kathy and the whole staff are wonderful. Ive had my inserts adjusted 3 times and they never charge for adjustments. They are very friendly and helpful and take their time with you. As a massage therapist, I see lots of PF cases, and after treatment with me, I give them a Foot Solutions cards and suggest they look into them. I highly recommend their store and service.
