I had an idea of what I wanted before contacting Crown Office Furniture. David came out to meet with me and take a look at the office space. He had some great ideas and made the whole process very easy for me. Julie met with me in the showroom to take a look at the wood and fabric options. She made that portion of the process so easy for me as well by answering all of my questions and guiding me through the many choices that were available.From the beginning consultation to the day of delivery and installation, Crown Office Furniture made everything come together effortlessly for me. I’ve gotten several pieces of furniture from Crown Office Furniture, and I’ve been extremely satisfied with the products. But I would have to say that the best part about the company is the customer service. They have a very patient staff that was ready to answer all of my questions. They’ve delivered a few things to my house, and their delivery guys are super nice and I felt comfortable having them in my home, even being a single girl. I’d recommend them time and time again!

Julie is great. In fact the best. She helped me refurnish my entire office and made it beyond easy with the best prices in town. The delivery team was professional worked all day in the heat and got my office set up in 1/2 a day. They are the only name you need to know for office furniture.

We bought all of our office furniture at Crown and the keyboard drawer on one of our desks broke. Dave the repair man came the same day we called and repaired it at no cost. He was very friendly and efficient.

Very unorganized.They brought furniture to the company I work for and they said the installment should take about 30 minutes. They were suppose to come at 2 (we usually are slower in the afternoon) they decided to come at 9am without any heads up and stayed installing for 3 HOURS. Disrupted business hours greatly. A week later they installed a front desk and the desk is uneven and they thought they could leave before we noticed. This place needs better communication and installers.

I work for a nonprofit. The drawers on an old Steelecase file cabinet in our officewould not open. Dave at Crown Office Furniture came out and fixed it for us at no charge. He also showed me how to lubricate our other cabinets so they wouldnt get stuck. Excellent customer service. You have our future business.
